Heyo!

I'm not a huuuge fan of this selection, it has some great songs, but it all mostly feels quite middle of the road for me... Also keep in mind that these are not predictions, and it's not because I don't like a song that it won't do well at Eurovision and it won't appeal to the masses. In fact, chances are, there are lots of songs in there that I don't like that the majority would like, so there you go.

20// Olta Boka — Botë Për Dy

Boring, uninspired...

19// Nadia & Genc Tukiçi — Ju Flet Tirana

Sounds like some old standard Disney song. It also gets repetitive after a while.

18// Robert Berisha — Ajo Nuk Është Unë

Typical ballad, just meh.

17// Albënë Hadërgjonaj — Ku Ta Gjej Dikë Ta Dua

A bit boring... I like her voice though.

16// Kanita — Ankth

Aaaaaaaaand another ballad...

15// Tiri Gjoci — Me Gotën Bosh

I feel like the ideas were there, but they were just executed poorly. It does need a revamp.

14// Wendi Mancaku — Ende

Drags on forever, and the vocal chops ruin it.

13// Kamela Islamaj — Më  Ngjyros

It's not a bad song per se, it's just not as good as it would want to.

12// Gena — Shqiponja E Lirë

There's something that I really like and really hate about this song at the same time. So I put it near the middle.

11// Eli Fara & Stresi — Bohem

Ethnic rap is always up my alley!

10// Arilena Ara — Shaj

Not a huge fan but it has potential. Also, overhyped imo.

9// Kastko Zizo — Asaj

I always like that sort of songs, this sort of Eastern-folkish thing.

8// Deris Xherahu — Bisedoj Me Serenatën

I always have fun trying to sing along to that one lol It's nice, although dated and a bit predictable.

7// Elvana Gjata — Me Tana

I mean... It's just another pop song, isn't it? It could do well though, so oh well.

6// Aldo — Melodi

It has great and bad parts, but I don't mind it. I like the somewhat funky vibe, it adds something to the track. 

5// Era Rusi — Eja Merre

Grower.

4// Sara Bajraktari — Ajër

The first one I managed to remember

3// Bojken Lako — Malaseen

Def not for everyone, but I just love how weirdly it all fits together. The most interesting song this year, hands down.

2// Renis Gjoka — Loja

Don't get why everyone puts it at the bottom of their list. Not a huge fan of the 'yeahs' but I really like the instrumental, it definitely does the song justice.

1// Valon Shehu — Kutia E Pandorës

It's my favorite, and I'm not even a huge fan of it. There's something about the vocal line that bothers me, as though it didn't fit with the instrumental. Now, the guitar work is great, and I like the symphonic feel the song gives off. I just feel like the main melody could have been a bit more... fitting? But oh well, bonus points for having Eugent as a composer! C:

So there you go ^^ I do like Eesti Laul muuuch better than FiK this year, there are just more songs that I like in EL than here. Aslo for now, both NFs have been quite underwhelming, so I hope that the level of the next ones will go up :D
