Pearl's Perspective-

"Eat up, we still have one last fight."

"That's right you do."

Pearl looked up and saw Cleo and Martyn.

"Well, well, well, looks like we've got a crazy dog lady." Martyn said.

"And it looks like we have a heartbroken jerk who ditched me and the girl who stole my soulmate."

Martyn and Cleo death stared Pearl, who returned the look.

"Ready for a fight?" Pearl asked, patting one of her dog's head, "Because we are."

Martyn and Cleo exchanged looks and smirked.

Cleo then jumped down and slashed Pearl.

Better be ready, Scott. If you don't have food on you, this will be a tricky battle.

Pearl smirked and hit Cleo back.

"That's my soulmate you're attacking!" Martyn shouted.

Pearl quickly turned around and her and Martyn's weapons clashed together.

"Get 'em boys!" Pearl shouted as her dogs started to attack Cleo.

"Come on Pearl, you're outnumbered." Martyn said, smirking, "Just give up."

Pearl barked with laughter as she pushed Martyn away.

"If you taught me anything," She said, looking straight into Martyn's eyes, "It's that nothing can put me down."

Martyn's eyes widened.

Pearl walked up to him, her axe getting dragged to the ground.

She stopped so they were face to face and she leaned in to whisper something in his ear.

"You wanna know what you also taught me?" She asked.

Martyn didn't say anything and Pearl laughed mischievously.

"It's that you can't trust anyone."

She plunged her axe into Martyn, tears forming in her eyes.

Martyn's body fell limp, and Cleo's body fell off of a tree she was standing on.

Pearl looked down at Martyn and heard someone call her name.

She walked out of the forest and saw Scott run up to her.

"We made it!" She shouted, hugging him.

"You- you killed them?" Scott asked in disbelief.

"Yeah! I killed them! We- we won!"

Scott's smile faded.

"Then...then why aren't we getting teleported up to the Watcher's?"

I froze.

"Pearl...Pearl I think only one of us can win."

"But...I did this for us."

Scott walked away and started placing items.

I tried to peek around but he didn't let me see.

"Pearl...I think you deserve to win." Scott said shakily.

"W-what do you mean?"

Scott turned to face me and I saw that he had lit TNT in his hands.

"What are you doing?!"

I ran up to him, but he ran towards the forest.

"Scott, stop." I begged.

Scott smiled softly.

"Tilly death do us part."

And he blew up.

"SCOTT!"

I tried to run over to him, but it was too late.

I felt myself get pushed back and I started to...fall?

I gasped as I fell onto my hands and knees.

"Oww." I groaned, seeing the blood on my hands.

"Here, let me help you." A voice said.

I gasped as I felt myself heal.

I looked up and saw a Watcher.
