Okay, so I'm going to get right on it, so the first piece of evidence is that, besides Professor E. Gadd and Pauline, (who is said to be with Donkey Kong, which I don't really hate or like,) Every human character would have a girl/boyfriend, wait wait wait wait wait, before you get off, or type in a hate comment, I just want to say that it may seem nothing is confirmed about relationships, but we can see a bunch of evidence to the others being with someone else.

For instance, In these gifs Nintendo made, Mario and Peach
are seen together in a romantic way, for example, there is one gif of Mario and Peach sitting on a bench in a beach, laying on each other a heads, awww, isn't that cute, there is also one where they're dancing together, now if that isn't love, then I don't know what is.

Now this is where I'll probably get the most backlash all because people want this guy to be with Rosalina and Waluigi to be with this girl. So, Luigi and Daisy, I think this should be more clear than Mario and Peach, I mean, when Daisy wins in Mario Power Tennis I think it is, Luigi is in the stage, waiting for her, and Daisy comes out on rollorskates saying, "Hi, sweetie," and also in Daisies course in Mario Kart Wii, there's even a statue of them dancing together, so I don't see why people think they don't like eachother, please tell me, nicely.

Now this one is probably seen by a lot of people, Wario and Mona, for one reason, Mona was made for WarioWare, a game litterally made for Wario, also in one game, which I can't recall, Wario is in the hospital, and is dreaming about the orange haired lady, another reason for this is the one I think makes this ship canon, no matter what Wario does, Mona will always go past the bad side of him, see the good in him. That's what is I like about this.
