NDI council room

After they watching on the television from Japanese National Diet to introduce to the three people living in Falmart around the world, the councilors finds interesting to them. After the Ginza Incident and the JSDF entering to other world they deploy a few small-sized insect drones to the other world secretly learn about them for themselves and not inform Japan government. They watched every event occur at the Special Region as they called it. The JSDF recon team known as 3rd recon team led by Lt. Itami the hero of Ginza. The NDI councilmen are respecting him despite he's part of SDF and not part of NDI. After the Diet, they deploy more insect drones to watch after them. When Itami's group went in to the resort, they keep an eye on them until three different group of black-ops from US, Russia, and China. But what they make them shocked and terrified is Rory Mercury identified as an apostle. Seeing she killing all different black-op factions, they become very cautious about her and she might be potential threat to not only Earth, but also the Special Region. They make a huge arguments about what they have saw.

NDI councilor 1: We must act now!

NDI councilor 2: NO! We just gonna make our world look like we're attacking the representatives on other side of the gate. They will see us as biggest threat to entire world!

NDI councilor 3: We're not part of UN seat member! In fact, we're not part any of them! This organization was built to be independent private military to get rid of those using abuse power that destroy every nation economy and the people. That's the reason I join to become a member of National Defense Government Council (NDGC) in the first place! Also, our numbers become largest army of NDI that rivals every military in the world.

He said pridefully. 

NDI councilor 4: Now, now, we must focus on three superpower nations sending their agencies to kidnap those representatives from Special Region. We have the footage we should release it to the public.

NDI councilor 5: Hold on there. Let's ask him to see if he accept our decision.

They turn their faces at a man wearing dark military officer uniform and a black cape hanging at his back. A man was named James Mendoza.

 A Filipino leader who see the world being dragging to the dirt because of corrupt and greedy politicians have done not only his country, but also every country since he was a child. He built his own private military organization to deal every corrupt politician, senator, and even nation leaders who are corrupt, greedy, and ignorant to take care their countries. He is responsible of invading of Iraq to get rid of corrupt nation leader replacing an overseer to control a country temporary until they found a right person to rightfully control a nation, in exchange they'll give resources and supplies to fix the economy. UN was argue them for Iraq invasion and commit war crimes by burning enemy soldier alive, immediately execution and use napalm bomb on military base leaving several burned corpses, but they ignore them as they see them as the most World Peacekeeping Failure several times and the NDI will make better than them. James Mendoza lean forward to responds to his councilmen.

Mendoza: Expose it to the world. They tried to kidnap those representatives so they will pay the price. 

The councilmen shows approval expression on their faces for his respond.

Mendoza: Now, as for an apostle named Rory Mercury. We have to develop something powerful, but deadly to fight against every hostile apostle like her. Call Special Advanced Science Development (SASD) to build a weapon something to stand a chance against them.

NDI councilor 2: I will see to it, Supreme Director.

Mendoza swallows it as he make a speech to the councilmen.

Mendoza: Men, for the past few years of creating this organization by our hands, the Special Region to free every being from slavery. For what we saw from our spy drones they giving them harsh methods to do their biddings as slaves and we know don't kindly that act of action. Don't forget what they did to demi-humans they treated them badly and see them no rights of living so the NDI will go in there when ready of our forces. Our numbers are grew as we gave them everything they needed and they support us, and then joining us to know what is right for both worlds. I don't care they are not humans, they are same as us. Unless the individuals take action against us, we will retaliate. No matter how larger number they have to throw at us, we show them of what happens to mess with National Defense Initiative. We capture or kill a responsible of starting the invasion in Ginza Square and burn everything they tried to hold on. Is that understood?

All NDI councilors: Yes, Supreme Director!

Mendoza: Good. Inform every general in every location in every country to build up the armies. When I issue the order, ready to depart to Japan. Soon, we will enter the gate and intervene their war.

After Itami's group goes to another world, the NDI release a footage to the entire world. The NDI announce these three different agencies are belonging to USA, Russia, and China. Shocking to learn their plans tp kidnap the representatives for their own gain, the people from three superpower nations protesting their leaders for wrongdoings. The three superpower nation leaders apologies to the world and promise to never send out their agencies to do kidnapping plot on Special Region representatives. Though the three leaders grew grudges towards the one organization who exposing the footage and that is the National Defense Initiative. The NDI sends a subdivision branch called Nation Security Force to keep an eye on three leaders if they attempt to send private military or secret agencies to gain the Special Region as their own. The NDI grew larger and larger after the footage was released and all thanks to them. Now, after the JSDF able to rescue Saderan princess and an emperor from Prince Zorzal, the NDI have finally develop a new weapon keeping the secrets from Earth and a chance to enter the gate to start the campaign.

The Gate; thus, the NDI Intervened.
