The enthronement ceremony went as planned and beyazid was officially the new sultan . I sent kösem to the old palace because i knew she will start giving us troubles , as me and my aunt left the tower i knew i had to deal with my brothers

" What did you do " kasım said angrily but ibrahim tried to stop him .

" It's nor my fault of beyazid's . Murad wanted it to be this way " i responded him and that made him even more angrier .

" what about sending my mother away " ibrahim asked taking his hands off his brother

" the traditions say so brother , i didn't just do it " i replied with a neutral tone .

" it isn't fair , this is not fair " kasım said walking away before he threw me a look .

Kasım was the greedy type plus he always hated beyazid so this just added more to his fire .

I walked towards my brother's new room and he was in it with some of his reliable men ,i went in directly towards my brother .

" We did it " he said hugging me tightly and i hugged him back .

" We shouldn't be reassured  , Kösem sultan can do anything for power " i looked at sinan paşa and broke the hug with my brother  .

" I'll fire every man that serves kösem sultan , we will tie her hands and she will have no access to the divan or any state matter " beyazid said explaining to them .

" I sent her to the old palace , kasım will sure bring trouble to our heads " i said looking at beyazid who let out a sigh .

" i don't know what to do with them " beyazid replied and a man was fast enough to answer

" Execute them , your majesty " beyazid looked at him then started walking around h is room

" No i won't ibrahim paşa " beyazid answered him back .

" No don't do anything like this , first we should get rid of kösem sultan's puppets here in the palace " i said thinking about how i should fire everyone loyal to her in the harem

" You neslihan will now move to the valide sultan's wing . You will now control the harem and everything there , i want it to be clean " beyazid said taking a seat on his desk.

" you don't worry brother " i said looking towards the door when we heard knocks .

Beyazid gave the person behind it to enter it and there was kasım standing .

" eh " beyazid said amused as he stood up from his seat  .

" You will not get away with this , both of you " kasım said angrily while pointing at us

" It's the last time i see you raise your voice at her or i'll send you with your mother to the old palace " beyazid said raising his voice at kasım

" paşalar , you may go " beyazid ordered the paşas not taking his eyes off kasım .

After the paşas left , beyazid started to walk in circles around kasîm .

" I'll never forgive nor you nor your mother , you exposed me to death so many times and now your future is between my hands " beyazid said with so much hatred and kasım was trying to calm hinself down ..

" Kasim this is for the best , trust me if ahmet ascended the throne or you or even ibrahim she wouldn't have mercy on you , she will make you her toys " i looked up at kasim who only got angrier .

" Believe me nothing will happen to you or ibrahim , you will stay here only if you behave " i said giving him a hint at the end so he doesn't think about a rebellion .

" I will not surrender to him ,never . I don't need your mercy " kasim again raised his voice but this time the aghas got called in .

" Take him away from my sight " beyazid ordered the aghas who kept staring at eachother before they took kasim away .

" i am barely supporting kasim's presence " beyazid said walking around and i grabbed his arm .

" this wasn't in our agreement , kasım and ibrahim will live . Do you think our father would've let us kill eachother ? " i said placing my hands on his cheeks .

" But i promise you ,if i ever hear about a rebellion i will not hesitate but take his life "

Me and my brother kept talking for some minutes before i went back to the harem and everything was silent . Lalezar kalfa came running towards me

" Sultanim , the valide sultan wing has been now freed and your things are being deplaced there " i nodded at her and went up towards the valide's wing .

I entered it and it was much better than my room , it had a bigger balcony where i can still take care of my plants .

" sultanim everything's gonna be ready in some hours " dilara said as she was monitoring the aghas and maids who were deplacing things in and out .
