I eagerly leaned my head down to peer into the garden, my short pink locks falling in my face. "Wow...! They're so pretty!"
Sure enough, small pink buds were beginning to bloom. My instructor, Miss Risa, smiled happily at me as she saw the excitement in my expression. "You really like tulips, don't you..."
I beamed and nodded enthusiastically. "They're such a pretty color..."

The cherry blossoms were lush and vibrant, and any kind of flower you could imagine would be perfectly in bloomー not to mention the gorgeous aroma they gave off that enriched the entire kingdom. There was even a huge, grand, yearly spring festival that the Raewillow celebrated every year, with flowery parade floats, and music, and dancing... Everything about spring here was magnificent.
I, being the apprentice of the royal gardener, was lucky enough to see even more plan life within the castle grounds. Indeed, it was the most beautiful spot in the springtime... I couldn't believe sometimes how lucky I was to be able to see such beauty up close.
Miss Risa pulled me from my daydreams.
"Cmon, Haruka! I want to plant the camellias soon so they'll have time to bloom in time for spring."
"Kay!"
I trotted along side her as we wheeled the wheelbarrow of flowers to a fresh patch of dirt. I inhaled deeply.
