Ladybug and Cat Noir assumed it was just going to be another normal day.... Up until the police contacted them.

Once the two arrived, one of the officers came over to them and said "Ladybug, Cat Noir, we're in deep trouble! If this keep spreading not even Hawk Moth will be safe!"

Cat Noir took initiative and asked "What could be worse than an Akuma or Sentimonster?"

He looked at them, went to a side pouch, and showed them the small pill "Reaper, that's what."

Adrian and his father were speaking to Natalie and Mr. Agreste said "Reaper?! I thought it was just a myth!"

Natalie shook her head and showed him and Adrian a chart of it.

"Reaper is highly potent, and it can even give miraculous holders trouble. I managed to dig up some info and this is what I found."

Adrian looked at the strange woman and asked "Who's that?"

Natalie responded "Corvid Queen, owner of the miraculous of the magpie. She's the creator of this drug, and brought Florida to it's knees in only a few weeks. Silver Lupin stopped her before she could manufacture even more of it, destroying all her product."

Mr. Agreste thought for a moment before saying "This changes nothing, we'll double security, and Adrian will still go to school. We may have to lessen our photo shoots, but we need to show Paris despite this advancement we won't back down. One little drug won't stop us from accomplishing more."

Adrian started to walk away before turning around in shock after his father said "Make sure to warn your friends son, we don't want any of them to get caught with this drug."

Silver Lupin and his partner were waiting on the Eifle Tower, waiting for Ladybug and Cat Noir. Once they arrived Ladybug immediately fired questions at him.

"You! Did you know about this?! There drugs spreading through Paris at alarming rate, and you just fought the person responsible for it the other night!"

He put up his hands in defense and said "I'm sorry! I didn't know four of my old enemies would come to Paris. But I have a plan!"

Cat Noir cut him off and said "No! Every single plan you've had up until now has only resulted in people getting hurt! This time you listen to me and Ladybug!"

His partner decided to step in and said "Ladybug, Cat Noir, I am Mistress Mischief! Lupin has been doing everything in his power to prove that he's a hero, and he's certainly been doing it longer! He's fought all of the Fatal 4 multiple times, all alone, all while they had a miraculous!"

The two heroes were taken aback by her statement as she continued by saying "Silver Lupin already has a plan in place, so don't get your spots in a bunch and your tail in a twist, just listen to what he has to say!"

They all looked to him and he said "First we need to go after Corvid Queen, she's the one who causes the most damage. I tracked one of her deals taking place down that way." He said pointing.

They all arrived at an alleyway, looking down to see several guys being given a bag of 5 to 7 pills. Ladybug Got impulsive.

She jumped down once the dealer left and said "HAND OVER THE PILLS!"

One of the guys just laughed and said "With this stuff? Not even you scare us Ladybug!"

He took one of the pills, eyes widening for a second before ladybug sent her yoyo at him. To all their surprise....

He caught it.

He looked back to her, tossing the yoyo to the side, the others behind him following his lead.

Lupin then jumped down and looked at Mistress Mischief.

"Mischief, use your power!"

She grinned widely and shouted "MISCONDUCT!"

In her hand landed a squirt gun, and she aimed. She shot out a purple glittery smoke, all of the bad guys breathing it in.

Suddenly, they all fell to the ground, incredibly weighted.

"W-what is this?!" One of them coughed out.

"Oh! Just my powers effect! Misconduct lets me take something and make mischief out of it!  So with you, I took each pill and made you feel like gravity is weighing down on you, isn't this fun?"

Lupin stormed over to Ladybug and said "WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM?!"

She was about to respond but his voice drowned hers out.

"You really think that you can just run head first?! I managed to stop this drug before, but you could've just compromised all of Paris! So for once, could you just swallow your pride before it gets one of us killed?!"

Cat Noir glared, Ladybug saying what they were both thinking:

"You can do this by yourself then."

He stared at her as if he'd just been stabbed.

"This is your fault anyways, so me and Cat Noir will handle our business, you'll handle yours!"

The two heroes left, leaving the two of them alone.

He sighed angrily and said "Mistress, call the police, the drug should have worn off by now. Go home, we'll meet at your place tomorrow.... I just need some space."

*later*

Artemis arrived home, scrolling through his contacts. He went to Chloe's and called the number.

".... Hello?"

He sighed and said "Yeah, hey Chloe. I need some leadership advice and since you handle all this kind of stuff all the time...."

He could hear her happiness as she said "Oh yes yes yes! Allow me to give you the most amazing advice!"

He pulled out a shoebox and opened it to see two small ones inside. As she spoke, he decided he didn't have a choice.

"Chloe, one of the other reasons I called is.... Could you just, come over? And do you mind bringing coming alone. I have something to give you, and since you don't like Ladybug, it'll help."

This is all taking place after the miracle queen and heroes day events

Chloe arrived there later, Artemis letting her in. "So, what do you want my help with?"

He closed the door behind her before taking out a small box.

"Hold on-"

Artemis shushed her before saying "My mother's job was to see who was worthy, and who wasn't.... From Ladybug and her partners actions tonight, they don't deserve the mantle that comes with their powers.... But you do."

He smiled at her and said "In this box is the miraculous of the spider, a Bola spider to be specific. I want you to use it to help me clean this place of infection, and when we're done, we'll pass our judgement onto Ladybug and Cat Noir! What do you say, Tripwire?"

She took the box and smiled.

"Let's do it!"
