"My fiancé." My mom said as Athena smirked.

"Well that is good to know." She said as my mother nodded and hopped out of the room as I turned to a now very angry Athena.

"Why haven't you ever mentioned that your mother is engaged to the leader of the Other Worlder gods?" She asked me.

"Well I was planning to but I kind of got sidetracked by the whole my daughter being held hostage thing." I said as she frowned a little,

"Fine but you aren't off the hook het, for now finish that nectar and you can help me with the original task I needed your help for." She said as I nodded.

"What would that be?" I asked her.

"We got a request from Artemis a few minutes ago, we are going to rescue your brain child son."

NOW:

"Is it me or do all of Hestia's children live like rich people?" I asked Athena as we starred at the massive house in front of us. It wasn't mansion worthy but it was large enough to point out that they had some serious money.

"Hestia likes to spoil her brain kids a lot." She said without a hint of emotion as I glanced at the smaller women.

"Unlike someone." I said in a sing song voice as I turned back to the house as I felt a cold pair of stormy grey eyes burrow into my skull. I just paid her no mind as I walked up to house but was intercepted by a big black gate surrounding the house. I just glanced down at the gate and pushed a little button on the brick structure the gate hung from.

"Hello?" Came on a voice as I spoke.

"Yes my name is Percy Jackson-." But I was quickly interrupted as the women spoke.

"Oh! Mother told us you would be coming, come on in." She said as the gate swung open as I glanced at Athena who shrugged but still held an angry glare in my direction. But in silence I just walked up to the door with my hands on my head and elbows up as I felt Athena continue glaring at me.

As we reached the door I simply knocked just in case, as expected the door opened revealing a women in her 50's. She had soft brown hair and soft Carmel brown eyes, but still has a motherly look to her that said she was the perfect loving mother. She reminded me of my mom in more ways than one as she gently smiled at me.

"Much more handsome than I thought." She said with a smile as I blushed for some reason. I guess it was just some shyness left over. Athena just rolled her eyes as I rubbed the back of my head as the women smiled at my flustered ness. I was never one to take compliments from loving people like this.

"So you must be Athena I guess, though I must say you don't look a day over a millennia." She said with a smile that made Athena quickly blush as she smiled a little.

"Well I try to keep myself looking young." Athena said while blushing and flipping out a hand as if trying to brush away her flustered self.

"I wonder if you can share some secrets with this old women." She said with a cheeky smile as Athena smiled at.

"Just try out Aphrodite skin care products takes at least 10 years off, I think I have a coupon somewhere." Athena said reaching in her pocket and pulling out a little card and giving it to the women as she smiled.

"Why thank you." She said putting the coupon in her pocket.

"No thank you I needed to get my mind off some stuff, I must say though this is a lovely house." Athena said walking past me and entering as the women turned and walked by her side as I entered myself.

"Looks like your girlfriend has been stolen." Said a male's voice as I turned to see a male about the same age as the women with a drink in his hand. He just slowly took a sip of it and turned back to me. He had black hair and light blue eyes and had a face like Chiron that said he has seem almost of it.

"She isn't my girlfriend trust me, I am engaged to another lovely lady." I said as he chuckled.

"I am sorry for my assumption, it is just you two looked like you two couple be a nice couple." He said as I felt a small heart ache at a thought of Annabeth.

"Well I used to date her daughter so I assume that is why, by the way I am Percy Jackson." I said extending my hand.

"Larry Higgs." He said as he shook my hand.

"Nice to meet you sir." I said as he chuckled again.

"I know of your story Percy, I think I should be the one addressing you as sir." He said as I frowned.

"Please I may be old but I do not hold the wisdom of someone such as yourself, that much I can presume from your eyes." I said as I saw his eyes soften.

"Well if you care to call me sir you can, sorry about my wife though. Each time she sees someone she likes she likes to give them a short tour of the house. It has become kind of a custom." He said as he took a sip as I sighed.

"What you drinking?" I asked him to pass the time as we wondered through the house.

"Jack Daniels." He said simply as I smirked.

"That isn't any good, try this." Said waving my hand as I shadow traveled one of my personal whiskeys I liked to keep around just in case I had a craving. Though I didn't drink very often I like to drink in style.

