Izuku POV:

I feel like my head in being trampled on and when I opened my eyes, there's a bright light from the ceiling lights. I turn my head to the left to see Ochako sleeping on my leg. I remember everything that happened. I tried killing All Might, I tried killing my friends, I tried killing her.

I started to tear up until I heard a voice. "She hasn't left you since she was allowed in here." I turn to my right to see Iida sitting in one of the chairs.

"Hey, Iida." I say weakly.

"Hello, Midoriya. It's good to see you're doing well."

I look down and tears start to form in my eyes. "Iida, I'm not doing well. I tried killing All Might. I tried killing you, Todoroki, Kirishima, Kacchan, Yaoyorozu, Toga. I tried to kill-" I get cut off by Iida.

"Your fiance?"

"Wait, you know?!" I whisper yelled so I didn't wake Ochako up.

"She snapped you out of your berserk state by using that ring of her's. Kirishima said he already knew. Before you get worried, I'm not against it. In fact, I'm happy my two closest friends are together. You two will make an excellent duo." He says doing slight chopping motions and smiling.

I don't deserve it. I know they weren't my own actions, but I still tried killing her. "T-Thanks."

He gets up and heads to the door. "I'm going to go. The doctor said that you can be discharged when you woke up." He says exiting the room.

I slump back into the bed thinking about what could've happened if she waited even two more seconds. The thought of it made me sick of myself. I then hear rustling at the end of the bed. I look over to see Ochako waking up. She notices me and tears start to form in her eyes. "Izuku!" She yells as she wraps me in her embrace.

"I was so worried about you! I was scared for you! That you would never be able to be yourself again." She cried in my shoulder. She lifts her face from my shoulder to look me in the face with a teary-eyed smile. "But now you're here. You're the Izuku I love again."

I don't deserve her love. "Ochako, let's get back to UA. Iida said I could leave when I woke up." I say not looking her in the eye.

"O-Okay." She gets up and follows me, getting our things, and leave the hospital.

Timeskip to UA:

We get back to the dorms and I headed back to my room without talking to anyone. I sit on my bed looking at my All Might merchandise. Merchandise of the man I almost killed. I turn the lights off to avoid looking at them and lock the door so no one comes in.

I then think back to everything everyone has ever called me.

'Midoriya should just turn himself in already.'

'Deku should be the name of a villain.'

'Arsonist.'

'Villain.'

'Villain.'

'VILLAIN!'

I then activate my fire quirk from anger at myself.

'They're right. They were all right.'

I decide to just stop thinking about it and go back to sleep.

Timeskip next day:

We're sitting in class waiting for Aizawa to show up and give us instructions on our next assignment. He slithers into class and stands at the podium.

"Alright class, we'll be doing something special today."

'Special? What kind of special?'

"Today we'll be coming up with ultimate moves. These will be moves that represent you, and you only. They must be something only you can do, to be your secret weapon in a fight to get the upper hand. Get your costumes on and meet me in Gym Gamma."

Timeskip to Gym Gamma:

We get to Gym Gamma and see Midnight, Ectoplasm, and Cementoss waiting besides All Might.

"Hello, students. This is where you will be developing you ultimate moves. I will provide dummies for you to practice on." Ectoplasm says.

"And I will make a combat arena for each of you for practice." Cementoss says making a small model of a training arena. He then makes a bigger version of it, and Ectoplasm makes clones of himself.

"Alright, one more thing. The support course will be open for you to use if you need costume adjustments for your new moves, or even if you need new support items. Now get going."

Everyone nods and heads to a platform.

I head to a platform and think of ways I can improve upon Full Inferno. I decide to just focus on my fire quirk first. I summon the fire on my right side and aim at the clone.

I start to release the fire towards him until I see...

'IZUKU!' Ochako!

I redirect the fire at the roof to not hit her.

"What was that?" I look back to Ochako and she's Ectoplasm.

'I was just seeing things. Get a hold of yourself.'

I activate the fire again, but then I see Ochako again.

'Izuku, stop!' Then my fire diminishes.

"What are you doing? Are you going to use your fire or not?"

I can't quite give an answer now. "S-Sorry. I guess I'm not ready to use my fire yet. The kidnapping you know? I'll just focus on my strength augmentation quirk for now."

