Once the school day was over, Kasey waited for Katie at their meeting spot. She opened up on her phone and sighed as she looked through the media.

"Boo!" Katie shouted, jumping up from behind Kasey.

Kasey jumped and nearly dropped her phone.

"You took your time." She told her as she put her phone in her pocket.

"I was in the toilet." Katie lied before rummaging in her pockets and running back toward the school,"Shit! Meet you at home, I left my cat at school bye!"

"You.. left your.. excuse me?" Kasey was left dumbfounded as Katie ran off, "You hate cats.."

Kasey shrugged before getting an idea and running into the woods. Maxwell was wandering around the woods in his Werewolf form until he heard familiar footsteps. Once Kasey arrived in the woods, she placed her bag down on the ground and started to wander again.

"Hey, you're familiar." Maxwell stated, walking over to Kasey from over where he was.

Kasey turned around when she heard the male's voice from earlier.

"I was here earlier in the day. Remember?" Kasey told him with a small smile.

"Yeah, anyway... My pack... We currently don't have an Alpha..." Maxwell began,"I've examined all words beginning with 'al' and I believe that you're an Alpha."

"Uh.." Kasey didn't know what to say. She was in training to become an Alpha at the school but that was it, "Something like that, yeah." Kasey responded.

"Told you, Seymour!" Maxwell shouted back to the forest behind him.

"I mean, look at her!" Seymour said walking forward to meet Maxwell,"She's barely matured! She looks no older than 16!"

Seymour had snow white hair with matching wears and tail. He had darker reddish eyes. He was shorter than Maxwell but more more intimidating.

Kasey looked at the boy who's name was Seymour. She crossed her arms and sighed.

"Could you do any better yourself?" She asked him.

Kasey had only met these boys but she could tell that she was going to get along better with Maxwell than Seymour. Unless his attitude changed.

"Nope." Seymour admitted,"But you have no idea how an actual pack operates. People your age are still in training."

"Theres nothing wrong with being in training. It makes them a stronger Alpha!" Kasey told him, finally looking at his appearance.

"My point. You're not officially an Alpha. You're still developing. If you take up the role of Alpha now, other packs will see you and try and hunt us out!" Seymour stated, his temper was not his strongest element.

"I apologise for him! He gets nervous when he meets new people." Came a female voice.

"And when he gets nervous, he gets a bad temper!" Came an older female voice.

Kasey looked at the direction of the females. "Who are they?" Kasey asked Seymour and Maxwell as she turned back to them.

"Yumei and Andie." Seymour stated,"They like listening in and I'm not nervous!"

The two girls came into view. The one who went by Yumei was tall with greyish blue hair and dark red eyes, a light scar over her left eye. Meanwhile, Andie had brown hair, down to her back and light green eyes. She was shorter than Yumei and Maxwell but taller than Seymour.

Kasey waved to the girls. "Its nice to meet you girls. I'm Kasey." She introduced herself.

"Wow!" Yumei said, shocked to see Kasey,"I never thought I'd meet an outsider!"

"I'm not really an outsider." Kasey said, looking at Yumei, "Your hair is a nice colour!" Kasey told Yumei.

"Thanks, so is yours!" Yumei said, her tail wagging.

Kasey smiled. "So are all of you guys apart of a pack here?"

Maxwell nodded, along with Seymour.

"Yep!" Andie said walking over to Seymour,"There are others. Would you like to meet them?"

Kasey brought her phone out and looked at the time. She put it away and shrugged. "Sure, I got time."

"Great, so you're letting the little 'Alpha' into our territory even more? It's bad enough shes in our woods!" Seymour stated.

"Be shush Seymour!" Yumei said, covering his mouth,"Be nice! She's nice and you should respect her! Come on!"

Yumei took Kasey's hand and began walking with her deeper into the woods. Seymour rolled his eyes and followed after Kasey and Yumei. Andie and Maxwell following behind him.

"Thank you for being so accepting. I've never met others like me, minus the wolfs who go to my school." Kasey told Yumei as they travelled into the woods, Kasey admiring the trees and nature.

When they finally got to the pack's hideout, Seymour grabbed Kasey's head with one hand and moved it so she could see the others.

"Hey! Excu-" Kasey cut herself off when she saw the rest of the pack members.

