(Before I start this they get paid to volunteer at the clinic so that's why I call it work. Also TW?: Mentions of pets being put down, anesthetic mentions.)

We both wake up to my alarm, Sarah and I are doing opening to closing today.

We both get up and get ready for work. We then leave the house, I let Sarah lock it up.

We walk there. I smile and hold her hand. Sarah smiles and blushes. I blush too.

We arrive there and I kiss her cheek before parting our separate ways.

I help clean the dogs and feed the cats. Then I scoop the litter boxes and take out the trash.

Then it's break time. I ask Sarah what she did and how she's enjoying this.

"Oh I'm loving it! I feed the dogs and brought them outside. I picked up after them too," Sarah smiles.

"You ready to help the vets?" I ask.

She nods, "Of course I'm ready!"

I nod. Soon break is over.

We go to the vets and help them with surgeries by handing them tools or holding something in place. Later, we help put some pets... let's say to sleep peacefully.

Sarah went to the bathroom to cry after. I go to her and comfort her. She cries into my shoulder for a little bit. She calms down and we go back to work.

We soon go home and get ready to bed and sleep, cuddling.