I activate One For All and rush at him with something I was thinking about for a while. Using my legs.

Shoot Style. When I want to switch from arms to legs.

I keep using my kick attacks and try getting them in quickly.

"Alright everyone, training's done." Aizawa announces.

We change out of our costumes and get back to class. Our classes for the rest of the day have been the same.

We head back to the dorms when I feel a pair of arms wrap around me. "Hey, Izuku! How's your ultimate moves coming?"

"They're going good. I used One For All with my legs when I don't use my arms. I call it 'Shoot Style'."

"Cool. What about your fire quirk?"

I freeze when she asks me about that. "I-I haven't done anything for that yet." I say looking at the ground.

"Well you can do that tomorrow. I can't wait to see what new stuff you come up with." She says giving me a big smile.

'Can I even use it. Every time I do I see her, and it's like I'm using it against her. Until I can stop seeing her when I use my fire, I'm going stop using it.'

"Izuku? Are you okay? You look like something's bothering you." Ochako asks breaking me out of my thoughts.

"I'm fine. Just trying to come up with ways to use my fire quirk for an ultimate move." I say trying to convince her that I'm alright.

"O-Ok." She says a little worried.

Ochako POV:

Izuku seems like he's lying. Why would he lie? I'll talk to him about it later. We make it back to the dorms and he makes his way to his dorm. "Hey, Izuku? Don't you want to stay down for dinner?" I ask to see if he lightens up.

"No thank you. I'm just going to hang out in my dorm." He says not even looking back. He hasn't looked me in the eyes for more than a second ever since he woke up. I hope he doesn't blame himself for what happened. I need to go check on him.

I make it up to his dorm room and knock on his door. I wait thirty seconds before he opens the door. "Hey Ochako." He says weakly.

"Izuku. What's wrong? Why won't you look me in the eyes? You've been acting weird ever since you got back. Now what's wrong? Please talk to me." I beg him.

He finally looks me in the eyes. "Ochako. I think we should break up."

What?

Tears fill my eyes. "W-Why?"

"Please don't make this harder than it should be. I almost killed you, I almost killed All Might. If you didn't snap me out of it, I would've killed you. I hate myself for letting All For One take control of me. I don't deserve you. I don't deserve your love." He says with tears brimming his eyes.

"Please, it wasn't your fault. You had no control over your actions. All For One controlled you with a quirk." I try reasoning with him.

"It doesn't change how I feel. I should've tried resisting his quirk. I can't use my fire quirk now because of it. I see you every time I use it, yelling for me to stop. I don't want you to burden yourself with me anymore. You deserve someone who will never hurt you. I'm sorry." He closes the door.

"Izuku please!" I yell to stop him, but the door locks.

Third Person POV:

Uraraka runs to her room and locks her door.

Midoriya leans back against his door.

They both jump onto their beds and put their faces into their pillows.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!" They both cry out letting out all of their tears. They spent the rest of the night crying soaking their pillows in tears until they fell asleep.

Timeskip Izuku POV:

It's been two days since I broke up with Ochako. It hurt like hell. I could've taken a United States of Smash from All Might in his prime at a hundred percent, and this would still hurt worse.

We haven't spoken to each other ever since. I don't blame her, I broke her heart. I still see her wearing the ring, but I wish she'd stop. It'll only remind me of what I did to her.

And the training has only gotten worse. Now when I even use a small spark, I see her at the incident, and the break up. I can only use One For All now without seeing her. I want to use my fire, but I can't.

Ochako. I'm sorry. But it's for your own good.

Timeskip to the dorms:

"Alright everyone! The licensing exam is in a few days! We should keep our energy up and train diligently!" Iida announces.

I look over to the kitchen to see Ochako with Ashido next to her. She has her head in her arms, probably crying, and Ashido is rubbing her back. When Ashido notices me, she scowls at me turns back to Ochako.

I did it so she can be with someone that deserves her love. And so I can stop seeing her every time I use my fire. But now only one of those things can happen. At least I can hope she finds happiness.

I make my way to my dorm when I see Kacchan pass by me. "Deku. I need to talk to you. Meet me outside the dorms when everyone's asleep."

Talk to me? What does he need to talk to me about?

I wait until everyone's asleep to meet Kacchan. I walk out of the front door to see him waiting for me.

