Chapter 45~ I'm Still Here

(A/N: Hey! This is a Halloween special chapter! If you haven't already noticed^^)

Golden's Pov:
"Halloween? What's Halloween?" I asked Angelica, as she weakly but quickly put these giant green toed like shoes over her feet.

"Um..it's like..well...Halloween is when little kids go trick or treating and get free candy." She said, looking at me as she took off her shirt, revealing an undershirt.

I tilted my head in confusion as she put a green shirt over her head.
She grabbed a giant shell completely made of cardboard painted a dark green, attaching it to a yellow turtle chest. I shook my head at how childish she was acting, even if she was still recovering she wanted to get candy? Gaby isn't going to be very pleased with this. She secured them both onto her tightly, then pulling onto them very hard, making sure they won't collapse apart.

"Hey Golden..?" She asked, looking at me.

"What Is it?" I asked her, thinking she's having second thoughts about leaving and staying here with me to be 'safe' if that's what she calls it.

"Can..Can you pass me My turtle hands?" She asked pointing to green three fingered like gloves that were entirely bigger than her own hands.

I tossed them at her gently, and she caught them both with her right arm, and quickly putting them on. She smiled, and to me it seemed it was her first true smile since I've defeated Springtrap. She surely had a bit of bruisings that she later had to lie to her mother that she fell down the stairs at school, or how her eye accidentally hit a doorknob when she was running down the hall, that still didn't seem like it was opening anytime soon with its purple bruised color.
One of her lungs were damaged severely, and she had to be treated at the hospital that Gaby hid from Angelica's mom. Lord knows if her mother finds out what this 14 year old has gone through it would be the end of her. But she's fine now, more or less. I mean she had enough energy to skate back home and skate back with her ninja turtle costume! But I have to admit, her homemade costume wasn't half bad. I wonder if we can celebrate this 'Halloween' here at the pizzeria every year like she talked us into doing. Wouldn't that be something?

"Hah! Check..it out!" She said, gasping for air between 'check' and' it'.

"Mind blown." I said, in a monotone voice.

"Oh..w-wait hold on, I'm forgetting the head." She said as she lifted this head, presumably the red ninja turtle one named Raphael if I'm not mistaken.

My eyes widened, this costume hid her entire body. Just like an animatronic suit did. I quickly jolted up, taking off the turtle head and throwing it to the ground, ignoring her 'hey' as I did.

"Golden! What...What did you do th-that for?" She asked, trying to yell with her weak lung.

"I..I just thought....you.." To me, it he looked like she was just stuffed in an animatronic suit, that image of her dying in one broke me.

I grabbed her shoulders, pulling her in for a tight hug, careful not to hug her too tight. I felt tears prick my eyes which rarely happened, and they fell on her costume, making tiny wet spots appear onto the green fabric.

"I'm sorry...on the outside.....it looked like you were just stuffed into a suit..it shocked me..I'm very...sorry Angelica. I can't imagine you....in one....dead like the rest of us.....it hurts more than you can imagine." I said, feeling her weakly hug back.

Ugh..I'm such a big softie. I used to be so tough! What are these idiotic feelings I now have?!

"Golden?.." She whispered, pulling away from the hug, my hands still gripped on her shoulders.

"Hmm..?" I asked, feeling my cheeks dry.

"Wanna go....trick or treating with..me?" She asked quietly, looking at her costume head.

"Um...I don't know, isn't it only..3:00pm?" I asked confused.

"No..duh. I mean for later, for now, we can...look at our decorations." She said, trying to smile.

"You mean our decorations, you didn't help." I said, shaking my head.

"Hey..! I did help..remember?" She asked, pointing to herself.

"Yea but only a little." I said.

"Whatever...at least we made this pl-place look scary.." She said, letting out a wheeze.

"But..wasn't it already scary?" I asked, tilting my head.

"Well...not really." She said, as she removed herself from my grip, walking towards her costume head.

"What do you mean? Everything here is terrifying!" I said, lifting a brow.

"No." She said, shaking her head as she picked her head up from the ground.

"Ok..then tell me What you don't find scary here." I said, crossing my arms, smirking.

"You." She said, placing the head over her own, covering her face with the red masked ninja turtle with emerald eyes.

