Rosestar sat in camp thinking about her power. It was the coolest thing in the world. She couldn't do it in front of her clan mates tho. They'd think she was crazy and they were in a dream! She was going to continue but someone interrupted her thoughts.

"Rosestar? You have a visitor," Greystorm says to her.

She nods. "Send them in."

Rosestar waits as the StreamClan leader walks in. She dips her head.

"I'm sorry for intruding, Rosestar but I must talk to you about something that no one else can hear," Ravenstar mewed.

Rosestar nodded and checked outside. Most cats were out on patrol. She went back.

"Continue," She mews

"I believe that StarClan must have gave us these powers for a reason. There must be something coming," Ravenstar explains.

Rosestar nods understanding her concern. "What should we do about it?" I ask.

"Well we can't do much. I say we inform the other leaders about this and talk at the next gathering," Ravenstar states.

"Sounds like a plan. I'll go to LeafClan and MoonClan. You can go to LightningClan, okay?" I meow.

Ravenstar nods and says her goodbyes before walking out of my den and heading toward LightningClan territory.

Rosestars sighs, stretches and gets up out of her den. Swiftclaw, her deputy, walked up to her.

"What was that about?" Swiftclaw asks.

"Oh Ravenstar thinks that something bad is coming for a reason I cannot say," I explain.

"Those StreamClan cats thinking they can just strut onto our territory and say, 'Oh hey I just wanted to talk, but not with your leader,' Ugh!" She mutters under her breath.

"Hey! Ravenstar and have been friends since apprenticeship. Don't talk about them that way. Yes our two clans have had fights but that's the past. What we do now matters," I growl.

"My apologies, Rosestar," She dips her head, apologetically.

"I'm going to visit the LeafClan leader and MoonClan about this matter. I'll be back before midnight," Rosestar mews.

"Would you like someone to go with you?" Swiftclaw asks.

I shake my head. "No I'll be fine," and with that she walks out of camp.

I step into LeafClan territory as I see a border patrol not far away. All three of them trot up to me.

"What brings you here, Rosestar?" A muscular dark brown tom asks.

"I'm here to speak to Owlstar. It's urgent and needs to be discussed," I say.

The tom dips his head. "Fawnpaw! Bring Rosestar to the camp and say she wants to see Owlstar!"

Fawnpaw nodded and becomes with her small tail to follow her. She kinda walked slowly but I was fine with that cause I was already tired from running here. Suddenly we walk through a tail tree that split at the bottom. It was like a little tunnel.

"Woah!" I whisper to myself.

"Incredible isn't it?" Fawnpaw smiles.

"Very indeed," I meow.

As I walk into the camp I see Owlstar run down a tree. It looks like at the top is her den.
Owlstar walks up to us, not really looking surprised that I was here.

"I'm not surprised your here and I think I know what you want to talk about. Follow," She says and walks to the tree that I saw earlier. Owlstar goes first climbing the tree to her den. I stare at the tree not ever been taught how to climb. I like of the moor for StarClans sake! Owlstar looks down at me and laughs.

"Dig your claws into the bark and launch yourself up!" She yells.

I nod, trying to be confident. I dig my claws into the bark and launch my self up, grabbing ahold of the bark once again.

'This isn't so bad!" I say in my head. But there and then, my grip loosens and I fall.

It took me a couple of times to get it before I finally got up to her den.

"Took you long enough!" She smiles.

"One day Owlstar. I will challenge you to a running contest," I smirk.

"That's not fair! You live on the moor," She says.

"Ya well I don't live in trees so down to business!" I say, "So Ravenstar came to me and said that she thought it was wierd that we were given these powers and there must be some kind of reason," I state.

Before she could answer, Spottedstar appeared out of thin air and sat down next to me.

"You can't just go around popping up anywhere you like! Someone could have seen you!" I whisper.

"Ya well no one seen me so, what are we talking about?" The MoonClan leader asks.

"Our powers and how there must be a reason we got them," I say.

"Why can't we just take advantage of the power they gave us? Like there doesn't have to be a reason!" Spottedstar says.

I shake my head and sighed. "All I'm saying is that we should keep a look out okay? Ravenstar told me this and I am with her," Rosestar meows.

Owlstar nods, "Me too."

Spottedstar sighs, "Fine but I'm not going to like it. Having to be like responsible cats. I'm leaving now cause I don't wanna hear more," She growls.

"Before you go I wanna say that we'll talk about it at the next gathering," Rosestar mews.

They both nod and Spottedstar is out of the den in a flash.

Rosestar dips her head and walks out of Owlstars den and walks home.

Spottedstars POV

Spottedstar appearing in her den, thankfully no one saw her. She sat there for a bit but then got up and walked out. Her deputy walked up to her and asked, "Where were you?"

"Out, okay!" Spottedstar growled angrily.

Her deputy backed off a little surprised by her attitude. I walked past them and into the forest. The dark, gloomy tree loomed over her. She smiled. This is what life was supposed to be. Having powers was probably the most exciting thing and best thing that has every happened to her. Spottedstar looked every which way and made sure no one was coming. She saw no one so she teleported to the river. She sat there for awhile before going home.