"T-This is..." He barely managed to talk as I held up one of the rarest whiskeys in this world and the next. It was Glenfiddich 1937 and it was sold about 20,000 a bottle, this was one of the 61 bottles every made, or 1 of my 38 bottle stash of it. All the rest were drank by people but I managed to save 38 bottles while in Tartarus. You would be surprised but Tartarus gets internet and with all the free time of 25,000 years on my hands I began to collect rare and exotic liquors and other things. This is one of my 56 different collections of just whisky.

"I know what it is." I said as I took his glass and emptied its contents on a plant nearby, then I poured him a little bit and plopped an ice cube I formed out of the air.

"Now sip." I said as I flashed the half empty bottle away, as I said I didn't drink very often. But as he took a sip I saw his eyes light up as he let out a sigh.

"That is good." He said as he glanced at me as I smirked.

"I know, why do you think I bought it?" I said as he rolled his eyes as I watched Mrs. Higgs with Athena in arm show her the upper floor.

"So you excited to see Kirk?" He asked me as I nodded.

"Come on outside I think he should be working on his swordsmanship around this hour." He said as I raised an eyebrow.

"Isn't he a little young to be working with swords?" I asked him as he glanced at me.

"I would ask you the same question." He said as I snorted.

"I started at 12 not 8 years old." I told him as he smiled a little.

"Your just like him you know that." He said as he walked me to a door that led to the backyard. As we got closer I heard grunting sounds of someone training as he opened the door.

"Oh just a little heads up, he is a little...how should put this?" He asked himself.

"Emotionally distraught." I said as he noticed my stare at Kirk as I saw him slice a poor straw dummy. His aura was so full of powerful emotions a normal person could sense it. I just walked outside as I saw him stick another straw dummy in the chest with his current sword. He didn't seem to notice us as he regained his breath as he leaned on the dummy he just stuck in the chest.

"Kirk you have a visitor." Said Larry as the child looked over at us. He just glanced back and forth between us as I saw his emotional aura flare when his eyes met me.

"Nice to see you finally." He said in a tone that suggested I was the last person he wanted to see.

"I guess I should say the same." I said as I walked over as Kirk ripped the sword from the dummy with a kick to it. I had to say though he did look like me, though I was a little skinnier than he was back at that age. He had a rat's nest of black hair and sea green eyes just like me, he even had my tan but he had the attitude his brain mother did.

"Took you long enough." He said as he sheathed the sword and glared at me.

"I guess I am going to leave you two alone." Said Mr. Higgs as he waved us goodbye as he walked away from the awkward situation. But as he did the conversation between us stopped as Kirk just continued glaring at me as I rubbed the back of my head.

"If it makes you feel any better I came as soon as I found out." I said which was a little lie but not a total one. All he did was raise his eyebrow at me as he turned to me and gave me a quick scan over.

"I realize that you had no idea I even existed mom was nice enough to tell me that. But you seriously never even wondered what happened to you that that one night you were knocked out by mom?" He asked me in a tone that really left no room for a lie.

"Well I did but it just never crossed my mind your mother would ever do something like that." I said as he snorted.

"Come on its Artemis were talking about here, it is really no surprise this happened." He said as if he was protected from being smited from the goddess.

"How so?" I asked him.

"Really are you that dense? Artemis is a goddess who is a very man hatting and very maiden pro goddess. But at the same time she is attracted by males who are powerful and strong in her unconscious. Whether she likes it or not she is a female and those types of things bring out the animal instincts in her that make her want to mate with the said male. You being a male with more than one of the things her animal instincts want as well as being the only male to ever be liked by her hunt I am surprised you never saw what she did to you sooner." He said as I was stumped.

"Your right." I said as I sat down as he rolled his eyes.

"Your smarter than you look." I said as he rolled his eyes.

"I graduated high school last year so I hope so." He said as I covered my face with a hand and laughed.

"I guess you got your smart genes from your mother after all." I said as he rolled his eyes.

"I am not stupid enough to fall for that because I am well away even though I am a brain child I still do have 50% of you in me. You are smarter than you look but you just don't admit it." He said as I looked down at him as I opened one eye.

"You got me." I said as I stood up.

"So you still mad at me?" I asked as he nodded.

"Of course I am why would I not be mad at my father that wasn't around for the first 8 well actually 2 years of my life?" He asked as I nodded.

