''It's like watching a scene from a movie isn't it? Care for a tissue?'' Mila asks.

We are standing in her living room watching Theo and Charles having a heart to heart. It started with an apology from both sides and has now come to a point where if they don't kiss each other, we might just make them!!

''Ohh just make up already the two of you, you've got dramatics more than a damn tv show,'' I say exasperatedly with a roll of my eyes.

''you're just jealous Athena; that your mate loves me more than you,'' Charles retorts.

''Ugghh...your words just mentally scarred me! anyway, So long as it's you Charles, it's not a threat.''

''And what if it's another woman?'' Mila questions.

''ever heard of the statement 'six feet under?'' I ask her and she nods, ''Well she'll be buried even deeper than that.''

''Okay, point well noted Athena, I will leave your mate to you and be happy with mine. Now, jokes aside; let's talk business,'' Charles says and in a fraction of a second goes in to killer beta mode.

''Do you have it?'' Theo asks him. He walks to one of the drawers and retrieves a syringe filled with yellow liquid.

 ''You get one shot, okay?'' and he hands the syringe to Theo.

''So who will be tying the bell around the cats' neck?'' Mila asks.

Theo and I exchange looks before I answer, ''it has to be me; I'll do it when he least expects it.''

''Yeah, you should do it Athena, you are his friend so he will least expect this act of betrayal coming from you,'' Charles says.

''Your words are not comforting Charles, if anything ,it makes me feel more bad than I already do.''

''Good. My words were not meant to comfort you anyway,'' he replies.

''Just to be clear you guys, I'm not fully on board with this plan. Besides we are not even sure he is the blue eyed monster,'' Theo clarifies and I see Charles getting agitated. Mila notices it too and makes her way to him. She rubs his back inducing the mate bond to calm him down.

''Like I told you before Theo; we are trying to get rid of suspicion. If he is not the one we will drop it, agreed?''

Both Mila and Charles nod their heads in agreement.

''Okay, we should be going now; I need to start making preparations for dinner. I will keep you guys updated,'' and with that Theo and I walk out of their home and head towards ours.

''You sure you'll be able to pull this off love? '' he asks as we approach the front door.

''I have to, there is no room for a second chance,'' I reply and we walk in.

I spend the rest of the afternoon preparing for the dinner. I decided to make baked chicken and mashed potatoes with stir fried veggies.

Theo walks in the kitchen and sits at the counter staring at me, ''You should cook more often love, I could sit here and watch you at it all day.''

''Or you could help me and make my work easier,'' I reply and place a bowl of boiled potatoes in front of him, ''Mash away mister.''

''Yes ma'am,'' he mocks and gets to it.

By 06:30 we are almost done, we didn't prepare dessert because I doubt if the dinner will even last that long; nevertheless, there is always back up. Thank god for the overly stocked fridge, we have ice cream that can be served, if it does come to that.

''I really need to shower,'' I say looking at my current state. ''He should be here any minute now, you good?''

''I don't know love, I just have a really bad feeling about this, we are about to betray someone we both care about.'' I'm about to correct him but he stops me.

''I know you care about him love, you are friends after all and in some weird twisted way he cares about you too, I have seen it.''

''And that never bothered you Theo? That I'm close to your cousin, who is an unmarked male?''

''Why should it bother me love? It's not like he is in love with you or vice versa. Whatever you two have is totally platonic. Besides, you love me this much don't you?'' he jokes and widens his arms.

''That I do,'' and I hug him tight. 

''Okay, you really need to shower love,'' he says and pushes me towards the stairs. ''You smell like potatoes and milk.''

I finish showering in under ten minutes and walk to the closet, ''hmmm.... Now, what does one wear when they are about to betray their friend?''

After a few minutes of searching I pull out a long sleeved body con bottle green dress with a small slit on the left thigh. I put it on, do some light make up and put on my nude heels. I decide to leave my hair open in its natural state and leave the room.

As I walk down the steps, I see Theo stand up to open the door. He senses me and looks up.

He winks at me and I blush a little. ''You ready love?'' he mouths. ''Yes,'' I whisper and he proceeds to open the door.

I walk down the stairs and stand there when Sebastian walks in with flowers in his hands and a bottle of wine. He looked smart, dressed in all black as he hands the wine to Theo who bro hugs him, ''good to see you brother.''

I walk up to the pair and stand next to Theo, ''Hello Sebastian, glad you could make it,'' I extend my hand towards him.