My smirk vanished.

She...She doesn't think I'm scary? Why not?

"Why..Why me?" I asked her, very interested in her answer.

"Easy...because you're my best friend." she said, underneath the turtle head that was always frowning.

"Really?...I'm you're best friend?" I asked her, slowly pointing to myself in shock.

She nodded, giving me a three fingered, thumbs up.

I smiled gently, letting out a small sigh, before opening my door and walking to the dining area, followed by her.

"So what do..you s-say?" She asked me suddenly as I looked towards Pirate's Cove.

"What do I say? You didn't sneeze." I said, giving her a look.

"No silly! I mean...about going..trick or treating with..me." she said, letting out a cough every two seconds in that sentence.

"I'll think about it..But no promises." I said, gently flicking the fake turtle head.

"Ok.." She said, nodding.

I shook my head, looking at the 'Halloween' Decorations that we spent all night on doing because of Angelica's ramblings.

Multiple fake cloth spider webs hung from the ceiling, all connecting into one giant ball with webs dangling from it, making it look like a chandelier.
Foxy's own work, with the help of Mangle.

Jack o lanterns on every corner with different sizes, different features as well as the fire inside their hollow pumpkin carcasses that flickered simultaneously, put and made by Chica and Toy Chica.

Fake bats hanging on strings, hung by a lazy Bonnie and Bon Bon, some properly hung, some upside down, most likely Bonnie.

A Fake Model Frankenstein and Dracula on the walls, followed by a mummy and werewolf, put by Freddy and Toy Freddy.

Paper pumpkins on strings, hung on the walls and glimmering whenever their sides hit the light. Marionette quickly did those.

I then looked at me and Angelica's decorations, professionally decorated if I do say myself, totally not bragging. Fake blood trailing on all the walls, still dripping probably because it didn't have enough time to dry during the night. Paper ghosts hanging next to the bats, handmade all the way to their frowning drawn faces.

~TimeSkip~

"Ok! Time for scary stories!" Gaby said, as she turned off all the lights.

I felt Angelica cling onto me tightly, and I rolled my eyes as Gaby turned on a very bright lantern, putting it in the center of the dining room, where tables where pushed to side, holding candy and and snacks, followed by all sorts of food.

"Who's going first?" Gaby asked, looking at all of us excitedly.

"Not me." Bonnie said, shaking his head.

"Ooh! I'll go!" Bon Bon said, raising her hand.

"This should be interesting." Marionette spoke, rolling his eyes.

"This is a true story...so be prepared to wet your pants!" She said, letting out a giggle.

"We're not wearing pants." I said.

"You know what I mean!" She said, letting out a groan.

"W-wait...its true?" Angelica asked, holding my arm even tighter.

"Yea why?" Bon Bon asked, tilting her head.

"I don't...I don't like true..s-scary stories.." she replied, shaking her head slowly.

"Then go somewhere else." Bonnie said, pointing to the door.

"I..I can't..!" She said, fear in her voice.

"Why not? We're right here! Its not like something from the dark is gonna pop out and grab you." Gaby said, giggling.

"That's what I thought...before Endo made himself..t-to look like me..when he grabbed me from b-behind in the restroom...handing me over to Springtrap...and you were all here.." she said, breaking the laughter around her quickly.

"Oh...I'm I'm sor-"

"Don't...just..s-stop..." Angelica said, cutting off her cousin as she held my arm closer, coughing.

"Just..Just tell the story Bon Bon.." I said.

"Ok...well, it was a dark and stormy night. A little girl named Rosie was left alone at her house while her parents were at a movie." She began, before Chica spoke up.

"Wait.. why would they leave their own small daughter at home?" Chica asked, raising a brow.

"Shush! My story not yours!" Bon Bon answered. "Anyways! The little girl wandered through all the rooms, even the one where she wasn't supposed to go into! When she opened the door, she screamed..."

"What did She see?!" Toy Chica asked frantically.

"Tell us!" Toy Freddy said.

"She saw..she saw.....her parents, dead. Dead, but they seemed alive, because their chests rose and then went down, giving her the impression they were breathing. So she cried, but then her mom and dad stood up! And they started to chase her! They turned into zombies! She ran down the stairs, but they pushed her down, and she broke her neck, dying as well." Bon Bon said, in a monotone voice.

