First thing i hear is knocks on the door , i immediately stood up and looked at my nephews sleeping like angels . I opened the door to Kösem sultan .

" What is my grandson doing here " she asked wanting to pass by me and i stopped her

" Slowly , kösem sultan " i said leaning on the frame of the door and she rolled her eyes

" now there's no one that can get between us , my grandson should now take the throne " i looked at her straight in the eyes and she stared at me .

" Aunt what is going on " i looked behind me to see ahmed sitting .

" Ahmed did you wake up " i said approaching him , i ruffled his hair gently before looking at kösem sultan who was waiting .

" You will now go with your grandmother , i will see you later " i said carrying him in my arms then put him down next to kösem sultan .

" Come with me my lion " she grabbed his hand tightly ,i gave her looks then closed the door behind her .

I walked towards my mirror and looked at myself thinking that this day was it , this day we would get rid of everyone and my brother will ascend the throne .

I looked at my niece who was still sleeping ,i then walked over to my closet and chose my most beautiful dress for today , i wore my red dress then called in dilara to help me get ready .

She did my hair beautifully then placed my red shiny crown on top of my head , i then put perfume on me then my veil .

" dilara go wake up hanzade and take her to ayşe , she is probably better now as her son is taking the throne " i said jokingly before leaving my room .

I made my way to the harem where girls were chatting with eachother but half of them were sitting in the corner not speaking .

I walked in the center making everyone stand up .

" What is wrong with your faces ? I don't want to see anyone in this state " i yelled at the girls who had that sad expression in their faces .

I looked at them one last time before continuing to walk towards beyazid's room . I opened his door and i found my aunt humasah with him .

" Good morning " i said walking towards them , my brother gave me a smile and my aunt too .

" today is our day " humasah sultan said bringing our hands together . I stared at beyazid who seemed very excited

" everything is now settled , sheikh-ul islam has now the verdict " beyazid explained to us .

" The enthronement will not happen , he will barge in at the right moment . We should be faster than kösem sultan because she will not waste a second to declare herself as a regent " i explained to them with a very big envy to end kösem sultan .

" What your father let to you should not stay in the hands of that woman . You have the blood of the ottoman empire running in your veins " my aunt humasah said .

She was right , kösem sultan doesn't deserve to take control over the throne .

We were finally ready to move , we left beyazid's room and left to the tower of justice  where we could see everything  .

My brothers couldn't get to there since they should be with the divan . So we took seperate roads .

Me and my aunt went to the tower and we found atike and gevherhan and kösem sultan . They bowed to my aunt and we took our place 

" Mother you are doing a mistake " atike said pleading her mother ,i looked at them and atike seemed to not like this .

" What now our sultan will be a five year old ? For god's sake mother " atike said again which angered kösem sultan .

" i know what's good for the empire " kösem sultan said not taking her eyes off the view .

The doors opened to reveal my nephew standing clueless , he just followed kemankeş  and sat where he was told to . Everyone bowed down to him , my eyes then travelled to where murad's coffin was.

The enthronement then started and we were all focused 

" I should now go next to my grandson " before kösem sultan can take a step i stopped her .

" not too early kösem sultan " i said as my eyes were glued on her , i gave her a smirk and she was dumbfounded .

" Stop this enthronement " we could all hear sinan paşa shouting . Kösem didn't take her eyes off me

" According to the late sultan murad khan the sole owner of the throne is şehzade beyazit " he yelled again and kösem looked at the scene horrified .

Sinan paşa showed the verdict to everyone then the janissaries startes gossiping . Kemankeş rudely grabbed the verdict and read it out loud .

" Aghas " i called the aghas that were standing next to the door .

" Take Away kösem sultan to the old palace " i said giving her the widest grin ever .

" Neslihan are you out of your mind , who do you think you are " atike said coming infront of me .

" I am in a perfect state of mind this should've been done very much earlier " i said giving a sign to the aghas to take her away

" You are gonna pay for this " atike threatned me .

" you can go with her too if you want " i said watching the aghas take kösem sultan away .

" My name isn't kösem sultan if i don't make you regret this " kösem sultan shouted in my face and i just laughed it off .

" I can't believe you are doing this " gevherhan said standing up next to her sister

" i have to watch beyazid's enthronement now if you allow me " i said walking past them and looked at my brother sitting on the throne , all paşas were coming in one by one kissing his hand and the enthronement was going on perfectly .
