OWLs were over in the last week of June and the school dissolved two days later.

Sirius got a letter from Andromeda on the last day of the year.

"Dear Sirius,

I hope you're well and your OWLs were good (not that it matters to you). I just wanted you to be the first one to know that I'm getting married to Ted Tonks. We've not told my family yet; we'll first get married and then tell them. I wonder how they'll react. Don't mention it to any of them, not even Reg.

If everything goes fine, I'll see you in the holidays. If it doesn't, don't worry, I'll write to my little cousin brother.

Love, Andy."

"It's really brave of her," said Sirius to his friends. "But her parents won't accept Ted."

They were on the train again, going back home.

"It was an eventful year," said Remus.

"To say the least," said Sirius, grinning.

The train reached the station.

"See you after two months," said Sirius mournfully.

"Poor Padfoot," said James with a laugh.

They exchanged the goodbyes and joined their family, James, Remus and Peter smiling, Sirius with a grim look on his face.
