H COMPANY
Lucy fixed her black pleated skirt as she got off her yellow lamborghini and entered the giant glass doors of the company. The workers greeted her as she made her way to the top floor, to her father's office.
Mr. Heartfilia now sat on his office chair as he and the two other men waited for the blonde. The telephone on his left rang. It was his secretary, informing him that his daughter had arrived and was on her way to the office.
As if on cue, a blonde woman did enter.
Heading directly towards her father's desk, she did not notice the two other presence as she walked passed them. Usually, when her father called for her, he was always on break. So she thought there was only the two of them, minus the two young men who watched her as she greeted her father with a hug and a bright smile on her face.
As Natsu looked, he battled internally with himself: how was he going to tell her about the Mafia?.. Nothing remains a secret forever.
"Hello daddy! Miss me already?," she said cheerfully.
"My little angel, how was work?," Jude answered, giving her a loving smile in return.
"The same as always, dad. So, why call me here so urgently? Is something wrong?," she asked.
"Well, I have a very serious matter to discuss with you. It concerns your future, Lucy."
She could tell he was serious, but his eyes were gentle all the while.
"My future? We're not talking about marriage now are we?," she giggled.
Lucy knew her father always turned down marriage proposals concerning her. So whatever this discussion was, it wouldn't be about marriage, right?
Noticing that her father didn't laugh at her joke, she felt a wave of nervousness wash down on her.
Did her father finally approve into marrying her off to someone? If he did, then who?
Wait, her father wouldn't do this, right?
"I believe you two have already met," Jude said as he faced the person sitting on the couch, urging her to follow his gaze. And she did.
Instantly, her eyes widened upon seeing the face of the very familiar man.
Natsu.
The one who proposed to her.
The one she fell inlove with. And now, he did what any of her other suitors had done, asked her hand in marriage through her father.
"This is Natsu. But I suppose you already know that? And this is Zeref, his older brother. Lucy dear, you are to marry him," he said, pointing his hand to the salmon-pink haired.
Before any more word came out from her father, Lucy's eyes started to water.
Then she hurriedly stomped towards the door.
She could hear her father telling her to stop but her body refused to listen. From her peripheral vision, she noticed Natsu get up and follow her from behind. She abruptly turned around to face him.
Her face flooded with tears now.
"How could you do this?! I...I hate you!," she shouted and swang the door open then left.
Natsu cursed and ran after her.
Did she really hate him that much?
With Natsu and Lucy gone, only two men were left. Both of them stared at the glass door.
"Well...at least she didn't say 'No'," Zeref hummed as he looked at Jude with a smiling face.
Jude answered this with a facepalm.
JUST OUTSIDE H COMPANY
Lucy had gotten in her car and drove away, leaving Natsu cursing at the company's entrance.
A black car stopped in front of him, Gray came out of the driver's seat.
"Want us to stop her?," he asked.
Natsu stared at the lamborghini that was already at a good distance.
"No. Just follow her," he said as he slid into the front seat and they drove away.
"What about Zeref?," Gajeel asked, he was king of the backseat without Loki around.
"Don't worry 'bout it. Laxus is waiting for him," Gray answered.

SAFE HAVEN BAR
They followed Lucy's car and it led them to this drinking bar called 'Safe Haven'. They waited for her to come out. Natsu wanted to give her some space. Her telling him 'I hate you' was like a stake to his heart.
They had been waiting for almost half a day for her to come out. It was already 7 in the evening. Gajeel even ordered a take out from MacDonaldo to fill their empty stomach, to which Natsu did not take a bite of.
He was not in the mood to eat anything.
Finally, Lucy's figure came into view as she left the bar.
And hell, she was drunk. Very drunk. She didn't even remember she brought her car with her and started walking home already.
Might I remind you, their estate was a good 20 minutes drive from where she was at. That was certainly not a distance that a woman with a model's body should be walking on at night. Especially when that woman happened to be wobbly from drinking.
"Shit! Gray, step on it. Get someone to drive her car home. This girl is killing me!" Natsu spoke with his brows creasing.
