Silvana.

"Did you hear that?" Bow whispered back in her human form. I was in between forms ready to change to full human but I did hear something now I was a little nervous.

"Yesss I think we're being followed." I calmly hissed back at her. I slithered close to her so we were near each other. I stuck my toung out to sniff the air I got the scent of sweat mixed with dead rodents. Yuk! Bow could smell it too. She would have blocked her nose but then her dress would have dropped down. It was just made up of giant leaves together with a bit of thread at the top. Thanks to the scales my breasts are completely covered and the bottom is just my tail. There was another crack of a stick behind me and I turned around hissed. I'm in no mood to be tormented haven't I dealt with enough tonight! Venom was trickling around inside my mouth, my fangs were pointing out.

"Pusshh OFF!!" I hissed. Then before I new it there was a click of someone’s toung and a net carried us up. We were trapped!

A group of hairy stinky thieves jumped out of trees and from the bushes laughing. Showing off their yellow rotten teeth. One buff man came towards us smiling his almost toothless smile.

"Well hello what do we have here? A lovely young red head and her beast." He was referring to me obviously. I glared at him. He just gave me a smirk; he can smile now that I'm trapped in a net. He nodded to one of his men and then that man cut the rope. We came rushing down.

"Ouch!" Bow hissed in pain. "I just landed on a sharp rock!" She hissed in my ear. I would've laughed if it weren't for the sharp wooden spears surrounding me. I hissed to warn them back, they didn't budge but I could see the fear in their eyes. Bow stayed close to me and I stood protective in front of her.

"Alright now don't start trouble just come with us." He said in a more serious vile voice.

"Oh I'm not going anywhere with you..." I hissed slithered to one of his and bit into his flesh. He screeched in pain... and I enjoyed it. Others came at me but dodged there attacks, they were defiantly not experienced fighters so this was very easy. One came behind me and I whacked him with my tail. I heard a screech so I turned around. Bow was in the arms of the man, he held a silver dagger at her throat. I could see blood dipping down her neck. The bastard cut her throat!

"I will rip your throat out!" I hissed.

"But then the red head will die." He grinned his almost toothless smile. Before I new it a club was swung at my head and the last thing I heard was Bow screaming.

"Silvana wake up!" I heard someone whisper. My head was aching in pain. I sat up and looked around; I was some metal cell with no floor so I was sleeping in dirt. "Oh finally your awake!" I looked to side of the cell where Bow lay tied in rope wearing some rag to cover her. At least she's wearing something. I looked at myself I was completely nude. "You changed back to human form ten minutes ago they left you a dress." She told me her eyes looking towards what looked like a bag you would carry big loads of wheat or maybe seeds. It smelt like horse manure. I slipped it on; there were holes to put my arms through.

"Are they honestly making us where these they couldn't have given us some proper clothes. Say like a pair of trousers and a simple shirt." I complained, heading to Bow to untie her.

"Silvana these are smelly rotten thieves’ not high class criminals. Sadly..." She responded as soon as she was untied. She dusted herself off and stood up to clean herself up more. "Yuk I smell road kill!" she took a whiff at herself "Oh no that’s me!" She started sobbing. I looked at her with a sad expression. Then stepped towards her and grabbed her shoulder.

"Don’t worry we'll get out of here... I promise..." I said to comfort but mainly to reassure myself. I have no idea what I'm going to do. I know that my father will send a search party but I don't know where I am, how are they supposed to know? My head hurts too much to think of a plan. I stepped towards the cage bars and looked around the room it was dark with rocky walls. The only light was fire lit torches on the walls and a candle on a round wooden table in the middle of the room.

"We’re in some cave." Bow walked up to the bars next to me. "The exit is behind that big boulder there." She pointed at a gigantic rock.

"Well... first we have to figure out a way to get out of this cage then we can push the boulder and we'll be home free." I said calmly but Bow looked at me pretty upset.

"Oh my why had I not thought of that before?" She said sarcastically. Rolling my eyes I slipped my arm through the bars and tried to push my body through.

"Bow I can almost fit." I tried pushing my body further through the bars. "Damn! Bow do they give us any water? Because I have an idea." She looked at me quizzically. I gave her little smile and was about to tell her until the boulder moved and I started hearing voices. Bow backed away to the other side of our prison cell. I stayed put standing tall. It was the leader and a servant girl carrying a tray of food and water.

"Look whose awake the beast has risen and turned into another beauty." He flirted.

"Don't make throw up." I responded. He chuckled and gave Bow a little smirk. So I hissed at him pointing my fangs. "Back off you toothless parasite!"

"Oh that wasn't very nice..." He said giving me a smug smile. "Stand back I going to open the door and I don't want trouble." I stayed in place and glared at him. "I said move!" He brought out a knife and stabbed my arm. I hissed in pain and fell to the ground. The servant came in and set the tray down then quickly bolted out. "Hope you enjoy your breakfast my ladies." He gave us a little bow and chuckled. A rock was sitting next to me so I picked it up and threw it with my good arm. It hit him right in the eye and he screeched in pain, fell to the ground and swore very loudly. The servant girl ran up to him and he pushed her off. "You BITCH!!" It was my turn to laugh. He stormed out and closed the boulder. Bow rushed to my side.