"That's it?" I asked, not impressed.

"That's it." She said, nodding.

"Well...i-it wasn't that scary.." Angeelica said, letting out a small wheeze.

"Ok..who's next? Oh you know what? I'll tell one, and Angelica don't be scared because remember every Halloween your mom always told those scary stories?" Gaby asked, rubbing her hands together.

"Y-Yea.." Angelica breathed, nodding.

"Well...here goes one. One day, in the country, a lady named Elizabeth had a picnic with her sons. Elizabeth told her son's to stay put while she ran to the restrooms, with no air conditioning." She said, putting her hands in the air.

"That's horrible! No air conditioning?" Bonnie asked.

"That's not the scary part Bonnie." Freddy said, playfully glaring at Bonnie.

"Yea, I'm not there yet. Well so, a car pulled up when she was doing her business, and the driver went inside the restroom. And all of a sudden, the lights started to flicker, and the Windows inside broke, and the mirrors cracked as the driver went into the stall next to her!" Gaby said, looking at all of our reactions.

"O-oh..I remember that...one.." Angelica said weakly.

"So..when the driver used the restroom, Elizabeth got scared! Like she was scared for her sons! Then the driver started pounding on the wall of the stall very hard." Gaby continued.

"I'm calling it! She's gonna die." Marionette said, pointing at Gaby.

"W-would you shush?...this is the best part." Angelica said, shifting a bit to get comfortable.

"Yea man, be quiet for once." I added, giving him a smirk.

"So..he kept pounding on the stall, and she finally yelled: 'What do you want?!' And the pounding stopped, and then a voice was heard...saying: 'Can you give me some toilet paper?'"
Gaby said, as she busted out laughing.

"H-hah! I loved..that one." Angelica said, a weak smile appearing on her face.

"That was...kinda scary." Bonnie said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Yea, and funny." Toy Chica said, letting out a small giggle.

"Ok, who's next?" Toy Chica asked, looking excited.

"I'll go." I said, making Angelica stiffen.

"Really..?" She asked, looking nervous.

"Really." I answered, smiling.

"This better be good Golden." Gaby said, giving me a smirk.

"Oh I promise you, it is." I said, as the lantern went out completely and I heard their surprised gasps.

Angelica held onto my arm even tighter than before, her breathing at a fast pace.

"It all started when a little girl named Angelica watched Toy Story, she was so excited that she told her cousin Gaby to stay in her room full of ninja turtle stuffed animals to see if they would move or talk." I began.

"Th-that's..my name." Angelica said, wheezing in fear.

"I know." I said, nodding.

"I..I don't have a room full of..n-ninja turtle..stuffed animals...well maybe..I do." She said quietly.

"Gaby did what she was told to please her little cousin Angelica. Of course she knew they would never move, but she stayed anyway. Late at night, Gaby heard shuffling from outside her door, clutching onto her blankets as the door cracked open, showing a terrified Angelica. Gaby was clearly annoyed being woken up from a nice slumber, so she asked her cousin. 'What do you want Angelica?' She asked her. 'I'm..I'm scared Gabster..' Angelica answered her as she walked into the room quietly. 'Go back to sleep Angelica, I'm tired now go.' Gaby said, pointing to the door. 'But...I'll even sleep on your floor if I have to! I don't wanna sleep in my room yo!' Angelica told her. 'No buts! Just go, you'll be fine. There's nothing to be scared of I promise.' Gaby said, giving Angelica a warm smile. 'Ok...sweet dreams Gabster.' Angelica said as she closed the door behind her. That was the last time Gaby would ever hear from Angelica." I said, lowering my voice as I made pots and pans clatter in the kitchen.

"W-what was..that?.." Angelica asked, cracking her voice.

"It was the stuffed ninjas turtles. They're gonna kill us all!" I said, shaking her gently enough to make her squeal.

"Goldie! Stop!" Gaby protested in the dark.

"Aye, just go back to tellin' the story Golden." Foxy's voice said.

