Rose and Shadow were taken to the squid base. The squid king laughed after seeing the two girls. "Take them to the cell with the other one. They will all be very useful." he ordered. The squid guards nodded and dragged the girls away. A different guard opened the cell and shoved Rose in. He then shoved Shadow in. The third girl backed away, growling. She had been taught by her brother not to trust squids. The guard rolled his eyes and shut the door. He then resumed looking at the opposite wall. Rose was the first of the two girls to wake up. She groaned and rolled over on her other side.

"My head hurts..." she complained. "Ty, I need food!"

"Ty...Ty...why is that name familiar?" the girl asked herself, before realizing she had spoken out loud, causing Rose to sit up. "Oops."

"Who are you?! Where am I?!" Rose asked the girl, before taking a look at her surroundings.

"Jeez! Calm down! My name is Jordyn. I'm the younger sister of Mitch." the girl answered. "And we're in the squid army's prison."

"The prison, you say?" Shadow said, sitting up as well. "Great. Seto is gonna be worried."

"Wait, you're Seto's sister?" Rose laughed. "Wow. Nice to meet you."

"You too." Shadow responded. The guard hit the bars.

"Hey! You three, shut up!" he shouted, before turning back around. Rose made a mimicking noise and caused Shadow to crack a smile. She knew that these two girls would become very good friends.

A/N I like writing on newer stories. I'm also writing this as tornadoes rage around us. I hate Oklahoma weather, and tornado season. If I could move, though, I wouldn't. I love the people, for sure. Eat chocolate, smell roses, and kill squids!