Did I mention he was an impatient person? I did. He waited for half a day for Lucy to cool off and yes, he expected she would come out drunk. But not this drunk. His patience was very stretched already.
.
.
Lucy was walking in a zigzag manner.
She didn't really know exactly where she was headed. But maybe home was that way.
So she continued to wobble walk and wobble walk again. People were passing her and cars were sounding so loud that she felt nauseated.
Until suddenly, she was pulled into a dark space between two separate buildings.
She had a feeling she was in trouble. But she was too drunk to think clearly on how to get away.
There were two disgusting men who laughed and chuckled as they surrounded her. Eyeing her like prey.
She could hear mixed voices as she felt her arms being touched.
"No...," Lucy mumbled. Begged, would be the correct word. But she only heard chuckles in return.
A man had grabbed her hands and gripped them tightly at her back, she winced in pain. The other started caressing her shoulders. She could feel herself being violated, a tear ran down her face.
She tried to fight them but she was too weak.
What were they going to do? What was going to happen to her? Who was going to save her? Where was he? Wait, he? Who was she thinking of?
Like an answer to her prayers, a gunshot echoed through the dark alley. She heard the man on her right scream in pain as he dropped on the ground. The one gripping her instantly let her go.
Without thinking, she immediately ran to the person who pulled the trigger.
Smacking her body into him. Hugging him and sobbing. She didn't need to see who it was.
With just his scent, she knew he was Natsu.
"Who the fuck do you think you are?!!," the man on the ground shouted as he looked at Natsu, holding his arm where he got shot.
"Do you?" Natsu's voice sounded dark.
His face wasn't so calm anymore, and his eyes...were different. His gun that was pointed on the man at the ground moved to the one who was standing and shaking like crazy. Trying to act tough, the man shakily reached for his knife.
"Do not test me," Natsu spoke again, causing the man to freeze.
"Just scram, man. Get atta'here," Gajeel now joined the scene. In a split second, the man ran for his dear life. Leaving his wounded 'partner in crime'.
"Hey!!! Come back here! You stupid pussy!! Fuck you!! Shit!," the man on the ground cursed.
Natsu put away the pistol as he picked Lucy up. She was still crying.
He turned to Gajeel before heading back to the car waiting for them at the entrance of the alley.
"Break his neck," he said simply. Gajeel nodded.
As Natsu got into the backseat, a scream and a sound of bone breaking echoed through the dark space. But noone in this busy city seemed to notice. After a short while, Gajeel joined them in the car and slammed the door close. The engine started and Gray drove back to Dragneel compound.
.
.
The ride was silent, until Lucy moved.
She fell asleep a few minutes ago, and now she was awake. But still not sober.
She shifted her body, slowly sittig on Natsu's lap with her legs trapping him. Her face a few inches away from his. Natsu stiffened, but placed his hands on her hips so she woulnd't fall off.
Damn did she have any idea how this had a huge effect on him?
"Natsu...," she spoke sluggishly.
"Lucy."
"...I...don't hate..you..."
He smirked. Did she have to be this drunk in order to be honest with him?
"Oh? You don't?" he said, still wearing his smirk.
His grip on her hips tightened as he felt himself getting hard. How was she doing that? She was even drunk, what more if she wasn't?
Lucy nodded at his question. Her arms found their way to his neck, her lips brushed his left cheek as she whispered in his ear,
"I want you."
Natsu's hands twitched.
He felt himself getting harder. She probably did too since she was sitting on him. On his...well, you know.
"I want you more," he replied, whispering into her ear roughly. His voice sounded desperate.
He started kissing her neck...
And then he noticed her body felt lifeless again. She was asleep.
Already asleep. Of all the time to be sleeping, it had to be that crucial moment.
Natsu sighed in frustration. He didn't realize he was holding his breath for a while. Luckily nobody had any idea what just happened. Gajeel was snoring at the front and Gray was on his earphones, listening to music.
Shit.
This girl was totally a murderer. She was going to be the death of him.