"About time. Come on, follow me." I decide to just do what he says and follow him.

We keep walking until the dorms are out of sight. 'Where are we going?'

We go into Ground Beta, where the first battle training was, and our first fight.

He stops in front of one of the buildings.

"This is where we first fought. And the first place I lost. And every time after that, I kept losing and falling behind you. It's also where I noticed something. That damn green lightning around you. I've seen you and Round Face train for a long time, and not once when you used your quirk did green lightning surround you. Then I got to thinking. You and Round Face have been acting weird ever since the sludge villain attack. And I heard All Might was int town, too. I followed you two one day to see what you did after school since you acted strange. I saw you two cleaning that trashy beach with a really skinny blonde guy. I didn't see his face because I left before I saw you do anything else. He looked like All Might now, and I'm guessing that was him. Now I'm going to ask this once. You got that second quirk of yours from All Might, didn't you?"

'Damn. He figured it out.'

"Since you're not saying anything, I'm guessing I'm right. I know it's crazy, but that All For One guy stole that one hero, I think her name's Ragdoll, he stole her power. Event though that's supposed to be impossible, but every test done to her says her quirk is gone. It also got me thinking of how All Might and that villain talked to each other. It seemed like they knew each other, like they've met before that fight. And when All Might gave that message, you seemed to  take his words more to heart than anyone else. Like you knew something they didn't. So am I right?"

I can't lie to him now. He's figured it out. If I lie he'll figure it out anyway.

"Alright it's true. Now what about it?"

"I'm not done yet. I've been noticing something with you. You're not using your fire power. If you're not using it then we'll just have to fight until you decide to use it again." He raises his hand in a 'come at me' position.

"Kacchan wait! We're not even supposed to be here. We can't fight."

He ignores me, and starts propelling himself towards me with his explosions. He raised his right fist, trying to make a contact between the explosion and me. I activate full cowling 15% and barely dodge, jumping up and then swiveling towards the right. I hop backwards a few steps

"Don't you dare run! Get back here!" He launches bigger explosions from his hand, making twice as fast as before. He reaches hand level,so I decide to dodge. It doesn't work, since before hitting me, he launched into the air and then landed a straight fist on my face. "Kacchan please! I can't use my fire." I beg for him to stop.

Ochako POV:

I wake up after crying myself to sleep for the third night in a row because someone was knocking on my door.

I open it to see...

Izuku POV:

"Are you going to make the same damn mistake IcyHot did?Just refuse to use one quirk and be half a hero?!" He again runs at me, using his explosions to boost his speed. I block this since I know I can't dodge. He uses a fake explosion to blind my sight. He grabbed my hand and launches me towards a metal bar.

"I can't do it!Just stop!" I launch in the air using 20% full cowling, trying to get the height 

"Then tell me!" He launches into the air using explosions, then decided to try a howitzer impact, but nearly as hard. He lands a direct hit to my gut.

"No!"

"Tell me!" He uses an explosion to knock me back.

I land on my feet. I think back to when I fought them.

'That's enough!'

'IZUKU!'

'Be my hero.'

"WHY!" He yells at me.

He hits me with another explosion. I'm knocked onto my back. I get up and look at the ground. (AN: Like Bakugou did when he started his speech about his feeling guilty.)

"Because I almost killed the person that meant the world to me! I almost used my fire quirk to kill her and I couldn't do a damn thing about it. Everything those bullies said about me was true."

"Deku is the name of a villain!"

(AN: He says like this with tears going across his eyes.)

"They always said that Deku will be a villain and an arsonist. But after what happened that's all I can think about. I can't stop using my fire without seeing the look of fear she had on her face,. That look of fear because of me. Ochako hasn't said anything, but everyone has to know. I can't get it out of my head! It's like it's constantly playing on loop! So what the hell am I supposed to do?!" I yell as the tears escape my eyes.

"Then fight me without your fire quirk. If you can beat me without it, then you sure as hell can prove you don't need it."

What he says is somehow convincing. If I can beat him with just 20% of One For All, then I won't need my fire quirk.

I charge it up and rush at him.I throw a kick at him on his rib and he gets sent back.

He rushes at me this time, not using his explosions. He gets close, and before I could dodge, he swiftly kicked his leg, using his explosions at an angle to deal more damage.