"I presumed that explains your active aura." I said as he seemed a little confused.

"Aura?" He asked.

"It is a cover for your body that shows me your emotions and current feelings. It is like I am reading your mind and seeing the true you." I said as he looked scarred.

"Why do I feel so...exposed all the sudden?" He asked me as I laughed.

"Everybody is exposed to me, I can read this world like a child's book." I said as he looked wearily at me.

"I have heard about your powers but are for real?" He asked.

"As real as your emotions you have for you neighbors daughter." I said in an emotionless voice as his eyes got wide.

"Don't tell anyone!" He yelled at me as I smirked.

"Fair enough I won't just promise me you will be nice to your adoptive mother." I said as he nodded quickly.

"Wait adoptive mother?" He asked.

"Wait haven't your adoptive parents told you why I am here?" I asked him as he shook his head.

"All they told me that my real dad is paying me a visit." He said as I nodded.

"Well I came here to take you back home with me." I said as he looked shocked.

"But I can't leave Larry and Kelsey." He said as I looked at him in a sad face.

"If it was up to me I would let you stay but bigger events have force me to take action and have you live with me for your own protection." I said as he got an angry face.

"I can protect myself mother taught me what I needed to know and the rest I have learned by myself. I don't need the help of a father that didn't even know of my very existence until yesterday." He hissed at me as my eyes narrowed.

"No you can't, you are barely even able to kill 3 or 4 straw dummies without being winded. What do you expect to do when you come upon a horde or soldiers or monsters that want to kill you, or even worse Larry and Kelsey? Can you protect them with your current skills? Well can you?" I asked in a slightly angry tone, I guess he was as stubborn as me after all.

"I...I d-don't know." He managed as he thought about it.

"That is why I need to take you away from this place before something bad ha-." But I was cut short as the sky erupted into a bright light. I had only a matter of nanoseconds as I moved, with my powers over the speed of light on my side I managed to turn around and grab Kirk and jump the fence of his neighbors before the house exploded into a billion little pieces.

"W-W was that?" Kirk suddenly asked as the ringing in his ears stopped as I stood standing by his side as I watched debris fall from the sky into the surrounding lawns. But I just stood and starred at the house that was not completely gone. Nothing but a large crater in the ground was left as I starred at it, but as I did my first thought was the others.

"Kirk come with me." I said as I picked him up off the ground as he was still getting over the ringing sound and whiplash I accidently gave him during our small run.

"O-Okay." He managed as I walked past a destroyed fence, neighbors around the area just gawking at the sight.

"Fucking Zeus I knew I should have come sooner." I whispered to myself as I began to walk forward as a traumatized 8 year old stood shaking in fear a few feet away.

"Who would do this?" Asked a shaking Kirk as I glanced back at him and sighed. I didn't have time to tell him the whole story.

"A big ass dick in the sky who wanted you dead." I said to him as I saw the color drain from his face.

"Why would Zeus want me dead?" He asked as I turned to him.

"Long story short he wants me dead so he tried to kill you to get to me." I said as he seemed to almost faint.

"Now come on lets go see if everyone is okay." I said as he nodded his head. Surprisingly the sides of the house had managed to avoid complete destruction but the middle was nothing more than a crater.

"Athena are you out there?" I asked as I led Kirk into the crater as he looked around.

"Uhh." I heard a moan as I turned to the right upper floor which had managed to survive for the most part.

"Stay here and make sure you don't do anything stupid." I said as Kirk nodded as I turned to the area as I looked for a way to get up. After a small hop I and a few parkcore moves I was up to the second story as I pulled myself up.

"Athena?" I asked as I looked around part of the hallway that survived. But still bits and pieces of walls were gone while some looked like they had debris lodged in them.

"I-In h-here." I heard a shaky voice as I turned to a room with the door completely gone and one wall that had large chunks of wood sticking through it. As I walked in I was met with a sight that would have sent me the old me to throw up. There sitting against one good wall was Athena but instead of normal she was covered in blood that was making her shake as she breathed heavily.

I knew it wasn't hers because it was red as she looked over to me as I quickly ran over and crouched next to her.

"Are you okay?" I asked as she gave one shaky nod.

"What happened?" I asked as she looked over at another room that had bloody handprints leading from it. I presumed the blood handprints were Athena's from her crawling out but I had another guess what was on the other side of that wall.

