it was a cold start to the morning as leaves where falling off the trees and the engines had just had there new railway symbol put on them

the symbol it was put on the engines as to help show what the railway was and to help Fairy Tail   out to get more people to go that not all the symbol was posh and big it was on the engines boilers and for the tender engines there boilers and tenders as it was the Fairy Tail Symbol they even had a flag on there shed now with it

Kieron was in the works shed he had just had his safety valve fixed he was still haveing a hard time making up steam as he sighed

Angelise soon walk over from her car " Kieron how you feel"

Kieron sighed " like im ready for the scrap yard"

Angelise pat his side tank" hey dont say that you works so hard look i cant have you taking the express with how bad your condition your in so i want you to go work in the Shunting yard help shunt trucks it do you good shadow back and he help out here Blake meet you at the shunting yards" she say

Kieron nods sadly" yes mam" he say as he puffed out as he puffed off he make a squeak, rattle and roll sound as he puffed off ( aka the sound he makes are like what gordon makes int he episode Squeak, Rattle and Rol the episode is in the top if you want to see it)

Angelise felt sorry thow she did have a friend on the Josephine Railway and she went to her office to make a fews calls

mean time Kieron puffed off down the track he could not go fast as he puffed slowly as he puff he see Lily taking a small gods train to the docks with Ruby the 2 look look at Kieron feeling sad

Lily spoke as she rushed by" get well soon Kieron" she yelled

" and try and smile and nto stay sad" ruby yelled back as well as she and Lily rushed off with there train

Kieron tried to smile as he puff past them and on to the tack that led to the yard but as he pass Valt Station he Adam with the Express and jonson with the Branch line Passenger train as the 2 then see puffing off

Kieron sighed as he ented the yard and saw Lisanna he went over and stop" morning Lisanna " he say smiling

Kieron nods and Lisanna smiled as she got in his cab and the 2 puff off start to shunt trucks in to sideing and got trains ready as they got coal trucks for Winston so he could take them to the docks, Flat beds of wood and bricks for Shadow to take to the Buliding sight if there new sheds, vans of Frute and Veg for Colin to take to market and empty flat beds for Lily   to take to the Logging Mill

sins Kieron could not go to fast he took his time and had all the trains ready by Lunch and Lisanna was proude of him but as they went to rest in a siding Lisanna spoke " kieron i hared you been feeling down of Late " she say

Kieron sighed " yea i have when i was at Barrow one aka the day you where ill last Month i met Engine called Croghan" he say as he start to have a flash back

Croghan is a prototype mainline gas turbine 4-6-0 locomotive known as the GT3 (Gas Turbine 3), built by the company English Electric at their Vulcan Foundry in Newton-le-Willows during 1961, in order to to investigate the use of its gas turbines in rail traction applications, painted in a chocolate brown colour scheme.

He was designed by English Electric engineer J.O.P. Hughes in a project that started in the early 1950s. Externally, he resembled a steam tender locomotive, but, in Croghan's case, the tender carries kerosene fuel. The designer stated the use of a traditional chassis arrangement and mechanical transmission was to avoid complicating the prototype with (at the time of its conception) relatively untried technologies with regard to bogie assemblies and electrical transmission. Sadly, despite returning favourable performances on longer runs requiring sustained power outputs, the prototype nature of Croghan would require further investigation and development into a configuration which would have matched the convenience of the new double ended diesel electric locomotives then being built. Neither English Electric or British Railways were prepared to fund this work as at the same time both were already heavily committed to the diesel electric concept, with English Electric in particular fully engaged in manufacturing diesel-electric locomotives of many types Upon completion of the test runs, Croghanwas returned to English Electric at Vulcan Foundry at the end of 1962 and stored.

Croghan has a deep hatred for any steam locomotives that he sees as inferior to him, because he has a superiority complex. He claims to be the revolution of all rail transportation, even though he's the ONLY version of his kind of locomotive to exist. He would take any chance to derail anyone's opportunity, or even delay them in any possible manner, and he will make sure to make himself the icon of railway machinery.

Kieron was at Barrow he was very late thanks to Croghan who had slowed him down with a goods train and Kieron was not happy" oi big guys was the big idear you knew i was coming "

Croghan rolled his eyes " you steam engins always Blaming others for your Problems you should all be scrapt"

Kieron look angry "hey your the one at falt you slowed me down now i may be a old tank engine but i can still get my express"

Croghan cut him off " you pulling a Express you should be scrapt old timer your nothing but scrap and junk why your boss keeps you i do not know you should be sent on to a track or better throw your self off a bridge in to water as your nothing you should not pull any thing you are uselss just like all steam engins are your slow and old and should be scrapt just like your brothers of your class that where"

this start to make Kieron sad " hey i trying"