Most of them were in their wolf form but others were in their human form. She watched as the younger wolfs played around and laughed, while the older wolfs were doing what needed to be done.

Kasey gave a small smile,"Your pack is wonderful.." She said.

"I know...Andie. You introduce her while I go on guard duty since someone,"Seymour pointed his fingers at Maxwell,"Decided to talk with this doofis.

Seymour then ran off through the woods towards the empty guard stations.

Maxwell sighed. "I better go aswell, I can't be bothered getting in trouble again." He said as he ran after Seymour.

Kasey looked at Yumei and Andie. "How many people is there exactly?" She asked.

"Hmm, probably around 16. Not including us 4." Andie explained.

"OoO~ Who's this?" A male wolf with light brown hair asked,"I'm Sandy!"

Kasey looked at the male who introduced himself as Sandy. "Its nice to meet you Sandy, I'm Kasey." She told him.

"Candice! Angelous! Get over here! There's a new wolf!" Sandy called over to two small wolf children.

The small female wolf Candice had light blue hair, cut into a bob and dark brown eyes while the taller wolf called Angelous had  long, jet black hair, like Maxwell's, as well as one yellow eye and one red eye.

Kasey looked at the two girls. "Hi girls, I love your hair!" Kasey said with a smile. She wondered if Candice's hair was dyed or was it natural...

"Thanks!" Candice said, with a very obvious lisp,"My hair looks like my Mama's and Angelous's hair looks like her brothers!"

Angelous nodded looking away, covering her face with her long black hair.

"Don't worry." Sandy reassured Kasey,"Angelous doesn't talk."

Kasey looked at Sandy, before glancing at Angelous, "Shes a mute?"

"Yeah, we don't know why but she's never talked." Sandy explained before beconing over a tall female wolf with light blue hair,"Jesse! This is Kasey! And we were discussing Angie."

Kasey waved at the new female wolf who had walked over to them.

"Hello.." Kasey was excited to meet new people but she had never met this many at one time.

"'Sup!" Jesse said, waving back,"Nice hair cut! Anyway, concerning Angie, she's been mute since she was a young pup."

Kasey nodded as a thank you for the compliment of her hair.

"Oh? Is there a reason why?" Kasey asked, being curious.

"I mean, she's not been through anything traumatic or anything because we keep the pups close and far away from the borders. Mothers and pups get evacuated first as well." Jesse stated, putting her hands in her jean pockets.

"That's a great way of running this place. I'm surprised you guys have done so much." Kasey told them as she looked at the sky.

"We smart!" Sandy announced, before saying quietly,"Sorry, that was a bit loud."

Suddenly Sandy was hit in the back of the head with a ball.

"Nice going Damien!" Came a loud male wolf's voice.

Kasey looked at Sandy before bending down and grabbing the ball. "Are you okay?" She asked him.

Sandy rubbed the back of his head,"Yo, I'm good! Now, I'm going to play."

Damien ran over before Sandy could start playing,"Bro I'm sorry!"

The loud wolf the called out Damien walked over to Kasey and said,"I'm Sebastian and that dork is my brother.

Damien and Sebastian were the same height, they had the same ginger hair, the same green eyes. The only difference between them was that Sebastian had claw scratches on his face and arms.

Kasey nodded, "Nice to meet you both."

Kasey handed Sebastian the ball back before saying, "You guys really need to be careful, it would be bad for an accident to happen."

She knew that wolfs liked to play rough, but getting hurt by a ball bloody hurts. Kasey checked her phone, seeing that it was getting later she put it away and looked at the remaining people.

"I would love to spend more time here, but my dad will probably be wondering where I am." Kasey stated.

"Ah, I understand. Jacob, Ross and Parker are very protective of the pack but we've convinced them to go hunting today!" Jesse rambled,"Bye Kasey!"

Both of the young girls said goodbye and wandered off.

"Bye!" Kasey turned back to Andie and Yumei, "Can you point me in the direction we came? I'm a forgetful person."

Andie walked over and pointed north,"Keep going that way and you'll find the road to your house."

Kasey nodded. "Once again, thank you for showing me around!" She said before she made her way back home.

Meanwhile

The time was now 4:30 and Katie was dressed in all black, waiting for her prey to appear in the alley. Lacey always hated going through this alley, it gave her the creeps but it was the fastest way home. She continued walking, looking towards the ground.