"Both or just one?" I asked simple, Athena though just stared at me as her body trembled. I guess even goddess's can be scarred sometimes.

"Both." She said as I nodded. I had a good guess what happened, the lightning bolt being as big as it was as hot as you could imagine. My guess is that the heat from the bolt did was a microwave set for 1 hour would do to a human in less than .00001 seconds. Basically it instantly cooked them alive and made them go pop. Athena being a god is naturally immune to this type of heat for short periods of time but had to witness what happened to them first hand.

"Let's go get you cleaned up." I said as I slowly picked up the bloody women as I carried her princess style out of the room as I walked to the area were Kirk was. As I did that I managed to get down to the bottom floor with one jump, and I found a broken pipe spouting water. With that I began to gently wash the currently shaking Athena as I washed the blood out of her now deep red hair.

"Is she okay?" Asked a new voice as I turned to see Kirk starring as me as I helped wash a not so helpful Athena.

"Yes she is not turn around you don't want to see this." I commanded as he complied and turned around quickly as I got back to work on the goddess.

"I thought gods don't have red blood." He said as I stopped for a second as I held a handful of partially blood free hair. Athena finally snapped out of her stupor a little bit as she gently got handfuls of water and washed her face and arms.

"They don't." I said as he stayed quiet after that, I knew he wasn't dense enough to guess were the blood came from.

"They passed quickly." Said Athena as I was tempted to smack her as I worked on her hair.

"T-That i-is g-good t-to k-know." I heard as Kirk tried to hide his sobs and tears as I finished with the hair as the shaky goddess began to wash her clothes of the blood. I just stood up and washed off my hands and made my clothes push out the blood like it was water on glass.

"I am sorry, I simply wasn't strong enough s-save them." He said as I walked up behind him and gave him a hug. At first he tried to push me away with all his might as he began to kick and scream at me. All I could do was endure it as I pulled his face into my chest as my arms overpowered his futile attempts to push me away.

"Let me go!" He screamed in my chest but I held him tight as his small fist beet against my chest. But eventually he stopped as I felt his tears quickly soak the front of my shirt.

"Kirk it isn't your fault." I said as I patted his back as I looked over at Athena who was now clean but still a little shaken up.

"B-But..." He said as he choked out a sob.

"Shh." I said as I gave him one last good squeeze as I let him go as he looked up at me with red rimmed eyes. Tears still cascading down his cheeks as a line of snot connected his nose and my shirt. If it wasn't such a serious time I would had shivered at the sight of how gross it was but I held back the feeling as I stood up and helped him walk over to Athena.

"I need you to take him to the house, I need to go do something." I said as Kirk looked at me.

"Wait please don't leave!" He begged me as he gripped my shirt with two hands as more tears seemed to break through his dam.

"Don't worry I will be right back at the house in a few minutes, just go with Athena okay." I said as I gave him a hug, I knew I was only at the tip of the iceberg with this emotional event to him. He still had not time to actually think over the event and truly feel what they meant to him. I give it at least an hour before he completely breaks down and this was not the place to do it.

"B-But...just please don't go." He begged me as I reached over and gave him a quick nerve pinch as he instantly fell unconscious. Athena looked shocked at what I did as I picked up the small child and gave him to her as she still looked shocked.

"Get him back home I will talk to him later through this." I said as she slowly nodded as I shadow traveled her back. I just sighed again as I looked around the house but then my gaze took a detour and starred at a man in a black cloak standing by the side of the building.

"I guess my hunch was right after all." I said as I popped my neck and then my fingers as I watched more men and women come out of the shadows. Each of them had black cloaks labeled with a lightning bolt on the front of them.

"I presume all of you are here for me?" I asked as none of them moved, in all I counted about 75 of them give or take one or two.

"Percy Jackson Zeus demands that you stop interfering in his plans." Said the first male I saw.

"And what if I don't want to stop?" I asked him as I ripped a broke pipe from the ground as I looked it over.

"Then he will be forced to shorten the deadline for the Other Worlder god's death by another month. If he did that would give you 3 months that you have to kill more than 50 gods 8 of them being high gods." As he finished I nodded as I twirled the pipe in my hand.

