Annabeth's POV
I finished putting on my black combat boots. Tonight me and the girls were going to laser tag to celebrate the proposal. I know what you're thinking, isn't laser tag for children? First, we are all young at heart. Second, laser tag is for everyone.
I walked out the Athena cabin. Campers were heading to dinner now. The guys had already left to go to their celebration.

I saw Hazel, Calypso, Piper, Thalia(who was visiting with the hunters) and Reyna waiting by Thalia's tree.

"What took you so long?" Piper called out as I jogged to meet them.

"Oh shut it McLean." I called back.

Hazel laughed. "You guys are ridiculous." The van pulled up.

Reyna crossed her arms. "Are you guys ready because I'm starting to get bored." She gave a fake yawn.

"Yeah, yeah, we're ready." I said pausing for a breath at the top of the hill. We climbed into the van one by one. I sat in front, Thalia and Reyna sat in the middle and Hazel, Calypso, and Piper sat in the back.

After a ride that felt like an eternity we finally arrived at the Laser Tag. We thanked Argus and hopped out. Not literally. Piper and Thalia immediately raced to the games. I laughed. How do they expect to play the games if they don't have the tokens. Calypso and Hazel got the the tokens while me and Reyna took in the building. I stared at the bumper cars. I will so beat the girls at that.

Calypso then handed us the tokens and our tickets for Laser Tag. The game didn't start until 7 so we played some games. Reyna and Hazel were trying to see who could get the most tickets from the game where you pull down the lever and it spins and lands on something. We were all surprised when Hazel Hit jackpot.

"In your face!" Hazel cheered.

Meanwhile I was trying to figure out the best possible way to get the puppy stuffed animal from the crane game. Piper was playing the motorcycle race game. Calypso just stared at everything in shock. I forget that she hadn't seen much technology. She eventually chose the game that piper was playing. Piper showed her the ropes and soon Calypso was beating Piper! And Piper is the best at those games.

"Ha!" Reyna yelled. "I got the most tickets."

"How!?" Hazel asked in disbelief.

"MAGIC!" Reyna said waving her arms around like a magician.

By now it was time to go play laser tag. This round we were against some other people we didn't know. It was mostly a group of kids and a few preteens we were going up against.

"Should we go easy on them?" Calypso asked. We all looked at each other for a second and bursted out laughing.

"Calypso you're so funny." Thalia said laughing. We got the stuff and then went to the arena. Most of the time we stuck together but a few occasions we separated.

Let's just say we creamed those 7 year olds. We played a few more arcade games then we started another round. This time it was just me and the girls. Hazel, Calypso, and Reyna versus me, Thalia, and Piper.

All was going well until I was lasered. I fell to the ground dramatically.

"Annabeth! No! Don't go." Piper wailed.

"Tell percy I-I love him."

"Noooo." Thalia cried.

I then got back up and started playing again. Good thing I only had to wait like what a few seconds.
"Oh Annie! We missed you." Piper said hugging me.

"Don't call me Annie." I laughed.

We walked outside of the arena upset. It was a stupid tie. We sat down at the cafe and ordered some drinks and food. I noticed Piper was looking into space. She also wore a worried expression.

"Pipes, you okay?" I asked.

"Huh? Oh yeah! I'm fine." She said.

"No you're not. Spill." Reyna said. Piper closed her eyes for a few seconds.

"Well I guess I have to tell you guys at some point." She took a breath. "I'mPregnantAndJasonIsTheDadAndImWorriedHe'llLeaveMeAndTheBaby."
I glanced at the other girls and judging by their expression they didn't understand what Piper said either.

"Piper can you repeat that... but slower."

She sighed. "I'm pregnant. Jason is the father... I'm worried he'll leave me."

We all took a moment to let it sink in. Then Calypso, who was sitting next to Piper, wrapped her in a hug.

"I'm sure he won't leave you, Pipes." I said.

"Yea. And if he does, he'll have to deal with me," Thalia said cracking her knuckles and to emphasize.
Hazel and Reyna nodded.

"I don't know Jason well but he would be crazy to leave a great person like you." Calypso said releasing Piper from the hug. Piper wiped her eyes.

"Thanks guys."

"Now lets go have some fun!" Hazel exclaimed.

"Yea! The night is still young. Heck it isn't even 12. Let's go do some Karaoke." I said. Piper laughed.

We got up from our seats and went to the karaoke machine.
