Adler's's POV

I was in a dark room with stone walls. the only light was coming from a tiny hole in one of the walls. water dripped from the ceiling .I banged on the stone. it echoed through the chamber. I looked around. the room was empty . I was about to sit down, but I heard something . I looked up and saw something drifting down. it was a humanoid creature, but slightly smaller, skinnier, hunched and with red glowing eyes and long sharp claws.it floated down and landed on the floor.it began to approach, so I panicked. I looked around, but there was nowhere to run. it was about 10 meters away. I turned to one wall and banged on it.it was closer.I looked down. I was wearing my normal clothes, a loose grey tunic and leather boots,but I was also wearing a pendant with a violet stone on it. there was a carving on it, a swirl.I looked back. the creature was closer.it seemed to be taking it's time . "help!" I shouted and banged on the wall again. But nothing happened. Adrenaline swelled in my stomach. Then, I began to feel something in my stomach,like it was trying to escape . Some kind of power, that's all I knew. Somehow. It seemed like it was going to leave, but I concentrated on it and it stayed,getting stronger and stronger. I looked down, and the swirl on the pendant was turning so it looked like wind. A purple light spun out of the swirl, at first it was dark, but then it began to turn,like the carving on the pendant and became lighter, until it had no color and I realized that it was a gust of wind. I concentrated even more and it turned faster And grew bigger. Once it was about the size of a bag of flour,I closed my eyes and pictured it moving towards the wall. When I opened my eyes. the creature was about a meter away, but must then I heard crash and the mini whirlwind swooped through the wall,destroying it. I ran out of the room, into a dark hallway . I ran though it and came to a staircase. I looked back and saw it approaching. It wasn't even that scary , but it made me freak out like crazy. So I been to run up the stairs, but I was running really slowly, like I was going through syrup. It was gaining on me,. The same feeling went through me , and I looked down to see the pendant lifting up and the swirl turning.But a tornado wouldn't help this time ... Then I felt wind surge up behind me. I pushed my arms down I began to go up like my arms had invisible wings attached to them. I pushed forwards and my hair flew back and I began to move quickly and expertly through the air. It felt amazing, easy, as I swiftly turned the corners of the spiral staircase like I had done it my entire life.I passed a few doors, and stopped at one eventually.I pushed at it. It was open. I ran through, going slowly again. I was in a large room, like a meeting room maybe. There was a case on a table at the end of the hall . I heard the door open and I turned around , and it was in the doorway. this time I knew what to do. I let my adrenaline and fear of the creature rise, and then I began to work the magic. a whirlwind came out of the purple stone and moved towards the creature. it tried to move away, but the whirlwind wastoo fast and for a second I could only see the whirlwind and then it stopped and all that was left of it was a puddle of brown liquid. then, concentrated again and made the whirlwind crash a hole through the wall . I then approached the hole carefully . under me, I could see a large city, Abbadon. it seemed to be mostly troops training, but what was most remarkable was that there where no plants or trees, or even grass anywhere. the sky was a reddish grey, and in the distance I could see mountains. I concentrated on flying and when I felt the power surge into me, I jumped of. I instantly began to fly at highs peed. out of the city. out of the area until I passed over a range of mountains. then I began to recognise the land. I was in the black mountains range, where the monastery was. I glided west for some time, when I spotted the monastery on one of the smaller mountains,the blue roof covered in snow. I tucked my arms in,dive bombed like an eagle, and pushed them out when i was near the roof ,and landed on the cold blue tiles. I then glided down to one of the windows. luckily, it was the window of the sleeping room. I pushed it open,went in. closed the window again, and the went to my bed. just as I lay down on it, I woke up to the sound of the morning wake-up bell.