"Well tell him that if he try anything else he will end up like your friend over there." I said pointing my hand over at a person that suddenly fell to his knees. Sticking in his chest was the pipe that was in my hand a second ago. The people around me suddenly all moved back as they hadn't even notice me move. But as I took advantage of their shock I quietly walked over to the gasping person.

"Care for a drink?" I asked them as I turned the valve on the pipe as a lot of blood began to pour from the pipe as the persons eyes rolled in the back of his head as he fell backwards. Not a sound other than gasps came from his as he slowly passed away as I turned back to the crowd. As I did I gripped the blood soaked piper and then ripped it out of his chest as leftover blood in the piper fell out and all over his body.

"If I were you I would run if you don't want any more dead, another troop of you men already angered me and I am in no mood to go easy on you guys." I said as I let my arms hang at my side, all of them looked uneasy at their leader as he stood his ground.

"Ki-." But he was stopped as the pipe suddenly appeared in his chest as he stumbled back a few steps. Blood gently began to stream out of hole in the piper as I suddenly appear in front of him. He just slowly looked up at me as I rammed the piper all the way through his bod as I pinned him to the ground.

"Shh don't go spouting orders we don't want that." I said as I watched the light fade from his eyes.

"Now to deal with the rest of you." I said as I stood up and turned just in time to catch the palm of a women that was in mid swing with a sword. It didn't even take a second as snapped her wrist and bent her arm as I forced her own hand to sink the sword into her chest. At this point all the rest of them didn't look so thrilled as I grabbed the blade and kicked the dead body off of the sword.

But with the simple kick I sent her body flying at a high speed and made her hit another person. But the force was so great it made the body of the women break in half and the male her body hit break in half as well. Their body parts just flew a couple more yards as they came to a slow halt in front of another person.

"Leave and I will spare the rest of you." I said as I twirled the blade as I saw them all contemplate their answer. Soon some of them began to turn and run as others rushed me, only about 10 rushed me as they quickly surrounded me. I just rolled my eyes as I decided to end this quickly. To them it looked like my image blurred for a second then it stopped, to me I just used my powers over Helios.

Without a bat of an eye I just began to walk out of the circle of them as they all turn to fight me, let's just say their heads stayed starring at the same spot as their bodies moved. With one step from all of them all their heads slid off their body with ease as I watched the others flee. I just didn't even pay them mind as I turned back to the dead bodies and just shadow traveled them away from the area.

With that I was gone in a flash of the blackest light as I left the ruined house but before I did I set fire to the rest of the building using it as a massive shrine for the two of Hestia's brain kids. With a simple bow I was gone and headed on my way home.

LINEBREAK:

THALIA POV:

"I have to agree with Jessica on this." Said Piper as I frowned at her.

"I do not look like her." I said as all the women in the room rolled their eyes.

"Yes you do just replace the slight Japanese look with a Greek one and boom you two look the same." Said Sally as I looked at her like she betrayed me.

"She is right you two even have the same body except the pregnant part, hell even your two attitudes are the same." Calypso said as she looked me over.

"I am not that bossy." I said as everyone had the same unbelieving face.

"Just accept it Thalia you look like her, even if she is a fictional character." Said Hestia.

"But..." I tried to work around it but they were right we two did look alike.

"Whats going on in here?" Asked a new voice as I turned to see Percy leaning up against the doorway of our bedroom were all the girls were gathered. Including Hannah and Jessica each of which were sitting in their respectful parents laps. Athena just got back as well and took an arm chair in the room as she listened in on our conversations.

"Jessica here pointed out that Thalia looks exactly like Gogo from Big Hero six." Said Piper with a smile as I glared at her as saw Hannah playing with a small toy.

"You actually kind of do just replace the Japanese with Greek and you two would look identical, except your highlights are blue and hers are purple." He said as I let my mouth drop.

"Not you to." I said in a begging voice as he snickered a little.

"What can I say you tow do look the same." He said as he opened one of his drawers and began to search through it.

"Your shirts are in the second drawer." I said as he quickly closed the top drawer and opened the second one and smiled.

"What would I do without you?" He said as he got a blue shirt out of the drawer and walked to the bathroom. On his way he quickly got rid of his current shirt as I couldn't help but blush at the sight of his back as the door close to much of my dismay.

