Now I remember...

I panted as I grabbed the last branch and pulled myself up the tree"At last",I breathed as I swong my leg over and sat on it.I looked into the distance,the luminous orange of the setting sun hit my pupils.I smiled...I came there often but the sight still managed to hex me...there was the world,the world was at my feet,me watching it spin from above.That was the time I heard panting below me,the hairs on my ears pricked up,my eyes whidened as I brased myself.I looked down to see my close friend and allie,Armin looking up "They-They're here..." he stuttered.I groaned and threw myself onto the branch below and then slowly climbed off the tree.I brushed past  Armin,prtending I could risc my life anyday inside a god dammed arena but on the inside...my heart was pounding and my head was  was too full of ways to escape than to even say a word.As we walked down the rather steep,muddy hill and into the village people congratulated us,shook our hands and patted our backs.I looked to Armin,he seemed almost too...normal...He shook their hands and smiled...Did he not consider that this could be the last time we ever saw theas people!?