"Alright..Alright! The next morning, Gaby woke up rested, and she opened her door and went to Angelica's room to see how your cousin slept. Of course she knew she would be fine, there was absolutely nothing to worry about! But she was wrong, dead wrong. The sight before her was very gruesome, Angelica was laid on her bed, surrounded by her bloody ninjas turtle stuffed animals. Her body was badly mangled, and her eyes were wide open. Gaby screamed, causing Angelica's mom and dad to run over there, and they mourned over the loss of their daughter, and called the police."

"I...I died..?" Angelica asked me in the dark weakly.

"Yup, tragic." I responded.

"Its just a scary story, it isn't true. You're not gonna die I promise." Gaby reassured her.

"So, Gaby went to her room, and threw herself on the bed as she kept telling herself she was the reason Angelica died. She killed her. When she really didn't. Shuffling was heard outside her door, so she stood up to open it. 'Police must already be here.' She told herself. She opened the door, but no one was there, but when she looked down...there was a smiling stuffed ninja turtle. The End." I said, snapping my fingers to make the lantern turn back on, seeing their uncomfortable expressions.

"Sorry..did I scare anyone?" I asked, looking at all of them.

"Golden...?" Angelica asked quietly.

"Hmm?" I asked.

"I've got one." She said, letting go of my arm as she reached for the lantern, setting it on her lap.

"Really?" Bonnie asked, giving her a questioning look.

"Really." She answered quickly, looking at the lantern with a dead expression.

No one's Pov:

Angelica got comfortable, still slightly traumatized of Golden's story that she might not be able to sleep tonight after trick or treating. The animatronics exchanged shocked glances as she took a deep breath, accompanied by a wheeze she couldn't help but let out. Even Gaby was shocked, more shocked than the others apparently.

'She has a scary story? Angelica!? Really? The girl who peed her bed till 3rd grade?! The girl who is obsessed with ninja turtles? The girl who is completely terrified of scary movies and scary stories?!' Gaby thought, her eyes widening with confusion.

"Well..once when I was around 7, a huge storm covered the town in snow, causing many deaths. The following week seemed to be normal, or so I thought. Another week passed, and I realized that I haven't even talked to my best friend Maria, let alone see her. So I convinced my mom and some others to go check out her family's house. When we got there, no one was home, just a fire flickering in the fireplace. Which was weird because who started the fire if no one was home?" Angelica had said, no wheeze needed, keeping her gaze on the lantern as Chica shifted uncomfortably

"How does that happen?" Chica asked Freddy.

"I..I don't know." Freddy said, cradling the sleeping Peanut in his arms as he looked at Foxy for an answer.

But he only shrugged in response.

"So, when the others went out to the back I stayed inside. But all of a sudden, a chill entered the room where I was in. When I was alone I heard a voice....
'Its so cold! And I can't get warm!' "
Angelica spoke, changing the tone in her voice to match a little girl's as she scooted forwards, her head jerking up.

Bonnie seemed to stiffen when she did that, and he grabbed Bon Bon's hand protectively.

Foxy seemed to move closer to Freddy as well.

"I turned around and saw Maria by the fire place, but..she was blue, like she was frozen. I ran outside to get help, but when we all came back, Maria was gone." She said, in a monotone voice.

"W-where did she go?" Toy Chica asked, fear in her voice.

"No one knows. Maria's house stands empty to this day, but people can still see smoke coming up from the chimney, like Maria is still trying to get warm.." she said, rising her shoulders gently up and down eerily.

(A/N: if you know where I got this from, you are eternally awesome. If you didn't, well dang you didn't have a childhood.)

"That...was something." Gaby said, as she shifted uneasily.

"Yea...it was." Bonnie added.

"You can say that again." Golden said, snapping his fingers as the lights and electronics around the pizzaria turned on.

"I-it's 7:00..c-can we go trick or treating.. now...?" Angelica asked out loud, gesturing towards Gaby, because she knew for a fact, Golden didn't want to take her.

"Oh..sorry Angelica I can't. There's this party my friend invited me to, I just can't miss it!" Gaby said quickly, running out the door with her keys in her hand.

Angelica sighed sadly, letting her legs give out as her face met the floor with a thud.

Two arms carefully lifted her from the ground, and she looked up lazily to see Golden Freddy's smile.

