I am well aware of Mr arcs level of combat prowess and that he has not attended a combat school. But if you would take a look closer you would notice something most people would miss. Mr arc's semblance has yet to show itself, and this means it could be a very powerful one, even war winning. Also, it isn't in your business to interfere with my academy's affairs James.

Dear doctor silo
I'm sure you've heard of the emergence of a new force user. This new force user is powerful enough to beat Winter in combat. He even beat another force user that challenged him. He also seems to change through time. It would be better if if remnant would just, forget force users wouldn't it? You will have all the funding and protection you need, just make a memory machine big enough for all of remnant.

I agree with your assessment, the force users are too powerful to be walking free. As to your request for the memory machine I can make it, but it will take time. I also would like to request that admiral trench be the one to protect me. I am some history with him and he will understand what we're doing. But for this memory machine to work, the people of remnant need to be in a state of distress. So they don't feel the memory machine entering there brains. If you can create that scenario then the memory machine will work.

The propaganda your made it working brilliantly, and the bounty I placed is also assisting greatly. The arc boy is going for criminals, so I say we let him finish off the criminals. But after that I have a job for you, I want you to bring your dreadnoughts out to the Grimm wall around vale. And I want you to bomb it. The Grimm will continue the dread around all of remnant. Assisting the memory machine.
