After a few moons had passed Thunderkit finally had open her eyes. She looked around her in wonder. Thunderkit stood up to run outside before IceFern picked her up and gentle settles  Thunderkit near her. IceFern groomed thunderkit pelt " now where did you think your going little one?" she asked Thunderkit as she groomed her "outside this den! can i go outside?" she mews to her mother. A Queen near them had awoken up from Thunderkit loudly mews and chuckling at the young kit " Must as well IceFern she's going to wake up the rest of us" she told IceFern with a laugh. IceFern nodded "of course she will" she said to the other Queen with small laugh and pushed lightly at Thunderkit towards the enters "alright Thunderkit go play just be careful" Thunderkit squeals and runs out of the nursery to play with the other kits but before she could make it to the older kits she was pushed hard to the ground and feeling claws on her back. She mews out of fear of the kit on top of her "Flamekit get off me!" she yells out at the Tom on top of her. The orange Tom meows in victory " nope slop poke!" he told her. she struggle under Flamekits when Duststar the leader of Iceclan yowl out "cats of all moons come towards the tree trunk for a clan meeting!". Flame kit run off to see the meeting and calls towards Thunderkit " come on Thunderkit! we don't want to be late!" Thunderkit squeals and runs towards the older tom and stayed by there side when they saddle down in there spot. Duststar looked around to see all his clan mates meeting from the tree trunk and some Queens and elders stayed near there den " i called you here for a reason" he told everyone around him " there are four kits who learn the why of the clan and it is time for them to become an apprentice" he paused for bit before continuing "Flamekit, Dark kit ,lightkit,Featherkit please step forwards" and with that Flamekit and the others walked up to the tree trunk. DustStar nodded at the them before starting to speak again " Flamekit From this day forward you be known as Flamepaw and your mentor will be shadowfang" the crowd of cats cheer of Flamepaw as he met his mentor touching nose. The clan quiet down for Duststar to continue "Dark Kit will be known as Darkpaw your mentor will be MoonFeather" he told to the newly apprentice and again the clan cheered for the new apprentice. Thunderkit watched as all her older den mates are leaving the nursery leaving her alone with queens as she is only kit that is 3 moons old. As every cat quiet down again to hear the leader say the last two apprentice "now lightkit for this moment on you will be known as lightpaw and your mentor is Runningfoot and as for Featherkit for this day on you will be known as Featherpaw as for your mentor will be sliversand" he announced to the clan and the newly apprentice. The clan cheered louder yelling each apprentice name as Thunderkit sat there quietly knowing they won't be her Den mates in the nursery since she's a lonely kit. Thunderkit sadly walks towards the nursery to rest since the sun was setting already but she hopes one day she will be a apprentices soon. Flamepaw notice the Thunderkit left to the nursery he want to comfort her but stayed put with his mentor before being pushed gently by a light gray she-cat name lightpaw "come on Flamepaw let's go to the den to rest fo-" she was cut off by Darkpaw " right but first thing first why friends with the kit? Are you mad? She a weird kit thinking she can hangout with us just because she's the leader kit" he hisses quiet to Flamepaw since his leader is behide him still talking to all their mentor. Flamepaw looked down but nodded in understanding " I know but she's nice and sweet" he told the pure gray cat with dark strips. Lightpaw nods in agreement with Flamepaw "she's just a kit she so sweet and playful you never know if she will become the next leader" she told darkpaw. Darkpaw puff up and hiss but before he could say anything a pale brown Tom apprentice appeared in front of them " shush now Darkpaw don't be rude to thunderkit" he told darkpaw. Darkpaw looks down. Before nodding to the older apprentice " of course oakpaw" as the two apprentice mumbles to each other said in how Darkpaw looks up to oakpaw before Featherpaw interrupt them " guys come on we have training tomorrow!" The Sandy colored apprentice called out from the apprentice den. Oakpaw nodded and want to the den to sleep as every other cat left to the dens to sleep and some warrior out for the night patrol as everyone sleeps for the night. DustStar stayed in his den after the meeting he layed there and think of what he heard from the other apprentice and as for Flamepaw he lays awake staring at the enters waiting for Thunderkit to walk in and sleep beside him through the peaceful night as they used too in the nursery
