Sapphire was staring up at a HUGE school. It looked as big as a collage! She had never seen huge schools before. She was from the middle of nowhere. But who cares if it was a big school? She did not know anybody and since she would be entering the sophomore year, everybody would know each other. She was shy and found it hard to make friends. A cool breeze made her hair ruffle. She felt better. She always felt better on windy days. She touched her bird pendant that she wore as a ring. It filled her with energy and another light breeze blowed on her face. She took a deep breath and walked up the steps of her new school.
