"Focus." She said, the young princess took a deep breath, her eyes closed as she pulled her bow up. At first glance it was a stringless bow but when her fingers curled around where the strings would of been they would appear, like a bright light being turned on.
"Focus." She said, she took another deep breath as she now point towards the sky.
"Constellation......" She chanted silently, then she held her breath and waited.
"Roaring lights." She says, as a white arrow appeared. She tugged on the energy string tighter as the flow of wind blew her red hair out of her face. Then, Amelia opened her eyes just as the arrow was released into the air. She watched as it disappeared into the starless night sky. She kept looking before a burst of colors blew out into the sky causing a ray of colors engulf the night sky. Amelia then turned around and smiled as residents, young and old looked up to see the sky. The colors changing like the northern lights.
"That was amazing Amelia!" Someone called out, she looked down and saw a golden hair boy smiling as he looked in awe of the colors. She smiled to and hopped down right into his arms.
"First time getting to see the Roaring Rora's?" She asked, the boy rolled his eyes and placed her gently down.
"I've seen it so many times away from the city...." He says, he looked down at her for a moment.
"But this is the first time I got to see it up close." He says softly, He's red eyes looked down into her green eyes before Aurora lightly punched his arms.
"Don't go staring at me like were lovers Arthur." She teased, Arthur chuckled and rubbed his arms. He had to curse himself since his arm now really hurt from her punch.
"Hey I couldn't help it." He says, returning her punch with a soft elbow of his own. Amelia giggled as she put her long hair into a pony tail. Both her and Arthur took resident on a hilly grass in the Overheat Kingdom, far from the city but not too far from Amelia's mansion. Amelia was the first to fall into the grass and sigh. She placed her bow on the side of her and had her arms behind her head. Arthur joined her as well. He scooted next to her and sighed. They laid there in silent until Arthur spoke up
"Well this has to be the best feeling." He said, looking at Amelia. She shook her head and rolled to her side facing him.
"That you got a one in a life time opportunity to lay next to the princess." She said her eyes now laid on his. Arthur chuckled, he faced her with his hand now holding his face. Amelia had to admit it, Arthur was different from all the boys she had met. Most of them didn't have what she wanted. She then rolled into him making him roll onto his back with her on top of him.
"Well now I got the opportunity to be the princess cushion." Arthur said, Amelia rolled her eyes as she snuggled up to him. The light illuminating there faces. Amelia looked up at Arthur face before gently kissing his chin. Arthur was stunned a bit but he placed his arm around her waist.
"Wanna explain what that was?" He asked, Amelia looked at him annoyed.
"Can't a princess at least be able to relax in peace." She says, emphasising the word princess. Arthur smirked as now the colors in the sky were a blueish green color. Amelia looked away still annoyed but then felt Arthur's hand softly touched her cheeks. She turned to face him feeling flustered at the sudden sensation of his skin coming into contact with her. She realized how close he was. She could feel the warmth of his breath as he leaned towards her. Amelia noticed what he was trying to do and leaned in to him, placing a soft kiss on his lips. Her arm wrapped around his neck as his was wrapped around her waist. Amelia was the first to pull away.
"First kiss?" He asked hushly as if to not ruin the mood. Amelia nods her head biting her lips. She looked away trying to hid her blushing face away, but Arthur didn't let her.
"No I want to see your beautiful face." He says, looking into her green eyes. Amelia started taking shallow breaths as her heart beat started to race.
"Arthur...." She whispered, but was met with another kiss from him. His lips interlocked with hers before pulling away.
"Yeah?" He said, she was now a blushing madly.
"You know its a bad omen for a friend to kiss another friend." She says, she slowly got up and helped him up.
"What can I say, I like the odds against me." He joked, Amelia frowned a bit but then wrapped her arms once more and kissed him again. Arthur being surprised wrapped his around her before they peeled away and Amelia started to grab her things. Arthur on the other hand brushed off the grass from his brown jacket and black pants while Amelia fixed her hair, and started to dust off her blue shirt and brown leather jeans. She looked at him and point her finger at him.
"Not a word from you when you see my dad at the summit or your loosing a pair of testicles." She said, Arthur smiles and nods fearing for his life. Amelia then pulled him into another kiss before letting him go.
"That's a promise kiss." She said, Arthur nods and watched her walk towards her mansion. Surely he was lucky, he started to walk back to the hotel he was in, but before he did that he looked up and saq the lights turned red, yellow, and purple.
"Something tells me that was a good omen." He said, and he began to tred back.