"Surprise!" Katie yelled, jumping out and hitting Lacey in the back of the head with a metal pipe that was lying around.

Lacey fell to the ground immediately after Katie hit her. From the impact of her hitting the ground, her nose started to bleed.

"You ain't dead yet? Hm..." Katie thought for a moment,"Aha, plan!"

Katie snapped her fingers and poofed the both of them to an abandoned warehouse. Where Noah was tied up already, but Lacey was still knocked out.

"Now... Time to wait..." Katie whispered as she picked up Lacey and tied up to the other chair.

As time passed, Noah started to wake up. When he fully opened his eyes, all he could see was Lacey tied up. He tried to go help her but soon realised that he was tied as well.

"Glad to see that you're awake!" Katie said skipping over to Noah.

Noah attempted to talk but there was a gag in his mouth so all that was heard was inaudible.

"Oops! Sorry about that!" Katie apologized, removing the gag,"You can talk now!"

Noah coughed before looking at Katie. "Kate.. Katie? What the hell is going on?!" He asked, slightly angry.

Katie looked at him sympathetically,"Please don't yell me sweetheart. It really isn't hard to see but the true demon, it is she!"

Katie pulled out her dagger and used it to point to Lacey.

Noah's eyes widened as he saw the dagger. "Katie, leave her alone. She's done nothing." Noah pleaded.

Katie walked over to Lacey and cut off the gag that was covering her mouth,"Come on... It's SO obvious that she likes you!"

Lacey stayed still as the gag fell to the ground.

Noah shook his head. "Even if she does, that doesn't mean you have to act like this!"

"She's a temptress! All she wants is your soul and she'll leave you with nothing!" Katie yelled, gripping the dagger tight.

The sudden noise caused Lacey to sit up, open her eyes and yell,"Babe?! What's happening?!"

'Babe?' Katie thought to herself. Although this only made her worse, her eyes darkened as she looked at Noah, smirking. "I'll.. Save.. You."

Katie began skipping around the warehouse, occasionally returning to Lacey and pressing the dagger lightly against her neck.

"A yandere, huh?" Noah thought as he watched Katie, realising how much she truly meant to him.

Lacey looked at Katie with pleading eyes. "You're a freak! Let me go!"

Lacey lifted her head up so the dagger wouldn't cut her.

"Is that so? You could always be in a room with my Dad." Katie threatened,"If she knew about the threats, she'd be pissed. You don't want to see her mad!"

"Your dad would do nothing to me. He doesn't know who me or my family are! Or what we can do to your idiotic family." Lacey threatned Katie back, she didn't want to show her fear.

Noah let out a few laughs before saying,"Her Dad is a woman Lacey! And... She's very scary."

"See... You're boyfriend thinks she's intimidating." Katie teased as she walked over to Noah and untied him.

Noah was confused on how she was just letting him go but he never protested.

"You're just jealous you can't have him. He's WAY out of your league." Lacey told her.

"Hey Noah, remember that time in primary 1? The time when you said that we'd get married when we both got older?"

Noah glanced at Lacey before nodding slowly. "Yeah.. But we were kids, Katie. It didn't mean anything..."

"Well, I'd never heard those words before, you made me long for something more but then she tried to steal your love!" Katie yelled, about to go after Lacey but Noah held her back.

"Don't hurt her! Please!" Noah pleaded.

"What's with that look?" Katie asked, turning around and noticing Noah's fearful face,"Do you really think I'm out of line tonight?"

"No... But La-" Noah began before Katie pushed him down.

"Stop calling her name!" Katie demanded,"If you play my game, she may just make it out alive."

Lacey growled when Katie pushed her love down. "Get away from him!"

Katie glared at Lacey before pulling Noah back onto his feet,"I... Love... You..."

"I know bu-" Noah responded before Katie cut it.

"I'm not asking much! Just give me your heart! And put no one else above me. Go on, say you love me!" Katie yelled, twirling the knife between her two fingers.

Noah looked towards the ground. "I.. Can't.."

Lacey just smirked, knowing she had Noah wrapped around her finger.

Katie grabbed Noah's hand,"Take my hand in yours and tell me that I'll always be the one! Without you my life means nothing! So just say you love me!"

