Whenever doing these decisions, there is always gonna be one where it would kill someone off because most of them would be obvious to avoid doing as stupid decisions could lead to bad consequences.

I decided to headbutt Josh.
As I looked at his purple eyes, I had used all the force I could to headbutt Josh and caused him to fall.

He fell right behind us and as he fell down and I fell down with him followed by a scream and a gurgle.

Suddenly, I feel a sharp pain on my chest.
"AHHHH, WHAT THE FUCK?!" I said as I pulled back. My mind was a but hazy and I felt a bit dizzy....

I looked at what had happened and I saw that the object I saw before was an exposed metal pole that was cracked and it-"AAAH?!"

I quickly noticed that the pole went directly into something....
Someone...

I quickly rushed over back and saw that the metal pole's sharp edge had gone through Josh's lower part of his head which caused the sharp end of the pull to come out through his mouth.
No......

"Nononononononononono"
I heard Goldz come to the basement door.
"Freddy! Did anything happen to Josh?! Spring told me that he felt-" he stopped as he saw Josh's corpse as his face was impaled by the exposed pole on the ground.
I'm going to throw up...

"I-...He-....It's-.....wewerefightingandiattackedbackandheendedupfallingandthepolehadgonethroughhim-"

"CALM THE FUCK DOWN" Goldz yelled as I was finding it hard to breathe...

"Hey Goldz is everything ok?! What happened down here-....."  a green mist forming Springtrap entered the basement as they saw the corpse on the ground.

"No...." was the only thing I heard come out of him.

I started hitting my head against the wall crying but was stopped by a cold mist that grabbed me.

Spring and Goldz took me upstairs while Josh's corpse lay there....

Also there was one sentence bolded in the  chapter that could have hinted towards NOT pushing him directly behind you.