"Silvana are you alright!?"

"I'm fine look it's already healed. But we have to get out of here." I headed towards the tray of food, and picked up the cups of water. "We need to be slippery to fit through the bars but this isn't enough water."

"Well there is a little pond over there." She pointed outside the cell, I looked at where she was pointing on the other side room there was a deep little pool. "I bet the water in there is cleaner then what they expect us to drink." Bow sighed and stared at the floor.

"Ok well try to get water all over you so we can slip through." I told her. She looked at me incredulously.

"Silvana this isn't enough water for the both of us."

"Well then I'll use all of it get the keys and come back to get you." I said pouring the water on my arms and legs. Bow tore the cups from me and just splashed the water all over me. "Thanks." I said spitting out the water in my mouth. I walked to the bars, first slipping my arm through and then I poked out my head. I stuck my leg out and held my stomach in. Before I new it I was out, I laughed at my success.

"Um... hello still in here!" Bow whined. I told her I'd be back soon. And headed for the boulder, I pushed and pushed. Finally it was out of the way. I stepped through and found myself in a stone made hall way, with a door at the end. I dashed to the door then opened it slightly and looked through. There they were all of the thieves lying around stuffing their faces but the boss wasn't there. I couldn't find the keys any where. One thief looked at the door I quickly ran back to the room. And back to the prison cell.

"Well that was quick, where are the keys?" Bow demanded look for them.

"I think a thief saw me." I said quickly then I could hear foot steps. "I’ll hide, if he comes to the cage and see's I'm not there I'll just take him from behind." I sprinted towards the little rock pool which turned out to be some water tunnel. I wonder if it's a way out...

"Hey! How did you get?" Thief yelled out behind me. I slowly turned around to face him.

"Sorry me no speak English." I said smiling worriedly. He brought out his sword. We walked in a circle until he was the one standing in front of the pool. I had no idea what to do. I could attack him but the others would come and put back in the cell if I could keep him quiet...

"Alright you back in the cage all I'll have to force you in." He said glaring at me. I didn't move a muscle I just glared at him back. "Ok you asked for it." He took one step then something came out of the pool and dragged the thief in with a big splash.

"What was that?" Bow yelled.

"I don't know." I whispered back to her. Walking towards the pool I started getting shivers down my spine. I picked up the thief’s sword that he let go and looked into the pool. I didn't see anything until it came up right. I screamed and fell to the ground. I staggered backwards to get further away. The monster came out of the pool. It had dark eyes three sets of sharp teeth. It looked like some kind of shark with legs... Wait a minute... He gave me a smug but scary smile. I glared at him. I got the sword and wacked his head with it. He slowly changed into a human. Shirtless but at least wearing trousers.

"Ouch what was that for?" He cried.

"Pete you scared me half to death." I yelled at him. He smiled at me with his dark dreamy eyes... I never said that!

"I’m sorry for scaring you." He sweetly but sarcastically. I looked towards Bows cage, Pete followed my gaze "Ah let me help you with that." He walked to the prison cell and I followed him. He told Bow to stand back and put his hand on the bars. He at me up and down. "Nice legs." I looked down at myself the rag was just a few inches above my knees. So I pulled the rag down which made no difference but made me feel less self conscious. He looked away and pulled the cage door open with no struggle.

"Well if I new it was that easy I would have done this myself." I complained. Bow sighed then Pete chuckled. "Well how do we get out of here captain?" I probed.

"That pool leads to a river just outside this cave. I'll be happy to carry you two one by one." He said showing his pearly white teeth. I took a step towards him.

"I can swim but you'll have to carry Bow." Bow looked at me eyes wide and seemed a little excited. I turned into my snake form and slid into the pool. I swam for my life. The water felt so cold against my scales I heard a splash behind I new it was Bow and Pete. Pete was in his full shark form and Bow was holding on to his fin. I swam way ahead of them but Pete being a shark caught up with me. I decided to race him to the end. So I zoomed ahead.

"You’re a fast girl but not fast enough." Pete panted. He sounds like my brother. I stood tall and crossed my arms. Bow walked towards us.

"You wouldn't happen to have clothes we could wear would you?" Bow asked with an innocent voice.

"I’m sorry I just came from Silvana's ball." He answered back. He looked at me, "Besides I think you ladies look great." He looked down at my legs. I rolled my eyes then glared at him. Bow giggled.

"Alright I think it's time Bow and I head home thank you for saving us." I said politely and started walking through the trees with Bow. Pete sprinted after us and grabbed my shoulder.

"Now wait a second I saved you from becoming enslaved. I think I better stay with you girls to make sure you get into no more trouble."

"We can take care of ourselves."

"And yet you were captured by toothless thieves."

"Um Silvana I think it's best if he does come with us." Bow said looking at me with wide eyes.

"Alright fine!" I said "Lead the way Shark man." He grinned and walked ahead. Bow nudged my and giggled, I ignored her which made her chuckle so I walked with him.
