Description: Tokuro is the adopted son of Vail, long ago in hell he was found by him and was raised very well. Then later his father was dying because of something he had done a long time ago and didn't have a lot of time, but he got enough time to give Tokuro the Crimson Vail Vistamp and he told him to go to earth because of how Union Academy was corrupted which he promised. Tokuro was about to get into earth and became a vigilante named Crimson Vail, until later he met the others who are also facing Union Academy and decided to join them. George remembered of Tokuro said that he's the adopted son of Vail, and later he gave Tokuro the Vail Driver so that he can fight the others as Kamen Rider Vail. Later on as they were still fighting, Tokuro saved a beautiful Spider angel.