Katie paused before walking behind Lacey,"Oh, and if you lie... This poor girl will have to die!~"

Katie slashed her dagger, cutting off Lacey's long black and purple hair.

Lacey screamed when Katie cut her hair. "How dare you!" She yelled.

"Katie, stop this!" Noah pleaded, he knew he couldn't stop Katie from being like this.

"I'm sorry that I lost my cool..." Katie apologized before taking out her phone,"I've been very busy! I had to figure out where she walked home from and guess what you're saved as on his phone Lacey! Here's a hint! It's not babe!"

Lacey looked at Noah and Katie. "Wh.. What am I saved as?" She asked.

Katie giggled as she whispered to Lacey,"You're saved as 304. Do you know what that means?"

Lacey shook her head slowly. "No?"

"Well," Katie opened up the calculator on her phone, typed in 304 and held it upside down,"What does it spell Lacey?"

Lacey looked at the phone before looking away. "..."

She stayed silent.

"I knew you were savage Noah but saving your girlfriend as 'Hoe' in your phone is a whole other level!" Katie laughed, patting Lacey's head as she walked to stand beside her.

Noah looked up. "It was a dare from David!" He told them both.

Lacey still stayed quiet.

"You could have done it and then changed it back when he was gone." Katie suggested, holding Lacey's chin,"Look at her sad little face."

Lacey looked at Katie with a deathly glare.

"Get off of me." She said through gritted teeth.

"What's the attitude for?" Katie asked,"Do you really think I'm taking this too far?"

"Do you want me to be honest?" Lacey replied.

"Of course. Wouldn't want any liars... If anyone was a liar... They'd have to die!" Katie replied, throwing her knife in the air and catching it.

Lacey flinched before yelling, "Alright. YES! You're taking this too far! First you kidnap Noah and I, then you cut off my hair and now you're trying to split us apart!"

Katie held knife up to Lacey's throat,"Shhh. Be quiet for a while."

Katie turned to look at Noah,"All you need to do, is swear that you'll be true and I will let her go right now."

Lacey looked at Noah with pleading eyes.

Noah was silent for a minute, thinking about what to say. "Fine. Just, let her go. Please... Don't hurt her..."

"Oh my goodness! I'm so happy to hear you say that!" Katie said joyfully, her eyes returning to their normal brown,"Let's get together, tonight!"

Noah shook his head and looked at Katie. "What?"

"Well... Go on a date. You do love me, right? You weren't lying, right?" Katie asked, slowly stepping towards Noah.

"Yeah.. But her and I.. are.." Noah couldn't finish his sentence. He watched as Katie got closer.

"Are what?" Katie questioned, now standing right in front of Noah, looking up at him.

Noah bit his lip, looking at Lacey, "My father has arranged for us.. To marry.."

Katie walked over to Lacey laughing as she plunged the dagger into her chest and twisting it to the right. Lacey leaned forward as she was stabbed, blood pouring from her mouth.

Noah yelled at Katie as stabbed Lacey, "You're a monster!"

He watched as Laceys body fell to the ground, the blood pouring from her chest.

"No... Not just me... My family is made up of monsters..." Katie admitted,"I may act sane but all of the childhood trauma really does affect the mind."

Noah started shaking in fear. "You're all like this?" He asked, wanting to know how it seems a normal family can murder someone as if they were nothing.

"Not the murder part. Just the monster." Katie clarified, beginning to explain,"My oldest sister... She's a Pure Blood and had the most control, the twins... Half Blood and Pure Blood, quite a lot of control, Kasey... She's a Pure Blood, soon to be Alpha and she has gained some control. I... Don't know what I am but I have very little control and my Dad... She's a mess..."

Noah felt bad about what Katie had told him. He slowly walked towards her with his hands out forward.

"Look... I'm sorry about what I said. I was scared." Noah admitted as he held Katie's hand.

"That's normal... Humans are naturally scared of the unknown." Katie stated, holding Noah's hand tightly.

Noah hesitated before nodding.

"I.. I think we should both get home. I won't tell anyone about.." Noah glanced at Lacey on the ground.

Katie quickly kissed Noah on the lips before teleporting herself back home. When she was there, she began to clean the dagger as Erin walked in! Erin saw Katie covered in blood and washing her dagger but did nothing. She simply smiled and walked out of the room. From Katie's bedroom that she shared, Kasey was laying on the floor on her phone. Texting Andie as she waited for Katie to get home.