Before I rush back at him, I feel a huge amount of guilt run through my body. I take a stance, and my electricity grows bigger, and spreads around for a second. Then I jump up in the air super high, getting a good punch to the cheek.

'This is it. If I win, I won't need to use my fire quirk anymore.'

"I won't lose to you!" He flips me over and uses a mega explosion to rocket us to the ground.

He has me locked down so I can't get up. I lost. Dammit. Now I'll be further behind.

"Enough! Both of you!" We hear a voice say. We look over and see All Might and...

Ochako?

"Ochako?"

"Hey, Izuku?"

Previously Ochako POV:

I open the door to see All Might standing there. "Hi, All Might. What are you doing here?"

"It's about young Midoriya. I need you to come with me."

I look at the ring on my finger. I kept it on because I wanted the last remaining moments of happiness that I held onto. "Okay."

To the present Izuku POV:

"What are you doing here?" I ask both of them. But mostly Ochako.

"We're here because of you two. I asked young Uraraka to come with me to talk to you. We heard everything you said."

I look over to Ochako. "Izuku. You didn't have to break up with me because you felt guilty. We should've talked it through. I know that you would never do that on your own will."

I look away from her. "I know that. But it doesn't change the way I feel."

"Izuku, look at me." I do as she says, and she's crouching down near me with her head down so I can't see her face.

"Do you love me?" She asks with her voice cracking.

"Of course I do. I love you so much, Ochako." Tears begin to build up.

She lifts her head and she's crying. "I love you, too."

Guilt,as well as tears, start building up inside of me.

"I don't care if you think I deserve someone better. Because what I deserve is you. I love you so much that knowing you hurt this much is breaking me." She then hugs me. "I can't live in this world without you!" She starts sobbing into my shoulder. "I can't live without you either! I'm sorry. Please forgive me." We sit there for a few minutes with me apologizing and her saying that it's okay.

We finally look at each other's faces. "Will you take me back? I don't want to spend another moment without you." I say with my voice cracking. "Of course. We can get through this together. I love you." I cup her face. "I love you, too." We just stay there in our embrace until All Might speaks up.

"I should also apologize to you young Midoriya. I thought that if you had One For All that you would be invincible and be able to find your way out of any situation. But your experiences with it are much different from mine. I expected you to be an adult, but I forget that your children."

"It's okay, All Might." I say getting up holding Ochako's hand.

"Now that young Bakugo knows, we should tell him the full history about the quirk and how you came to be my successor." All Might suggests.

I nod and we tell Kacchan everything. From how I met All Might on the way home, to the story of One For All. We also told him the people that know about the quirk.

We walk back to the dorms and Ochako is holding onto my arm. "I should congratulate you on your re engagement, young Midoriya." All Might says.

"Thanks. I'm just happy that she even took me back in the first place." She hugs on my arm tighter. "Of course."

"Now that we're back together, I can probably focus on getting past seeing you when I use my fire." I say clenching my fist.

"As long as it's together, we can do anything."

We finally make it back to the dorms and we see the lights on. Ochako lets go of my arm to avoid anyone finding out about us. We see Kirishima and Ashido in the common room.

Ashido was the first one to notice us. "Hey Uraraka." She then looks over at me and her face goes into one of anger. "Midoriya." She says with venom in her voice.

"It's okay, Ashido. We talked and we're back together. We just need to patch up things caused by the attack during the rescue." Ochako explains.

She then calms down. "I'm glad you two worked things out. You really are a cute couple. Second only to Eiji and I of course." She nuzzles against Kirishima's arm. "I can't argue with her." Kirishima says.

We get back up to my room and I welcome her inside.

"It's been a while since I've been here." Ochako says sitting on my bed looking around my room like she hasn't seen it in years.

"I'm glad you're back." I say sitting back on the bed.

She then tackled me on the bed. "I also miss you holding me as if your life depended on it."

I smile at her. "I miss that, too."

We get under the sheets and I hold her against me while she puts her face in the crook of my neck.

"I love you, Ochako."

"I love you too, Izuku."

We then drift off to sleep.

Chapter end. I feel really good about this chapter. Also bad news. This story only has a few chapters left. I know, I'm sad too. But that'll give me more time on my fantasy au, and another story I wanted to make.
