Shadow was walking back to go home. She didn't feel like taking a bus or a cab so she decided to go through the Forrest of the forgotten. Shadow tends to be lazy and kicked out of lots of places for her attitude. But she didn't care. As long as she had her nice big house to herself.

Shadow had a sucky job that paid enough for her to have a big house so she had to deal with it till she had time to find a nother job. Shadow barely was lucky to get this job since she always uses her powers when she isn't supposed to. She also was a bitch to most of the workers but when the boss was around she was a bitch to him. He couldn't fire her tho since she was the only worker who worked the most. Shadow had just got finished with a 12 hour shift at the factory.

Shadow didn't feel or have time to wait for a stupid bus or train or cab. She just wanted to go home and eat. Today wasn't a good day for her since today was the day 15 years ago she lost her parents and her best friend. Shadow may seem mean and evil but really deep down she was kind and worried and scared. She still believed she could find her friend.

Shadow was kinda feeling bad for never really giving people a chance to be her friend. She really needed the comfort of a friend and a family she could love. But knowing her that ain't going to happen. She really missed her parents and it sucked being the only child. When ever she walked to places people would stop in fear of her powers and what she could do.

Shadow was now at the gates to the Forrest of the forgotten. She had been told the stories of the Forrest and the gate had lots of keep out signs and gate locks. Good thing shadow knew how to pick locks. She picks the lock and enters the Forrest. If only she had listened to the stories cause once she entered the gate shut and locked its self back up.
