Chapter 2

The week flew by quickly. School was the same, no villain attacks (luckily) and an occasional red in the toilet. Saturday had finally come around to Bakugou's demise though he could use this as an opportunity to find who he was so in love with, even if it was so very obvious. Bakugou was becoming desperate now. He wanted so hard to believe that his feelings for Kirishima were just fake, and instead he was falling for Mina. He desperately tried to force himself to like that pink girl though he couldn't. Every time he tried, his thoughts would always drift to Kirishima and he'd be over the toilet once again. He didn't want to believe he was not straight. The very thought of it made him want to puke. What would his parents think? Would he still become a hero? What would happen to the relationship he held so dearly with Kirishima if he found out? These questions would swarm his mind during class, distracting him from his studies.

Bakugou groaned as he woke up. His throat tingled slightly from the previous night. He'd coughed up a few more than one. He sat up and wiped the sleep from his eyes. He grabbed the packet of Strepsils and popped a pill into his mouth. He grabbed his glass of water and swallowed the pill.

Bakugou changed into ripped denim jeans, a white t-shirt and a black jacket with two white strips at the bottom of the sleeves. He pulled on a pair of runners and left the dorm room. He grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl as he left the dormitories. There was no denying it. Bakugou was not looking forward to the day ahead. His stomach turned at the thought of it and he was tempted to return to his dorm and lay in bed all day.

Bakugou walked out of the school property and down the large hill. He was meeting the others at Mina's house. The roads were swarming with cars as he walked down the footpaths. As he neared the aliens house, the streets became quiet and sparce. The trees casted large shadows over the footpath. He walked through the white picket gate and up the gravel footpath.

Mina's house wasn't too small. It had a baby blue coating and two floors. Golden light seeped through the windows as well as loud chatter between three female voices. Bakugou rang the doorbell on repeat, too impatient to be patient. The door quickly swung open to reveal Mina, obviously. But there were two girls behind her. One was tall with dark pink skin and light blue hair that was tied back into a high ponytail. She had a beauty spot on the side of her cheek. Her eyes were orange. She didn't have horns like Mina. She also had small breasts and a thin figure.

The other was shorter than Mina but looked older than her. She had pink skin, the same shade as Mina's, and had purple hair with two pink streaks in it. Her hair was curly and rested on her shoulders. She also had orange eyes.

"Aren't you going to let me in?" Bakugou snarled.

"Come in Bakugou!" Mina replied and stepped aside to let Bakugou in. "You have to take off your shoes." Bakugou glared at Mina but took off his shoes.

"You have sisters?" Bakugou asked.

Mina nodded. "This is Amiko" – she pointed to the tall one – "and this is Yui." She pointed to the shorter one.

"So you're the famous Bakugou we've heard all about," Amiko said.

"Of course you've heard about me, I'm going to be the number one hero!" Bakugou shouted.

Yui flinched slightly and Amiko suddenly became very defensive. "Don't speak that loud, it scares Yui."

"Mina has such a weak sister," Bakugou said.

Mina was the one to get mad now. "Don't you ever say that about my family. You don't know anything about them so leave them alone."

Bakugou was confused with Mina's abrupt change in personality but didn't let it show. "Yeah, and? It doesn't change the fact that they are weak. They flinched at me shouting. Who even does that anymore apart from Deku?"

Mina took a deep breathe. "You can go guys. I'll deal with Bakugou." She gave a gentle smile to her siblings and watched them walk into a separate room.

Mina looked back at Bakugou with a sad expression. "What?" Bakugou snapped.

"Do you swear not to tell anyone?" She asked.

"What?"

"Just promise Bakugou. This is very personal. No one knows about this."

Bakugou hesitated before nodding his head. Mina lead Bakugou into a lounge room. There were pictures of their family all around their room but there was no dad. They sat down on a black couch. "When we were younger, our parents fought a lot. It would be all we heard every night for hours. It was horrible. Our dad would always end up storming out of the house at midnight, leaving our mother sobbing with us. One time he even hit her. He was caught in a villain attack years back. The one where All Might saved everyone from inside a burning building. He couldn't save dad though," Mina said shakily.

Bakugou was not expecting that at all. Just as he was about to say something, the doorbell rang again. He put on his tough exterior again as he noticed it was slipping around the aching girl and laid against the couch. Mina stood up, wiped her eyes and smiled brightly, as if the previous events never occurred.

A familiar voice greeted Mina. It was Sero. "Hey bro," he said when he saw Bakugou. He plopped down beside him.

"I'm not your friend," Bakugou growled. He had decided to try and keep his shouting to a minimum because he actually had respect for others.

"When did you get here?" He asked.

"Five minutes ago."

"How are your sisters?" The question was directed at Mina.

She replied, "they're great. Thanks for asking."

Soon, everyone arrived and Mina brought out their first game and of course it was something she knew she'd win at. Twister. What a classic. Bakugou wasn't going to let Mina win at this. He was going to beat her.

Mina set up the game and stood with the spinner in her hand. "We all know that I'm going to win so I'll spin the wheel." Everyone started protesting against Mina though they couldn't deny how flexible she was. "Right hand on green." Everyone did that. "Left hand on blue."

This went on for quite some time until it was only bakugou and Denki left. The two had an unsettled rivalry with each other. They both had a hidden crush on the red head but they'd never be able to admit it to themselves or anyone else. "right foot on blue." The mat squished underfoot as the two boys moved their right foot to blue. Bakugou's left arm was directly underneath Denki's chest on a green while his right hand was easily on a red spot. His left foot was on the same blue as Denki's.

Mina grinned evily at the straining boys. "Right hand on yellow." Denki groaned as he moved. Bakugou saw how Denki was struggling to stay upright and purposefully moved his right to the same yellow and slightly pushed the tip of his finger. Denki immediately fell over, bringing Bakugou with him. "The winner is Denki!" Mina cheered.

Bakugou flared up. "What do you mean!? He fell first!"

"But you hit the floor first so you didn't win," Mina explained. "next game," she said before Bakugou could complain.

The five teens continued playing game after game for the next hour. Bakugou won most of them, luckily. It was around midday now and everyone was getting hungry. "Can we get pizza?" Kirishima asked hopefully.

"Sure, but someone is going to have to pick it up," Mina said.

"I'll pick it up with Bakubro!" Kirishima said and swung his arm around Bakugou's shoulder. Bakugou felt the urge to cough rise up but he buried it. He pushed Kirishima's arm off him.

"Yay!" Mina

"Whatever," Bakugou mumbled.

Kirishima and Bakugou left the Ashido residence and walked down the street. "Is everything ok Bakugou?" Kirishima asked gently.

"I'm Bakugou, of course I'm ok," Bakugou snarled.

"Are you sure? You've been avoiding me this past week. Have I done anything wrong?" Kirishima sounded worried.

"I haven't been avoiding you I just haven't been talking to you is all." Bakugou could feel them coming up. Why now? Bakugou thought angrily.

"That's avoiding, Bakugou."

"No it isn't. If I was avoiding you then I wouldn't have gone to get pizza with you, idiot."

Kirishima had nothing to say in return. They soon arrived at the pizza shop and ordered the pizza. One pepperoni, two Hawaiians and two Margaritas.
