I managed to get out at 4pm. I come out and Sarah smiles as I clock out. "Ready to go home?" I ask Sarah.

She nods and stands up. We walk home together. "Something on your mind? You're awfully quiet. " Sarah notices.

I smile, "Yes there is, actually. There's somewhere I'd like to take you in a bit. But it's a surprise."

"Alright!" she chirps.

We arrive home and I unlock the door and hold it open for Sarah again. She thanks me. I go in after her and lock the door once in.

I get out of my work outfit and into a light blue and white gingham dress with light blue flats for later.

Sarah smiles when she sees me. "You look beautiful," she says.

"Thanks," I say.

She hugs me and I hug back. I go shopping really quick and set up the spot. It was 4:30pm then

Then I come back to the house. Sarah and I cuddle for a until, 5:50pm before I get up and get a blindfold. I put it on Sarah. I then get my flats on.

"You aren't gonna lead me to my death, right?" she asks nervously once I guide her out the door.

"Of course not!" I say as I lock the door.

I guide Sarah to the park trail. Which only takes 5 minutes. I go by the pond where I had already set up the picnic. The sun was setting.

"Okay, you can take the blindfold off now," I smile, sitting down on the red and white gingham blanket.

Sarah takes it off and her eyes sparkle. "It's a beautiful sight!" she says looking at the sunset. Then she looks at me and the picnic. She sits down on the free spot.

We eat and talk. I found out she's gonna start working with me tomorrow. "Oh I nearly forgot I got you something while I was at the store!" I say.

She looks at me, eating, as I reach into my pocket and take out a longish rectangular box and give it to her.

She sets her food down and  opens the box. She smiles brightly and takes out a cherry patterned key. "Is this my house key?" she giggles.

"Yup, I know you like cherry patterned things so I got it for you," I give her a closed-eye and proud smile.

Soon the sun sets and the stars come out. Sarah looks at the stars as she yawns. It was 7pm now. I pick everything up and go home with her. We get ready for bed and sleep, cuddling each other.