"Hey Kasey... I'm starting to get worried. Maxwell and Seymour haven't came back. Everyone's on edge." Andie texted her.

'They're still out on guard duty?' Kasey answered her back.

"They're supposed to. Can you come to the woods and help us look for them?" Andie replied.

'I'd have to check with my dad, but I'm sure she'd let me. I'll see you soon.' Kasey replied before turning off her phone, putting it in her back pocket and getting up to find Erin.

"Dad!?" She yelled, throughout the halls.

"Yeah son? Do you need to go meet your new friends?" Erin asked, walking over to Kasey,"I'm so proud of you, making new friends!"

Kasey chuckled, "Thanks dad." She then began explaining,"But yeah, the guys haven't came back from guard duty and Andie has asked me to help find them."

"Here, take this." Erin told her, handing Kasey a bow,"I found this in the attic!"

Kasey took the bow, inspecting it. Her fingers tracing the carvings, before holding it by the grip, "Just why do we have this?" Kasey asked.

Erin just shrugged her shoulders,"Not a clue. Anyway, good luck looking for your friends!"

"Thanks! When Katie comes back, tell her that I'm sleeping in the attic." Kasey told Erin before running out of the house.

She put her jumper hood up. Running to the woods with the bow on her back and the quiver with arrows at her side.

"You came!" Andie said, waving to Kasey.

Kasey panted as she arrived, she always hated running, "Yeah.. I told you I would."

"Come on, we've been smelling smoke for a while so we evacuated all the mothers and pups." Jesse said, walking over to Kasey,"Sandy and the other males are in there looking."

Kasey nodded before asking, "Where abouts is the smoke smell coming from? That would direct us in the way they could be."

"Follow us!" Jesse stated, running into the forest with Kasey and Andie.

Kasey and Andie followed Jesse, but Kasey looked in the air as they ran, trying to see if she could see smoke or flames.

"Uh... Hello? I'm a bit lost here!" Called out the familiar voice of Sandy,"There's a fire!"

Andie and Jesse ran over to Sandy with Kasey following.

"How big?" Kasey asked Sandy as she arrived.

Sandy had soot all over his face and clothes, he was also breathing very heavily,"Very big!"

"Shit.." Andie whispered before asking,"Have you guys found Maxwell or Seymour?"

Kasey kept her eyes fixed on the sky above her. Jesse glanced at her, wondering why she was so interested in the sky but shrugged it off.

"We've found them alright! They're trapped by the flames! Come on!" Sandy explained, leading them to the sight of a massive forest fire!

"What the hell started this?!" Jesse asked as they came into view of the forest fire.

Kasey watched as the flames danced around, spreading onto other trees.

"I can smell fuel.. Has anyone had fuel near here?" She asked them.

"None of our pack members have left the woods... Maybe Seymour was right and another pack knew you were going to be in charge.. " Sandy explained,"I'm going to fetch water, you guys try and find a way to get Seymour and Maxwell away from the flames."

"Are there any other packs near here?" Kasey asked as she placed her bow and quiver on the grass, making sure it was away from the flames.

"Yeah... The only one is the Black Tree pack... Rivals to us, the White Tree pack." Sandy stated before going to get water to put out the flames.

"Scout the perimeter, we need to see if we can see Maxwell and Seymour." Kasey told Jesse and Andie as she ran off, grabbing her bow and quiver again.

"Aye Aye, Alpha!" Jesse saluted Kasey as her and Andie ran in the other direction.

Kasey smiled slightly at her title as she ran around the fire, looking for a way in or the boys.

"Guys?! Can you hear me?!" She yelled.

"Yeah? Is that you Kasey?" Asked the voice of Maxwell,"I need help! Seymour isn't doing well!"

"Yeah, it's me! I'm going to do something but I need you both to duck down!" Kasey told Maxwell as she took her bow off of her bag and got an arrow out of her quiver.

"Alright?" Maxwell replied, ducking down from behind the flames.

Kasey closed one eye and raised her bow to eye level. She aimed it and let go of the string. The arrow flew though the flames.

"Did that go through?" Kasey asked lowering her bow.

"Yeah! What are you trying to do?" Maxwell questioned, confused at why Kasey was shooting at him.

