Once I sat down on the couch, mom and dad walked in with a box.

"What's in the box?" Harley asked.

"Somethings. First, do you know who your parents are?" mom asked.

"You and dad." Drew said gesturing towards the adults.

"For once Drew, you are wrong. You four are adopted."

"W-What?" Percy asked.

"One day a man came to our door and asked us to take care of you four. We asked who your parents were and he said, 'The god of war and the goddess of love.' Then he vanished."

"So... You're saying that our mom and dad is Aphrodite and Ares?" Drew asked.

"Yes. Do you remember the medicine that you took when you were little and when you got hurt?" mom asked.

"Yea. The yellow clear drink tasted good. But the shots hurt." Harley said rubbing his arms.

"We had special orders to give that to you. A few days later he gave us this box with a note that said, 'For the day before their 16th birthdays.'" dad opened the box to smaller boxes. Mom handed Drew a box with a wave on it. Harley's box had a lighting bolt. Percy's had a skull. Mine had a quarter moon.

"Opened them. See what weapon you got." dad said.

"Weapon?" I asked while opening the box. I saw a silver bow with a quiver of 10 arrows. I looked over at Percy and saw that she had black dagger and a small helmet. We both looked at Harley as he opened the box to be shocked by a little blue light.

"Is that a lighting bolt?" he asked. He picked it up and messed with it. Then we all looked at Drew. He opened his to see a trident.

"Why do we need these?" Percy asked.

"You will find out tomorrow. There is a few other things. Here." mom handed us another box.

"How did the boxes fit in there?" I asked.

"Packed by Hermes himself." This time Drew got one with two spears crossed. Harley got an owl. Percy got a dove. I got peacock feather. Drew opened his first and took out a shield. Harley got a book.

"'The guide to True Love By Aphrodite'. Why can I read this?" Harley asked.

"Because it's in Greek." mom said. Percy opened hers to get a bottle of perfume.

"'One spray shall make love prey.' What?" she asked.

"Don't try it yet. wait a few days then try it." I opened mine to see a note.

"'You four shall return home soon. You will have to chose between two things.' Umm... what?" I asked. dad shrugged.

"There is one more round of gifts then four gifts outside." This time Drew got a sun. Percy got winged sandals. Harley got flaming hammer. I got a grape vine. Percy opened hers to get sandals with a note.

"'Say Mania'." she read. The sandals sprouted wings. "Mania." The wings shrank. Drew opened his to have sun block.

"Really." Percy and I laughed. Harley opened his to see metal, wires, etc. Mine had a small grape vine and a small rose bush.

"Those are for you to practice your powers on. You won't have them till tomorrow. Now for the last gifts. Come on." Mom and dad walked out of the room.

Harley ran after them while the rest of us just walked. Once we got out there a Pegasus trotted to Drew. A eagle flew to Harley. A Hellhound walked up to Percy. A wolf walked up to me and rubbed against my legs.

"Do they have names yet?" Percy asked.

"The Pegasus is Flash. The eagle is Bullet. The Hellhound is Shadow. And the wolf is Silver. Now go get most of your stuff packed. You are going to a camp for winter break." Dad shooed us off.

"I wonder what the camp is for." Drew said walking back to the house.

"I don't know. But I say that we should pack most of our clothes, money, medicine, and other valuables." Percy said then ran off.
