I have a sinus cold. All day I'm walking around and I really can't hear so when a person is talking away from me it's hard to hear them talk to me.
Examples:
This morning....
Mom: If you feel bad tell your teach to email me.
What I Heard: Go tell your teacher to email me.
I was a few feet away.......😒😂
Later on.....
Me: Teacher Mom told me for you to email her.
Teacher: About what?
Me: I guess to remind her I'm sick.
Teacher: Only for you! *Winks*
Me: *leaves* Thanks....
Later on that day......
Teacher: Your mom said she is going to pull you out school.
Me: What?!
The teacher says the exact same thing.
I still can't hear her.
I was only a few feet away.
Me: *goes to Teacher* Could you say that again.
Teacher: She tells me again.
Me: Tell her not to I'm fine.
Teacher: okay...
Later on...
Teacher: She wants you to call her.
I'm a few feet away.
Me: What!?
I would start to think about killing me if I was her.
I come to her and she tells me again.
She is talking to someone else now.
Me: Should I go to the office?
Teacher: You can talk to her on my teacher phone.
What I hear: You can call her on my cell phone.
I am only a few inches away.
I wait for her to give me her phone.
She point to her teacher phone.
Me in the inside: oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
I call my mom and we clear everything up.
I do feel like this 💩but I'm OK.
