Shikamaru was organizing the Hokage paperwork when a portal opened up from out of nowhere with With the young team 7 plus Naruto and Sasuke coming through. They were all badly beaten except Mitsuki who didn't have much damage but still needed to go to the hospital for treatment.

Shikamaru slightly gasped at the sight of them. Whoever they were fighting had to be extremely powerful to the point where even the Hokage was exhausted and badly injured.
He called in a group of Anbu to help them.

They were all sent to the hospital while Shikamaru called in Tsunade and Kakashi to alert them what had happened.

"We should Alert the other Kage about this situation immediately!" Tsunade ordered. Shikamaru and Kakashi nodded and contacted the Kage's from other nations.

"Alright. They should arrive within a few days." Shikamaru spoken.

"Alright. I'll go check up on them." Tsunade said and left.

At the leaf hospital she requested to see Naruto and Sasuke. The nurse nods and told Tsunade the room door.
Slightly opening the door, and walking in silently, she saw Naruto laying on the hospital bed unconscious. Sasuke was on the next bed and unconscious too.
Tsunade sighed. Just what happened out there?

She heard sniffling from the next room. It sounded like Sakura. Tsunade approached the room next door to see Sakura healing her daughter's wounds. Sarada's eyes were bandaged up and was also unresponsive (unconscious. Not dead.) Boruto was in the same state. Mitsuki was the only one who wasn't unconscious like the others but was suffering from extreme burns on his back.
It was like he was stuck by lightning.

"Sakura." Sakura slightly Yelp and turned around to Tsunade.

"Tsunade-Sama?"

"What happened?"

"I'm not sure what had happened to them. I was alerted about people who needed medical attention and noticed that Sarada and Sasuke was one of them.." Sakura wiped the tears from her face and continued. "I noticed that Sarada had broken pieces of glass shards dangerously close to her eyes so I carefully removed them and bandaged them." Tsunade nodded.

"How's Boruto condition?"

"He had some bruises and was badly hit to the head. I healed him so he should be doing fine."

The blonde then walked towards Mitsuki's bed.
His body was bandaged up and had a few scratches on him.

Who would do this much pain to children?

"Mitsuki." Mitsuki looked In Tsunade's direction but didn't say anything.

"Who did this to you?"

Sakura walked besides Tsunade, also wanting to know who hurt her daughter and husband.

"Y/n."

The females eyes widened. Y/n? But her and Sarada were close friends!

A/n: *cough* not really *cough*

"Y/n did all of this?" Sakura asked.

"No. She was with someone else. I believe Y/n said that his name was Madara Uchiha?"

Oh the look of horror Tsunade and Sakura are showing is priceless.

He's back..? Oh no..

(Meanwhile)

It was dusk. The forest was getting darker every passing minute. Madara thought to himself now that his been reanimated, should he return to accomplishing his mission onto bringing "world peace".
He almost successfully accomplished it until he was betrayed by Zetsu and used as a pawn by Kaguya.
Just thinking about what happened just made him angry. Now he knows to never trust any idiots he come across. Not only was he stabbed in the back twice, but three times. Zetsu, Kaguya and that insufferable boy Obito.
He almost laughed after figuring out that the reason why Obito wanted to get revenge by declaring war was because some girl he liked got killed. And what's even funnier is that the girl didn't even like him back.

Madara did regret his decision back then but now that he's back once again, he's not sure what to do. His Peaceful life is long gone since now every Kage from the five great nations are terrified of him.
He wants to revert back to his old ways. But he doesn't want Y/n to get caught in it  and get hurt or possibly killed in the process. It's still shocking to him how she's still alive from being frozen in time due to her clumsiness.

And of course he isn't going to say that part of the reason he became evil was because he thought that Y/n was killed. No one knew of that....Except Hashirama. But thank Kami he's dead or else he would've  made fun of Madara for days on end.
