Bandana was standing alone, looking at people playing Holi. Ethan went to her, "Happy Holi" he said as he took his palm forward. There was some yellow colour on it, she looked at his hand and then at him. He was waiting for her to apply that colour on his face, but she walked away.

He lowered his head, Sameeksha was looking at this from a distance, "it's okay" She said as she applied colour on his face, he smiled and applied that yellow powder on her face. "Chalo, khelte hai" She said going toward Manjot and Grayson.

He nodded and was about to go when someone tapped on his shoulder, he turned and found Bandana standing with some blue powder in her hand, "yellow nhi pasand" She said, an ear to ear smile covered Ethan's face.

"Happy Holi" She said applying some of the blue colour on Ethan's left cheek, "Happy Holi to you too" He said as he applied the same colour on her left cheek.

She smiled a bit and then they went to the others, who were playing near the small pool. Ethan's smile was not hidden from Sameeksha, she understood that Bandana finally wished him. She nudged him and cocked her eyebrows, he shook his head slightly and gave her a side hug.

Grayson was standing behind Sameeksha, he took as much gulaal as he could in his hands and covered her hair and face in it.

Sameeksha shook her head and opened her eyes. She turned to look at him, he smiled showing his perfect sets of teeth.

"Gray!" Ethan almost shouted to grab Grayson's attention. When Grayson looked at Ethan, Sameeksha picked the tray with gulaal and emptied it on Grayson.

"Holy shitttt" Grayson shouted trying to get rid of the gulaal in his hair. Sameeksha and Ethan high fived each other.

They spent the day playing and eating, and finally decided to leave in the evening.

Bandana and Manjot were together all the time, Sameeksha, Grayon and Ethan went to them.

"Ghar chale?" Sameeksha asked Manjot, who was hugging Bandana from the back. "Itni jaldi?" He asked placing his chin on her right shoulder, "it's getting late, let's go" Ethan ordered looking at Bandana.

"Isne bhaang chadha rakhi hai kya?" Sameeksha asked Bandana, she nodded and they finally left for home.

Bandana was driving and Manjot was sitting at the back with Sameeksha and Ethan, while Grayson was sitting on the front passenger seat. "Bandana" Manjot said placing his hands on her shoulders, "Manjot me drive kar rhi hu, chodo mujhe" Bandana said. Manjot chuckled.

"Ham shaam ko pizza khaenge?" He asked wrapping his arms around her neck, Ethan gritted his teeth and looked away. "Haan theek hai, chodo ab" Bandana said, "thank youuuuu" Manjot said placing a kiss on her left cheek. 

"For fuck's sake" Ethan said in a low voice, Sameeksha chuckled. "Manjot theek se betho" she said pulling him backwards and making him sit properly. Ethan shook his head and looked away.

Edwin started crying in the middle of the night, Grayson woke up and looked at the time, it was 4am. He tried to make him sleep but was unsuccessful.

Sameeksha woke up, "I think he's hungry" She said rubbing her eyes, "I'll bring him milk" She said, "let me come with you, otherwise he'll wake up everyone else as well" He said and they went to the kitchen.

"I'm so fucking sleepy" He said rubbing Edwin's back, she smiled and poured milk in the bottle, "Edwin stop" He whined tired.

"Try karo" she said, he brought his hand forward. She poured a couple of drops of milk from the bottle on the back of his hand, "perfect" He said and started feeding Edwin.

"Finally" He sighed when he heard the silence. "Thank you" He said to her, she simply smiled.

"You look very tired, you can go if you want" He said, she shook her head, "I'll wait with you" She said. He looked at her, "you're doing a lot for him" He said, "it's too early for this serious talk" She said looking at her wrist watch. He chuckled shaking his head.

"Oh God" He said looking up and that's when the ceiling fan caught his attention. It was on the point of falling down, on them when he immediately held Sameeksha's hand and moved away from there.

She bumped into his chest, "what..." She said confused and stopped when the fan fell on the ground. She looked at him, scared. "G...Grayson..." She stammered, "shhh" He said protectively wrapping his right arm around her.

Bandana received Sameeksha's call in the morning, "Haan?" Bandana said, "Grayson aur me Pustakalay aae hue hai. Edwin ke lie kucch shopping karni hai" Sameeksha said, "to me kya karu?" Bandana said putting two entire biscuits in her mouth.

"Ethan ko leke shopping karne jaa" Sameeksha said, Bandana stopped chewing, "me? Uske saath? Manjot kaha hai?" She asked, "usko campus pe kucch kaam tha" Sameeksha replied. Bandana rolled her eyes and finally agreed.

She went to Ethan's room, the door was open. He was sitting in front of the computer, playing Fortnite.

"Suno" She said, he stopped pressing the buttons on the controller and looked at the door, "yeah?" He asked with all his attention on her.

"Edwin ke lie shopping karne jaana hai, 10 minutes me bahar milo" She said, "fuck yes!" He stood up when she left.

He got ready and left.

She was waiting in the jeep, "let's go" He said, she looked at him from tip to toe. He was wearing an oversized hoodie and black and yellow plaid ankle pants.

"Tumhe sachme lagta hai me tumhe in kapdo me apne saath bahar leke jaungi?" She asked calmly, "why, what's wrong?" He asked confused.

She rolled her eyes, "chalo" she said and holding his wrist, took him to his bedroom. She opened his wardrobe.

"Yeh pehno" She said giving him a cream coloured jumper and black jeans.