Croghan cut him off again" i dont cear do or do not there is no try now " he back up bumping hardly in to Kieron front damaging it " back off and go back to a scrap yard " Croghan said as he puffed off

Kieron felt like he want to cry as he puff off out of the yard and to barrow Stasion and when he got there he saw Gordon and Braedey at the plat form he said nothing as he drop off his passengers

Gordon look" what is wong Little Kieron" he ask

Kieron said nothing

Braedey spoke " Kieron" he ask as the 2 engins saw a tear

Kieron said nothing still as the guard blew his Whisle and Kieron rocket out the stasion

gordon look worried " what happen to him he look sad" he say

Braedey look" i do not know" he say

Croghan thow he was in the yard and saw this he smirk as he went back in to the shadows where no one saw him

Lisanna look and hug Kieron buffer " hey that not true you work hard god you went threw World war 2 and had to fight all the way up to Germany you also was here and the start ot beacon academy being made and the railway you should not let what he said put you down" she say

Kieron smile a little " thank Lisanna "

then the Station master is seen running over to them and spoke " you 2 we need your help"

Kieron look" what wong" he ask

the Station master pants " Adam broken down he in barrow there no one left ot bring his express back here and to the docks for the people to catch there ship please Kieron you have to help"

Lisanna look" kieron cant he already in a "

Lisanna smiled and got in " let roll" she say

Kieron smiled and wheal turn by wheal turn he puffed out the yard making a squeak, rattle and roll sound as he puffed off

Lisanna look " your a real brave and strong engine you know that" she say

Kieron nod as he puff down the track picking up speed " I know" he say as he puff down the track heading for the main line and after a few minits he got to barrow

Adam sighed smoke came from his cylinders as he had pop a cylinder and he saw kieorn" Kieron" he ask shocked

Kieron back down and coupled up " yea it me" he say as Blake got out

Lisanna went to Adam and coupled him up" we here to help you out " she say

Kieron smiled " now let get moveing" he say as Lisanna got in the cab and Kieron tried to move but his wheals span around and around as he did not move

Adam look" come on Kieron you can do it" he say as he and the Passengers watch and chear

Kieron face went as red as a singal as soon one wheal turn by another the train start to move and puffed off down the line " i can do it i can do it " kieron said to him self

Blake look " we have ot make up for lost time the boat be leaveing soon"

Kieron nod as he struggled to get up to speed and he was making a lot of bad sounds pop, wheezing , bang, squeak, rattle and roll sounds as they got louder at the faster he went as if this was his last run he was going to make it his best

Blake was worried " i dont like the sound of them sounds"

Kieron wheezed as he spoke " i dont cear we keep going we got to do it no we have to do it " he say as he puffed harder

Adam cheard " you can do it Little buddy"

Kieron puffed harder past stasions and the forest as the docks soon came in to vew and as they puff in they see Ten Cents, Sunshine and OJ

Ten Cents is one of the younger and braver Star Tugs. He has a tendency to be somewhat cheeky at times, but is strong-willed, and it takes a lot to break him. He is quick-witted and takes action swiftly without hesitation. He never lets other tugs bully him, never fails to stand up for others, and is always willing to set aside his own safety for the sake of others. He has a bit of a short temper, but he is also smart enough to listen to the advice of the older, more experienced tugs. He also shows a great deal of respect and kindness to others around him, by tooting his whistle all the time and greeting other tugs such as Boomer, or even the likes of the Z-Stacks.

Ten Cents usually works with Sunshine, the Star Fleet's second and smallest switcher. They have shared many adventures, almost to the extent that it is impossible to imagine one without the other. Ever since Sunshine joined the fleet, he and Ten Cents have been the best of friends. Hercules often relies on Ten Cents to look after others such as Lillie or the Duchess.

Unlike the other tugs of Bigg City Port, Ten Cents' whistle was modeled to resemble a face complete with a red flat-cap like Sunshine's; its tone is strident but middle-pitched and Ten Cents almost always sounds it in quick double or triple bursts. The audience's attention was focused on this whistle in the episode "Jinxed" when it seemed that any sounding of it by Ten Cents would prompt some unfortunate event for the hapless tug, Boomer.

Ten Cents is painted in the Star Fleet's corporate livery. This consists of a black hull, a yellow superstructure, white mast, and an American flag-styled red, white, and blue funnel. His name is painted on the sides of his bow in white and he has the number "1" on his funnel. He wears a blue cap.

Sunshine is Captain Star's 7th and youngest tug, a small switcher who is used for a wide variety of tasks around Bigg City Port. He has many capabilities that range from the towing of barges to liner docking operations. In his first assignment from the Star Fleet, he was pushed by Zorran who caused the situation to be a disaster. Like the rest of the Star Fleet, Sunshine is based on the tugs of San Francisco waters from the 1920s.