"Still I am amazed...I think you should change your highlights to purple and buy a yellow jumpsuit and totally just go Comic con or something." Said Calypso as everyone turned to her with a weird look as she quickly blushed.

"Leo forced me to go one year as black widow from avengers as he went as iron man. He basically finished my honey to do list for me to go with him." She said with a blush as I smirked.

"What about you piper? What embarrassing things did Jason for you to do?" I asked her as blushed a little at a thought.

"I went with those two to Comic con as well I was forced to go as storm as he went as superman, I think we even saw you two there. Well I bet everyone did Leo basically made a flight capable iron man suit excluding the lasers." She said as Calypso's eyes widened.

"Oh god I remember now, Leo go into a flight contest with some jerk in a superman costume. That was you two?" Asked an exasperated Calypso who put a hand to her mouth.

"Wait...jerk in a superman costume?" Asked Piper in a voice as if the other female wanted to start a fight.

"He stole a kid's balloon and a person's ice-cream cone." She said as Pipers eyes widened.

"So that is how he got those, I am sorry for getting testy I had no idea." She said with a wave of sorrow in her tone.

"No offense taken...Thalia I just found another person you look like." Said Calypso as I groaned.

"Who is it now?" I asked in complete annoyance.

"Death vertigo from the DC comic books." She said with a nod as everyone looked at her.

"What I read graphic novels as well as normal books." She said with a huff of annoyance as everyone laughed.

"You should spend the time you're using while reading your "graphic novels" to build a garden instead." Demeter said as she looked over a stalk of grain. She simply sat cross-legged on my bed beside me as everyone laughed.

"I do have a garden and it is amazing if you must know, it is just a couple light-years away on earth." She said as crossed her arms and let out a huff.

"Sure you do." Said a new voice as a clean Percy came out of the bathroom as he walked over and gave me a short kiss.

"Did you see Kirk?" He asked me.

"Yes he is emotionally shot but he will need your help when he wakes up." I said as he nodded as he had a solemn face.

"Hestia can I have a talk with you?" He asked as the goddess nodded slowly, he just nodded as well as he walked out of the room as the goddess followed quickly behind. I was curious what he was going to talk to her about but suddenly the sound of a sharp slap cut the quiet air. At the sound we all flinched as we all turned to the doorway to see Hestia had slapped Percy.

"I am sorry." He said as he turned his head back to her as Hestia's eyes filled with rage, at the sight I was frightened to see such a peaceful goddess so angry.

"They passed quickly I promise." He said as another slap from the goddess contacted with his face as he did nothing to dodge it or run away from it.

"You promised me nothing would happen to them." She said as her voice was filled with rage and sadness as he nodded.

"And I broke that promise, you have every right to slap me." He said as a third much harder slap contacted his face. This one was so powerful I saw some blood leak from his lip as he stumbled back from the blow. But he simply just stood up again with a split lip as he starred into Hestia's eyes that soon threatened to spill over.

"Thank you for burning there remains." She said quietly just barely audible as he nodded.

"It was the least I could do, no I am going to go check on Kirk and Nyx." He said as the shorter women nodded. But before she could do anything he wrapped her up in a hug as the goddess slowly hugged him back. After a few seconds they let go as Hestia nodded and turned back to the room with a surprised look on her face to find the door open and all of us starring at her.

"S-Sorry you had to see that bad side of me." She said with a small bow as we all nodded.

"I am going to make sure Percy is okay." I said as I got up as I gave Hannah to Sally who took the child and put her in his lap as I walked out of the room as Percy waited for me.

"I am sorry you had to see that." He said as he looked away. I just frowned at him as I reached up and cupped his face to get a look at his lip. I had to say it Hestia packed a slap that is for sure.

"It's okay, it is what I would do if something like that happened to my children." I said as I gently traced the wound to find it already closing.

"Let's go make sure those two are alright." I said as I reached down for his hand as he nodded as we walked hand in hand to the room Kirk and Nyx were laid down to rest. As we entered the room I just smirked at the sight in front of us. Nyx and Kirk were sharing the same beg and they were both snuggling up to one another as close as could be. With Nyx being in her 8 year old form and Kirk being 8 it kind of looked like young love with Nyx laying her head on his chest.

"If I didn't know better I would say she still likes your type." I said with a knowing smirk.

"What gave it away?" He asked me.
