Fewer robberies this time, yay!

Again, I predicted everything right except for two songs: I said that Croatia — yes, really — and Armenia would qualify instead of Albania and Denmark.

Russia, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Malta and Azerbaijan

They were obvious qualifiers. No surprise.

North Macedonia

I think that the no-staging jury thing helped the song to gain points from the juries, and the staging helped as well when it was the televoter's turn to vote. 

Denmark

I was hoping that she'd draw second half to perform before Hatari, but oh well.

Albania

I'm really happy that she went through! Honestly, it was a very good surprise. I lost hope for Albania when the semi running order has been announced, but I'm glad that despite that she managed to qualify.

Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Moldova, Austria

That was again very obvious. Moldova had a bit more chance though since it had Romania in the same semi and the staging is interesting, but still, the song is dreadful.

Romania

Robbed.

Croatia

I don't know why I had faith. Juries, probably.

Armenia

I had doubts about this one, but the staging is just not strong enough for it to go through.

This semi was overall not very surprising, so there's not much to talk about ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