"C'mon, I'll take you." Golden said, patting her head.

"R-really?! You..You mean it?" Angelica breathed.

"Yea, I mean it. Now hurry up before I change my mind." He said, before crossing his arms.

"Aye, but don't ye need a costume Golden?" Foxy asked, tilting his head as Freddy helped him stand because of the pole like legs he now had.

"There's no way I'm wearing a costume." Golden protested.

"I..I don't c-care! I need candy.." Angelica said eagerly as she put the turtle head over her own, walking to the door with nothing but excitement.

"We'll be back in two hours." Golden said, as he hurriedly walked to the door.

"Yea, sure you will." Bonnie said, as he munched on snacks at the tables.

From then on, Angelica and Golden received candy from the houses they went to, and even compliments. It started getting dark, and Golden gave Angelica a shove to tell her it was time to go back to the pizzeria.

On the way back, they stumbled upon a cemetery.

"I bet you won't last one minute without me in there." Golden said, as he looked at the graves.

"Y-you're..on..!" Angelica said, giving him a playful glare as she put her oversized candy bag over her shoulder, walking cautiously into the cemetery.

Angelica looked around, suddenly feeling very scared as she sat down on the grass, clutching her candy bag for comfort. A thundering sound from underneath her made her jump, and she bit her tongue to prevent her screaming, she was determined to prove she wasn't the weak scared little girl Golden thought she was.

Until a bony and old hand spurred from the ground, causing her to scream and stand up quickly.
It managed to crawl its entire body out, showing its gruesome odor powered face. She gagged, and ran towards the exit if the cemetery when even more zombies or the walking dead came sprawling quickly out after her. One happened to grab her ankle, twisting it. She hit them repeatedly with her candy bag, until they let go.

She weakly ran out, throwing herself at Golden as his victorious smirk turned into a shocked expression.

"Let's..g-get outta here!" Angelica screamed through her fake turtle head, as she pulled on Golden's arm.

Golden nodded and ran quickly, but stopped as he realized how far they had to go. Angelica was limping, and they had about 4 miles to go, If he stayed at her pace, she'd be dead in a matter of minutes. In desperation he picked her up and carried her over his shoulder, running towards the direction of the pizzeria as the zombies followed after, quickening their pace dramatically, groaning and screaming. Golden cringed at the thought of them latching onto them, usually on movies Zombies were weak by them selves, but this ain't no movie. He found himself face to face with a bundle of trees, a forest. He propped Angelica on her legs, looking at her with determination.

"We've gotta go through here." He says, gesturing towards the forest.

"N-no..! I can't! I'm..I'm..-"

"You're what?!" He asked frantically as he tried to pull her in, failing though.

"I'm scared!" She yelled, clutching her candy bag.

"I'm scared too! But you don't see me chickening out do you?! No, I'm trying to save our butts!" He shot back, gripping her shoulders and succeeded to pull her in as a zombie's hand nearly brushed against the bandanna tails of the fake ninja turtle head.

"I..I can't do this!" She protested, shaking her head.

"We gotta go Angelica! We need to get to the pizzaria!" Golden stated, hearing the groans becoming closer.

The trees seemed to whisper to each other as the groaning of the zombies stopped, giving the stomach of Angelica an eerie feeling as she grabbed onto Golden's arm tightly, holding her breath, thinking something was going to pop out and eat them.
Golden looked around, only hearing the rustle of leaves that were falling off the branches of trees, landing on the dirt softly. The full moon seemed to glare down at them as they listened to the dreadful silence. A cooing owl scared the living out of Angelica, making her scream loudly, running away from Golden in a panic manner.

"No! Stop! Angelica come back!" Golden had yelled, as he tried to catch up to her, tripping over something, more like someone.

Before he could react, a zombie's hand had already tightened its cold grip on his foot, and he felt more hands grip onto him, pulling him away from Angelica's footsteps.

He quickly grabbed one, accidentally pulling it off and looking at it wriggling its fingers vigorously. He cringed, letting it fall to the ground and freed himself from the hands, running after Angelica who's footsteps weren't heard anymore.

'She's probably there already.' He thought, finally making it to the door's of the pizzaria, opening the door quickly and stepping inside, looking behind him for any signs of the zombies.