Sunshine can be occasionally cheeky at times, but he is very strong willed nevertheless. He is quick-witted and takes action swiftly without hesitation. He is generally level-headed and cheerful, and takes on most jobs with little complaining. He also appears to have a slight crush on Sally Seaplane.

Sunshine also can figure things out very quickly, as in "Jinxed" where he points out that each of jinxed tug Boomer's unfortunate mishaps occurs right after Ten Cents sounds his steam hooter, suggesting a cause-and-effect relationship. He's also more open-minded about unusual phenomena (such as ghosts) than Ten Cents is. On the subject of whistles, Sunshine's is middle-to-high pitched and has a distinct whooping sound which could best be described as upbeat, suiting his personality and name. Sunshine also has the second highest pitched whistle of the Star Tugs, with the first highest going to Grampus.

Sunshine usually works with Ten Cents, the Star Fleet's first and larger switcher. They have shared many adventures, almost to the extent that it is impossible to imagine one without the other, and they are both the best of friends.

Sunshine speaks with a rather soft Newcastle (or Geordie) accent and whistles most of the time when he says a word with s on it, because he is missing some of his front teeth.

Sunshine is painted in the Star Fleet's corporate livery. This consists of a black hull, a yellow superstructure, white mast, and an American flag-styled red, white, and blue funnel. His name is painted on the sides of his bow in white and he has the number "7" on his funnel. He was originally painted in the Salvage Fleet's white livery. He wears a red cap.

O.J. (an abbreviation of Old Jones) is Captain Star's third and oldest tug. He is indeed capable of a variety of tasks, but is sometimes restricted by his age and mechanical condition. He speaks with a South Welsh accent.

O.J. is the only paddle-driven tug left in Bigg City Port. He can be described as slow, but versatile. As Captain Star once said in Quarantine, "He'd given many years of good service, but time was catching up on him."

Prior to an overhaul during the Year of the Heat Wave, Old Jones's aged engine was the cause for a number of mishaps, including an accident that resulted in the sinking of the Fultan Ferry. O.J.'s weakness and age has often placed him on the receiving end of jokes and insults from the Star Fleet and Z-Stacks alike (mostly the Z-Stacks and Top Hat). For a period, he was the primary target of Burke and Blair, the evil-minded scrap dealers who attempted on a number of occasions to persuade Captain Star into selling O.J. and his engine for a cheap price. But after O.J.'s quick thinking prevented Ten Cents from having to enter quarantine, Captain Star sent O.J. to Lucky's Yard and the scavengers on their way.

O.J.'s whistle is particularly deep, and has a distinct warble in it, sounding very much like a distress klaxon, usually sounded in short bursts.

As the Star Fleet's wise elder, O.J. possesses unbeatable wisdom. He has extensive knowledge and experience of harbour life and manoeuvres, and because of this, Captain Star often places him in charge of large operations, such as ocean liner docking manoeuvres. On various occasions, O.J. has demonstrated his ability to devise swift and clever strategies to help himself and his fellow Stars out of predicaments. He does not stand for nonsense, and is quick to correct the younger tugs if they make mistakes. Despite his occasionally harsh approach, O.J. cares for his fellow Stars as a grandparent would for their grandchildren. In addition to being wise, O.J. is also quite sharp, like in Sunshine where he admitted that he was suspicious as to why Zorran showed up almost instantly after Sunshine lost control with the Duchess, or in Quarantine where he suspected foul play when Nantucket lowered his quarantine flag even though there was no coast guard in sight.

This consists of a black hull, a yellow superstructure, brown mast, white paddle-wheel housings and an American flag-styled red, white and blue funnel. His name is painted on the sides of his bow in white and he has the number "3" on his funnel. He wears a light brown boater hat with a red band on it.

Kieron came to a stop by the ship as the passengers get off and then it happen a big bang is haired as smoke came out of Kieron cab, under Kieron, from his Wheals and all

" what happen " Sunshine ask worried making his way over

Kieron look" Lisanna " he ask

Lisanna got out the cab coughing " your fire bard, steam pipes, safety valve almost evrey thing just burst no need to put your fire out one of your water pipes burst and water fell in to the fire box so you put your own fire out"

Kieron sighed " oh i feel in pain"

OJ spoke " i tell the dock master to call for help" he say as he reverse out nad head a way

" what happen" ask Sunshine wonding

" adam broke down and Kieron was aks to help he pushed him self hard to make it here on time" she say

" oh Kieron im sorry" adam said

Kieron pants " it ok adam" he say

soon time went by Adam was fixed up as he only had a burst cylinder but Kieron sat in a shed sad

the next day Angelise came to the work shop with a man " kieron this is my friend Franklin Robinson he the Owner and controller of Josephine Railway." she say