"Finding a weak spot." Kasey said simply, "I'll be back in a second!" Kasey flung her bow down so she would remember the spot and ran to find the rest. "Jesse! Andie! Sandy!"

Sandy ran over with two buckets of water,"Did you find them?"

"Yeah, did you?" Asked Andie.

Kasey nodded before telling them, "Theres a weak spot in the fire. If we go now, we might be able to get them out."

All four of them ran to where Kasey found a weak spot and Sandy poured the buckets over the flames, leaving a spot for the others to get through.

Kasey and Andie ran through the opening while Jesse and Sandy stayed behind the fire incase it started to spread again.

"We're here, I brought help." Kasey told Maxwell.

"Thank God! I don't know if Seymour will survive any longer!" Maxwell stated.

Maxwell was kneeling on the ground, holding an unconscious Seymour who was still coughing.

"We'll grab him, go!" Kasey told him as she noticed the fire started to spread again,"Andie, help me."

Kasey then bent down and holsted Seymour up. Andie put Seymour's left side over her shoulder and Kasey did the side with his right side. Meanwhile, Maxwell ran out of flames and tried to help Sandy and Jesse put out the fire. Kasey and Andie helped Seymour out of the ring of fire.

"Take him to the medic, take the rest of you guys away from the fire. I've got a plan." Kasey told Andie and the others as she handed him  to Andie before running off deeper into the forest.

"What medic? He is th-" Andie began before realizing Kasey had already gone,"Oh, nevermind!"

Andie them proceeded to give Seymour CPR.

Kasey ran behind a tree and took a deep breath. "How am I going to stop this fire?"  She asked herself before getting an idea, "Yo, Apocalypse!"

"What do you want?" Apocalypse asked, "I'm trying to watch the forest burn."

"This forest also happens to be a danger to this pack and the people who live near it. Help me out by giving me like.. Water powers or something?" Kasey asked.

Apocalypse laughed before saying,"You're a funny one but I'll try!"

"Thank you!" Kasey relaxed, letting Apocalypse take control.

As Apocalypse took over, she crossed her arms and tried to summon water but only got chunks of ice.

"I said I'd try but that's all I got!" Apocalypse stated.

"Fuck. Any idea what we can do?" Kasey asked, looking around.

"Melt the ice to make water? I don't know!" Apocalypse suggested.

"I don't know Chemistry!" Kasey yelled.

"Its Physics!" Apocalypse told her.

Kasey ran up to the ice and put it in the buckets that was left by Sandy. "Okay, I'm going to shout over the others. Get out of me." Kasey   realised that it sounded wrong, "You know what I mean!"

"Whatever you say, Kase!" Apocalypse said, laughing her butt off as she handed control back to Kasey.

"Yo guys! I got a solution!" Kasey yelled as she ran with the buckets.

"And what would that be?" Sandy asked, running over to Kasey.

"Ice." Kasey held the buckets up, "We can melt them by the heat of the fire!"

"Love it!" Sandy yelled grabbing the ice and chucking it over the flames.

The ice started to melt the flames and Kasey smiled. Placing the buckets down so the others could take the ice and do the same. Kasey bent down and grabbed the ice before throwing it at the flames.

"It's working!" Maxwell yelled, noticing the flames growing smaller and smaller until they could stomp out the remaining flames.

Kasey smiled as the fire finally disappeared. "Great job, guys!" Kasey said. "Is Seymour okay?"

"I'm absolutely fine." Seymour stated, attempting to stand up but falling back down,"Ok, maybe I'm not that fine."

Andie ran over to Seymour and helped him up. "You need your rest."

"But I don't wanna!" Seymour protested,"You can't make me!"

"You're right. I can't. But she can." Andie pointed to Kasey.

"Don't bring me into this!" Kasey raised her hands in the air.

"You're technically Alpha." Jesse told her,"You're the only wolf in the pack who can force him to do something."

"I don't want to force anyone to do anything. But in my opinion, I do think you should rest. It's the best option." Kasey told Seymour.

"Fine... I'm only doing this because you're the Alpha." Seymour stated, as Andie took him to the outskirts of the forest to rest.

"Is everyone else okay?" Kasey asked, "Including the evacuees?"

"Definitely!" Jesse stated,"Now you should get going!"