The tables with snacks were merely gone, the others weren't even aware of his presence as they sat around the lantern.

"Guys? Where is Angelica?" He asks, raising a brow, sensing there was no zombies behind him.

"What do you mean? She's with you isn't she?" Freddy asked, pointing at Golden.

"Well...we kinda got separated." He says, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Separated? How?" Bonnie asked in the dim light from the lantern.

Golden heard struggling from outside the door, without thinking, he grabbed a butcher knife that was laid neatly on the table, and opened the door, pulling the thing inside and intentionally stabbing it roughly 4 times, then pulled out the knife, expecting to see dry old blood, but gasped and dropped the knife when it was fresh blood.

"A-Angelica..?" He asked, already feeling her warm blood spreading over his hand.

Angelica gasped, as the turtle head rolled off of her, showing blood rise from the corner of her mouth

"Oh..my God.." Chica said, walking over to turn on the light as Angelica already slipped her fragile, blood losing body to the ground, holding the part of her body that was brutally stabbed.

She reached out her hand, and Golden grabbed it gently, as Angelica coughed up large amounts of blood.

"N-no..! I didn't mean it! I swear!" Golden said, as the others rushed over, shocked expressions as car doors were gently closed outside, followed by a bunch of giggles.

"Golden! What did you do?!" Freddy asked frantically as he put a hand on Amgelica's wound.

"I didn't know it was her Freddy!" Golden yelled, shaking his head.

"How can you not know it was her?!" Bon Bon shot back, as the door opened, showing Gaby who was holding a glass bowl full of candy.

"Good news Angelica, I brought you-"

Gaby's grip she had on the bowl loosened, and it fell to the ground shattering into pieces. She stood there, traumatized before she knelt, pushing Freddy and Golden Freddy away from Angelica roughly, choking up tears as she held Angelica's pale face in her hands.

"No! Who...w-who-"

Gaby's eyes landed on Golden's bloody hand, her eyes widening at the blood stained knife at his feet.

"N-now Gaby..it's not what it looks like is swear!" Golden says frantically, shaking is head desperately.

"Its exactly what it looks like! I knew you thought Angelica was annoying but...but stabbing her?!" She yelled, grabbing his hand and showing it to him.

"I never wanted this for her!" He yelled, as Angelica coughed up even more blood.

"...G..Gaby..." Angelica said weakly, reaching her hand out towards Gaby.

"Oh..what is it?" Gaby asked, whipping out her phone, dialing 911 even though, she knew it was already too late.

"I..I thought you p-promised.....me..I w-w-wouldn't....die." Angelica whispered, her eyes rolling to the back of her head, her heart stopping.

"And you're not! You're not going to die!" Gaby said to her, as Angelica's life was already drained out of her.

"Golden..! Do something!" Bonnie said, pointing to Angelica.

"I can't do anything!" Golden said.

"You..You.." Gaby started.

"Gaby...I swear..I'll...I'll figure out something-"

"You killed Angelica!" Gaby yelled at Golden, as nearby sirens were heard.

"Ye called the police?" Foxy asked, holding onto the sleeping Peanut in his arms protectively.

"Yes I did! You killed my cousin! How could you do such a thing?! I thought you were my friends!" She yelled.

"Uh.." Golden put a hand on her shoulder, but she pushed it off her angrily, gritting her teeth.

"Don't! Don't touch me! You keep away from me! I never wanna see your faces! Ever Again!" Gaby yelled, standing on her feet as she ran out the front door, tears coming from her eyes as police car doors were being slammed.

"Gaby!" Golden yelled after her.

"Let her go man...give her some space." Marionette said, putting a hand on Golden's shoulder.

A ringing of a phone made them jump, as the police sirens came to a halt, Golden went for the phone in the security guard office, and picked it up with his bloody hand.

"Hello?" He asked the other end.

"Congratulations Golden. You're a murderer." The voice said darkly, as tears came rolling down Golden's cheeks.

"No...no..Springtrap..! You..can't be alive!" Golden panicked.

"But I am. I'm still here." Springtrap said, as the screams of his friends were heard.

(A/N: well, Angelica died. Wow..I died.....you want a next chapter? Or a new story? It's your choice.)
