Time froze.

It felt like seconds turned into hours as Alex started at, himself for god knows how long.

How the hell could he even begin to fathom the fact that he was seeing a weird, creepy exact clone of himself.

Eventually this other Alex got the memo and immediately backed off.

"My apologies for attacking you. My instinct got the better of me."

'HE EVEN HAS THE SAME VOICE AS ME!' Screamed Alex in his mind as the situation got more and more bizzare.

Same hair. Eyes. And face. Alex just couldn't comprehend this.

"I assume your the Alex of this dimension right?"

"D-Dimension?"

"I know it's a lot to take in. I came here by accident. But I can tell something here is wrong."

"H-Hey slow down!"

Alex tried to get the other Alex to stop which came in the form of Alex getting called again by Uni.

"Hello?"

"Hey it's time. Get over here as soon as possible!"

Uni hanged up as Alex looked at the other Alex.

"I gotta go then."

Alex turned to leave but as soon as he was about to leave, the other Alex placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Let me tag along."

"Are you sure? It be weird for the CPUs to see two Alexs."

"It be in my best interest that I get to know the CPUs of this dimension so that I have others to rely on."

Alex sighed and eventually walked off allowing the other Alex to tag along as the two left the forest

Just as expected, Uni was in bewilderment at seeing two Alexs as she couldn't even think of what to say at the moment.

"A-Are you sure he's not just some weird clone copy or something!?" Asked Uni.

"If he were clone he wouldn't be wearing, whatever that is." Said Alex not sure on how to describe what the other Alex was wearing.

The other Alex merely chuckled at this. "Don't worry. I'll explain my situation once this meeting starts."

"Right." Said Alex as the two along with Uni walked into the Basilicom and took the elevator all the way up to the CPUs living room.

After an awkward time with Alex and Uni both taking glances at the other Alex, they arrived and stepped out to see the round table with the 4 CPUs already sitting with Nepgear and the twins off watching TV.

"It seems Uni has arrived with the guest of honor." Said Vert turning to look at Alex.

Alex just chuckled. "I'm not guest of honor. Besides, I happened to pick up an intresting case."

With that, Alex and Uni moved out of the way to reveal the other Alex to the 4 CPUs.

The reactions were all of shock, well 3 of them were shocked.

Neptune was more so amazed.

"Holy cow! Ally can make clones!?"

"He isn't a clone! AND DON'T CALL ME ALLY! IT'S ALEX!" Shouted the boy which made the othet Alex laugh a bit.

"Man. I haven't heard that nickname in years. Glad to see the dynamic between Neptune and myself hasn't changed." Said the other boy.

"Care to explain what exactly you are?" Asked Noire wanting to get straight to the point.

"Of course. Pleasure to meet you all. Well, in my case this is sort of like a reunion." Said the other Alex.

"Reunion?" Asked Alex.

"My name's Alex Õtsutsuki, a 15 year old. To put it simply, I'm an Alex from a different dimension. 2 years ago I was suddenly forced into Gamindustri after the 7 Chaos Emeralds went haywire and opened a rift."

"Chaos, Emeralds? You mean those 7 colorful gems from that mediocre platforming hedgehog?" Bluntly said Neptune.

'Did she just diss her own mascot?' Thought Alex.

"Yes actually. Where I come from they actually exist and are vital for me. To put my story short, I was sent to Gamindustri and befriended the CPUs there. Eventually I got all 7 back but decided to stay a bit longer after dealing with a group called the ASIC. That led me and Neptune to getting stuck in the Ultradimension."

"Huh!? You also went there!?" Shouted Neptune.

"Yep. In fact me and Neptune were stuck there for 5 years until finally we were able to go back. After all that, I decided to finally head back home to my dimension. So since then, I've been relaxing at home. It's been 2 years since it all happened."

After Alex O. finished his story, that left one question left.

"Very well then. Then if your here, did these emeralds go haywire again?" Asked Blanc.

"Yep. Don't worry though. They aren't all scattered like they were in my story, though, only two came with me, but they're completely drained of energy. I don't know how long it'll take for them to work. So I'm gonna be stuck here a while."

Alex O. finished explaining his situation and walked off to let the CPUs handle their original business.

Uni motioned Alex to go with her to her room until Alex saw Alex O. motion him over for a quick sec.

Alex followed him onto the balcony as Alex O. stood in front of him.

"Why not go ahead and introduce yourself. I'd love to know about this dimension's Alex."

"I'm Alex Mustang. A 13 year old assassin and alchemist working for an organization called Black Ops. I work at our HQ here in Lastation."

"Assassin and Alchemist? That's quite the contrasting jobs. And I assume that unlike me your naturally born here right?"

"Yep. Used to live in the Lastation Slums until I eventually moved into an apartment room."

"Hm? You don't live with Noire and Uni?"

"Huh? N-No of course not. I got money to sustain myself. Wait, you didn't live on your own?"

"Nope. Remember I was brought by a rift. I wasn't naturally born so I lived with the CPUs."

"I-I see. Hey um, personal question. Did you, get a, um..." Alex wasn't really sure if he should ask it but Alex O. immediately caught on.

"Yes I had a girlfriend. It was Noire."

"H-Huh?"

Alex went dead silent for a momeny as his thoughts went insane.

'HOW THE HELL DID HE MANAGE TO DATE NOIRE!? SHE'S IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN IMPRESS!'

"Shocked? Yeah I know. Thankfully I played my cards right and she fell for me. Even though I ended up going back home. Anyways what about you?"

"Hm? O-Oh yeah I do. It's Uni. We've been dating for 2 years already."

"Glad to know your enjoying a long term relationship."

"It's nothing special. We just really enjoy each others company."

"I can tell, though, you got any feelings for your Noire?"

"H-Huh!?" Alex had a light blush and immediately was against it. "Hell no!"

Alex O. just laughed at his reaction. "Trust me kid. Give it time and soon it'll work out. It did for me, so it will for you."

Alex couldn't respond to that in time cause the door to the balcony suddenly opened revealing Uni.

"Hey you two. We got a serious issue at hand."
