3 moons passed ever since that vision she had in her kithood she is soon to become an apprentice. Dolphinpaw , olivepaw Dewpaw and poppypaw are now Apprentices. a lot has changed. She hasn't had a vision in a while but she does see the starclan cats like Firestar had said she would. But I only thought that it came when visions arrived but I guess they can come anytime.

" Hey dovekit instead of just sitting there like a log, Halfmoon decided us to take us out of camp for a little bit! with lionsong! " Crowkit mewed

" I thought kits weren't allowed to go outside of camp." She meowed

" not unless we're with our mother or with a warrior." Lucakit mewed excitedly

" I'm good. I want to save the moment when I'm an apprentice!" she purred

" okay well suit yourself!" Lucakit mewed licking her on the cheek.

she watched her litter mates go with her mother outside of camp and up the ravine. she saw Leafstar basking in the sun.

She heard a voice behind her she new it wasn't real cause she's gotten used to the starclan cats talking to her.

" your really not going with your littermates?" hollyleaf asked her

"Nope decided to save it for when I'm an apprentice." She purred

" I would've longed to go outside as a kit. I mean I did go outside by breaking. the warrior code." hollyleaf purred

" Really? what did you do?" she asked

" me and my brothers decided to on a fox hunt for the fox cubs. because apperantly a patrol found a fox scent trail that was fresh." Hollyleaf began

" jayfeather led us through the forest cause he had the best nose. and we did end up finding them almost got caught by stormfur and Brooke. but we didn't. and then once we found them, we didn't realize how big they were." Hollyleaf purred but then her purr went away

" Then jayfeather was getting chased by a fox we didn't know until we arrived in camp. and that's how jayfeather ended up being blind. and a crazy medicine cat." hollyleaf purred

" Oh really? wow. you guys must've been in serious trouble by Firestar.." She purred

" Oh we were. I thought Firestar was going to stop us from becoming Apprentices but we weren't I was glad." She purred

" Thanks for the story hollyleaf." Dovekit mewed.

" your welcome young one" Hollyleaf bent down and touched her forehead with her muzzle and she disappeared at that.

" was that Hollyleaf?" jayfeather 's voice sounded behind her which made her jump.

" Yes how'd you know?" she asked she felt the fuzziness in her right eye go away.

" cause I know." he meowed

" It's cause of your gift right?" she asked

" I guess you can put it that way. "
he meowed and that's all he said and wandered back to the elders den.

She waited until her littermates came back from wandering in the forest. she saw Roseheart the medicine cat apprentice. Roseheart caught her eye and came over.

" Hey dovekit what's up? where's your littermates?" She asked

" outside of camp with Halfmoon." She mewed

" How come you didn't go?" Roseheart asked

" Because I wanted to save it for when I'm an apprentice." She mewed

" Ah. I understand." Roseheart meowed

" what are you doing anyways? " She asked

" I was about to go look for some herbs but other than that I was going to go hang out with Hollyfern." Roseheart meowed looking at the she -cat.

Hollyfern and her sisters just became warriors two days ago. Fernpaw was Fernsage and squirrelpaw is now squirrelwing. the warriors were Cinderheart and lionblaze ' s kits.

" well I best be going before Jaywing gets all cranky at me." Rosehart purred

" yah you better go because Jaywing might turn into jayfeather. " She purred

as she watched Roseheart go her right eye became fuzzy and saw that Roseheart had a spirit above her.
rosepetal! she glanced at spiderleg who was sitting in the sun. She purred Rosepetal must be watching over Roseheart.

it was getting dark and they were getting ready for bed.

" Dovekit you should've gone outside of camp with us it was amazing. the smell of the forest and the herbs. Soon we'll be Apprentices together and never leave each others side." Lucakit murmured tierdly

" Shhhh go to sleep young one you've had a long day. another day will welcome you tomorrow young ones soon you'll be Apprentices my dears. " Her mother purred she licked each of their heads and she wrapped her tail around us protectively.
