Chapter 8
We picked the name of River because her pelt was a white misty grey color and we found her by one.
She hasn't been anywhere else other then the house because of her leg , but it would heal soon enough. She normally spent most of her time hanging around me. Like when ever I go hunting she would try to follow me. No matter how many times I tell her no she won't stay behind. I would have to bring her into the house to keep her from following me.
Though at the moment I had nothing to do. I had already been out hunting and we didn't need anything else at the moment. So I was just sitting under a tree in front of the house watching River play.
She then lifted her head as if she heard something. Soon I began to hear it to. The sound sounded like something running threw the forest. I got up as a horse galloped into the clearing. It was Brandon and Ginger.
"Brandon your back." I said. Coming over to great him. "Yea and I got great news!" He said with a smile as he got off Ginger. "I found a town that we can stay at."
"How far is it?" I asked. "It's not far. It may take a little while to get there, but we won't be walking past the morning." He answered me. "How come you never found this place earlier?" I then asked remembering he had gone on many other trips like this one. "Well I normally take a different path when I go out but I this time thought that maybe if I went the other way I would find something. We should go tell the others." He said walking to the house.
"Brandon your back." Heather greeted him. "Yes and I found a small town we can move to, so get your stuff together because we are leaving in the morning." He told them.
