I train zubat on route 4 to lv 16 and it learns wing attack. I start heading through the longish route to creulean cape. Wartortle gets to lv 30 and zubat gets to lv 20 and I help Bill out and recieve the S.S Anne ticket in return, allowing me to board the ship in vermillion city. I head back to creulean and prepare to battle misty.
