Chapter 20

"Honey!" Mrs.Harrington shouted.

"Shut up!!!!Don't call mi that! I'm not your honey!!!" She shouted.

"Calm down, mine you hurt our baby, love!" Allen yelled then went close to her.

Sasha saw Allen coming towards her and  quickly grabbed a knife that was sitting on the kitchen table.

Allen put his ten fingers up to stop her.

She went close to him.

"Back off! All of you back off!" She commanded while holding the knife to them.

"I'm calling the police" Sasha said.

"Dear no!" Mrs.Harrington said.

Sasha went to the telephone, Mrs.Harrington ran to her.

"What! You gon shoot me?! You gon kill mi?! You gon hit a pregnant woman?! Then do it! Hit me !" Sasha yelled. "C'mon, we know you love to use that mouth and em' hands of yours" She added.

The Roseés and her parents were shocked. Allen had his hand over his mouth chucking.

"Ye!I'm not your little girl anymore " She said.

"Velma died and did you care?!" She asked.

*Silence*

"Huh? Did you care?! you evil whoring! lieing! conniving! pathetic! beast!" Yelled Sasha.

"Young lady, we do not those words in here, that's very ghetto of you" Mrs.Roseé intervened.

"Shut up ole lady and get yo panties out ya ass!" She yelled.

"You take all those words back!"Mrs.Harrington commanded raising her hand at her.

"Or what?" Sasha asked her.

Sasha went for a glass and smashed  it on the floor.

"Hit me! I dare you" Sasha commanded.

Mrs.Harrington: you lucky you're pregnant.

"I don't want to be in this environment, I'm leaving" Sasha said, she grabbed her hoodie  and walked off.

She opened the door and left.

"Come back!" Mr.Harrington shouted.

"Kiss my ass!" Sasha shouted then pushed her butt out slapping it.

"You're going to regret this " Mrs.Harrington said.

She came back and replied:" I advice you to pray and pray hard, try to do something positive with those knees."

She walked away again.

Her parents along with The Roseés were flabbergasted.

Allen chased after Sasha.

"Sasha! Wanna hear the truth? I love you, ever since I met you, please come back" Allen admitted.

Sasha turned around, placed her hand on her heart and made a sad puppy  face and walked towards Allen.

She was up-close now. Their eyes made four.

"See, let's start over" Allen said.

She raised her hand then rubbed his jaw then knee him the grind.

"Ouch!" Allen said while holding it.

"Yeah, you're delusional if you think we would ever be together, I was just doing you a favor that night" Sasha walked away showing him the middle finger from behind.

She saw someone close by as soon as she went towards him, the rain started pouring.

"Can I get a call please?" She pleaded.

"I don't have any credit" He said.

She covered herself with the hoodie running to another shelter, it was late now, most stores were close.

*20 minutes later*

She saw a lady and asked her for a call.

She called Reece.

Sasha: hello, can you come get me?
Reece: What happen? Where are you?
Sasha: I left the place, I don't want to be there, I'm close by the hospital.
Reece: Go to the hospital, in coming
Sasha: it's a good distant from where I am, and the rain is pouring.

*The called got cut off*

Sasha thanked the lady.

"Are you from here?" Asked the lady.

"No" Sasha said.

"Figured" The lady said.

"Waiting for a bus?" Sasha asked.

"No, I'm homeless" the lady answered.

"Oh no what happened?"Sasha asked.

"I got evicted" The lady said.

"Wow!" Sasha responded.

"I mean if my boyfriend comes, I'll let you stay with us" Sasha said.

"No that's okay, I'm good, thank you so much, I'm looking for a job" the lady said.

"Dont get me wrong, I'm very thankful for you help, just past experience reasons" The lady said.

* 30 mins later*

Reece showed up with a raincoat and an umbrella and a rag, he put the rag on her head, he got in the raincoat and put the umbrella over her head.

"Bye, thank you for your help,I'll remember you" Sasha said.

"Yes darling, you're welcome" the lady answered.

Sasha blew a kiss at her and Reece waved her goodbye.

Both got on a bus and went to John's.

*The next day........*

John woke up to make breakfast.

Reece and Benji got up but Sasha was taking her beauty rest.

She eventually got up and  walked in the living room.

"Glad you're back" John said.

"You clocked out when we were coming back, so tell us what happened" Reece said.

"Well [Then Sasha stretched and yawned] I got into a fight with them again" Sasha said.

"Why?" John said.

"Cause I found out Reece was the father all along, they paid someone to make  one with Allen's name, the original with  Reece's name was there." Sasha explained.

Reece was relieved he got up and clapped. He was happy.

"I don't want to fight with my parents, but everytime I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they let me down, and who knew they was stupid to left that paper in the bin" She said then shaked her head.

"I don't want you to go back to that hospital, I'll sign you up for another one, where you can deliver your baby" John said.

"Thank you!" Sasha and Reece said.

"Speaking of hospital....." Sasha said.

"I got calls from Velma's family members, they have the body and the funeral is in two days" Sasha said.

"Yes and I want us to go" Sasha said.

"We're all coming " John said.

Benji was outside relaxing. Sasha came out to talk to him.

"Hey" Sasha said.

"Hey" Benji said.

"Reece told me a bit of the story and I'm sorry for what my parents put you through but they're gonna pay" Sasha said.

"You think so?" Benji said.

"Yes, just wait" Sasha said.

Sasha and Reece went the store to purchase somethings for the baby to come.

When they arrived, they went to the baby section to look for clothes.

"Look at this" Sasha commanded.

"Cute right?" She asked.

*He smiled*

"Ye but remember we're just looking now, we don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet" Reece said.

They were excited.

"Reece?" A lady called.

Reece turned around and was surprised to see them.

"Tracy" Replied Reece.
