(This chapter is based on Comet's POV)

It's morning, the sun is shining, birds are singing,.....And someone like Comet gets to do his morning routine by running  under the morning sunlight. Once he's done he goes to where he views the whole beach city, Comet sits down to enjoy the view for a while....til he got bored. That's when he saw some gems leaving a wooden house under a giant woman statue. Curious as he is he decided what to do today, going to the house and see what's inside.

Once he got here he slowly opened the door and took a little peak inside to see if anyone is still home, once he saw no ones home he might as well break and enter. He looks around the room, very intrigued by his surroundings, he found a bag of chips that says "special limited edition". He tried to take the bag until he looked up and saw onion, they stared at each other for a while.....then throws him out the window. He finished the bag of chips and saw a door that caught his eye. It was the gem door to go inside the temple, he then tries to figure out how to open it. He tried, lifting, pulling, pushing, and even politely knocked but nothing works. That's when the warp pad started glowing, and made him so startled he jumped and clinged on to the ceiling. It was pearl, she had that annoyed look on her face, and was holding some broad sword, "Honestly Amethyst, can you at least NOT take one of my swords without my permission." As she said as she opened the door with her gem, once in the door was slowly closing till comet quickly ran inside.

He was amazed of this room, full of water and fountains. "Oooh pretty." Comet thought, he then heard music and saw pearl doing a ballet dance. Then all the swords went up from the fountain underneath her, she cares fully put the sword back. Comet just stares then slowly tries to sneak away, til he tripped and fell in the water causing a loud splash. Pearl heard the splash and quickly turned to see what is was, but no one here. She then turn back again, not knowing that someone was swimming underneath her feet. Comet was interested on one of the swords and decides to take one with him, he thought inside while he was deciding which to take "Hmmmm, too heavy, way too light, too weird looking" til he saw the one he likes and thought "Oooh, this one is just right" (And yes he's Goldilocks). He then takes the katana blade underwater and swims deeper down to escape, but was caught falling on a water fall. He fell for while until it changes course, making him question the laws of physics in here, then went water sliding more. It was fun at first, til he starts to fall again.

Soaked and tired from water sliding he got up and saw right in front of him was a bunch of junk piles. He got up on his feet and started exploring. Walking around in amusement he heard something talking, he hid behind a hill and took a peak of who it is. "Now we may not have the weapon we have now, but we got some other stuff to look for one. Me and Garnet brought a lot of weapons at the war zone and it was awesome." Amethyst said, "As much as I want to try and poof you into dust for almost getting us killed, but I think this weapon is a bit to heavy for me to carry" Jasper replied as she was holding the most Biggest broad axe ever. "Yeah I know, I'm just surprised you can hold on to something so huge besides Garnet" Amethyst replied back, as they talked they keep walking and searching for weapons on the pile. Comet tried to sneak past them but accidentally stepped on something making loud noises again. Both amethyst and jasper turned there heads to see who it is, no one there. Amethyst just ignores it, while jasper on the other hand is being suspicious. Amethyst called out to her and just had to fall back, Comet was inside the broken fridge, he opens the fridge door and ran off to a long yet abstract hall way making him question the laws of physics again.

He then came into a room where the crystal heart is, he was amazed by it. Although he knows how gem technology works in here he knows NOT to do anything stupid, so he wanted to take a closer look. He jumped on one of the veins to look closer at what's inside, he was then interrupted by Bismuth and a group of gems behind her. They were talking about how the heart works in here and how it's connected to each room, while no ones looking he goes down a pole that leads deeper down the temple.

He then landed on his final destination, Garnets room. Garnet was walking around the area while Comet tries to lay low, that's when she said "I know you there.", making him sooo scared and startled he fell on the ground "waaaeeegh!" He screamed "How did you-.... oh right future vision duh🤦‍♂️". Garnet then said "I know your completely harmless, but that doesn't mean we won't keep an eye on you without causing trouble." Comet laughed at the joke, he said "Yeah yeah, you ain't the only smart one here. But hey, even when it's all peace,love, and all that kumbaya and junk can get a bit boring sometimes. Really pays to have something exciting for once." He gets back up on his feet "But hey since I'm here and all-" he begins to make this static energy around him and charges at Garnet. Garnet dodged his attack as he maniacally laughs in amusement, he was spazzing out here and there all across the room. Garnet quickly dodged all his attacks, and landed a hit on him making him fly across the room to the door.

The temple door quickly opened for him has he skidmarked on the floor on his back, he got up and was about to run away again but got blocked by someone he bumped into. All the quartz soldiers are blocking his escape and so was jasper. "I would say you really quick on your feet, but your not a quick thinker" Garnet as she smiled in accomplishment. All the gems including pearl and amethyst surround him to make sure he never escapes, "So you planned all of this before huh? Clever girl, always prepared. But even if you did trapped me you still couldn't touch me remember? One wrong move can make you go zap!" Comet explained, that's when he was poured by water up above making his spastic energy gone (I know that's not how water and electricity works but let's just go with it) drenched and wet he looked up and saw lapis lazuli "And that's why you should bring in back up." Lapis said. "DANG IT!" Comet complained as he raised his fists in anger.

"Face it twerp, you lost." Jasper teased, but he then changed his expression "Not yet I'm not" comet said, jasper then asked "And why's that, your powerless and your literally cornered right now." Comet slowly looked up to her and said "Well don't let your guard down just yet." Then something freaky happened. The lights are turning on and off, the TV started making loud frequencies, everyone is freaked out. The he spoke "you see running doesn't just make me go fast and make electricity, it also helps me stores the rest of my power in case of emergencies. So if you don't want to return to your gems.... I suggest you duck and cover."

Then everyone quickly break out to duck and cover, then the house was completely obliterated by the explosion he created. He laughed cause the adrenaline rush in the smoke and dusted off his chest, "Ahahahahahahha HAAAhaa, woooo what a rush! That's what I'm talking about!" He exclaimed in excitement, he turned around to see the gems barely injured. "Well that was a LOT of fun, I'll come back once you guys done finishing the house. Laters." Then ran off.

Somewhere far away, one familiar face heard the news of a loud explosion coming from Beach city at the temple.