He takes it and surprises me by placing a kiss on the back. ''The pleasure is all mine darling. Might I add that you look heavenly; here, these are for you,'' he hands me a bouquet of flowers and I mutter a thank you.

''This way brother,'' Theo guides him to the living room and he follows. I put away the flowers and my eyes travel to Theo who is hiding the syringe in his coat pocket. He gives me a subtle nod and I plaster a smile on my face as I take a seat on one of the couches.

''I knew you would be calling me for dinner sooner or later darling,'' Sebastian starts and my brows furrow in confusion. Umm what??

''Does he know, is he onto us?'' Theo mind links me.

''I don't know; though it is weird that he's asking me this,'' I reply.

''and why were you so sure about it?'' I question him and he chuckles, '' Ohh you forgot about our last conversation did you? Remember you had suggested that we should get together some time to catch up and all?''

''Ohhhh ohhh yes....yes of course, no I did not forget about it; that's actually the reason I called you,''  I laugh nervously.

''Although I expected more people, you know; not just the three of us. Maybe Charles and his mate, your girl friends, Hazel and the other one and their mates of course,'' he says with a wave of his hand.

''Well we weren't sure if you would be comfortable with a lot of people so we just decided to keep it small this time you know, just family. Maybe next time will invite them all. Right love? '' Theo replies.

''Uh uuhhh...yeah, right.''

''Ohhh I see, well you do make a good point brother, so where is Aiden and Lila? I mean they are family too aren't they?''

Well shit! How are we supposed to answer that? I start fidgeting in my seat as Sebastian looks between Theo and I.

''Ohh we didn't invite mom cause you know how she gets don't you? She will start asking you all kinds of question which will either render you speechless or make you jump out of the window,'' Theo answers and I stop fidgeting. Damn my man can lie! is that a good thing though?

''And...and we did ask Aiden but he is holed up in his room with his weird music and said he couldn't be bothered to dress up. So guess you're stuck here with us for the next 2-3 hours,'' the lie rolls off my tongue easily. Yeah well i can lie too, it's a good thing. I think.

''Well darling, I don't mind being stuck here at all; so long as the company is good,'' he winks at me and I shoot him a smile and get up.

''So anybody hungry yet?'' I ask as I smooth my dress down.

''Ahh yes, I'm starving love; come on let's go Sebastian. I have been eyeing that chicken the whole afternoon.''

''You and I both brother, '' Sebastian replies as he eyes me. I clear my throat and make my way to the kitchen as the men follow me.

Theo and I had set the table already and made sure that Sebastian sits on a particular spot where it will be easier for me to inject him.

I laid out the food on the table and Theo corked open a bottle of wine as he begins pouring it in three glasses.

''Okay wow, this looks and smells good; I hope it tastes good too,'' Sebastian teases and I chuckle in response. 

'' Why don't you try it then tell me. Here,help yourself please.''

He places a generous amount of mashed potatoes in his plate and takes the chicken. Theo and I help ourselves and soon we are all having a nice dinner. I momentarily even forgot about the plan as I found myself enjoying Sebastian's company.

He talked about his travels and businesses and how he never thought of settling down, his words not mine.

''So you've traveled so much and you've never met your mate?'' I ask him as he was about to bite into his chicken but stops midway. 

''I'd rather not talk about mates darling; it would just spoil the otherwise perfect evening we are having.''

''Love, we are running out of time, dinner is almost over,'' Theo warns me through the link.

''I know, just distract him please and hand me the syringe.''

So Sebastian, I wanted to discuss something with you regarding the pack. You've been here for roughly a year now. I wanted to offer you a position in the pack brother; whichever you want except the Alpha and Beta position of course,'' Theo laughs and puts his hand around Sebastian's shoulders as they both finish their dinner and start walking towards the living room while Theo discreetly hands me the syringe.

It's now or never. Here goes nothing.

I take off the cap and a small drop of wolfs bane from the tip of the needle drips on my fingers. I purse my lips hard to stop a scream as the poison burns my skin.

Theo and Sebastian are still talking and have their backs turned to me. I slowly creep up to them getting the syringe ready. I mentally count to three and jab the syringe right into Sebastian's exposed neck. I press hard on it making sure to empty all the contents.

He jerks at first and starts shaking as the poison starts affecting him. 

''What......what did you do to...'' he starts to speak and turns to face me, ''Ath...Athenn...'' he manages to croak out but his legs give away and he falls down unconscious.

''I'm sorry Sebastian; I really am,'' I whisper as a sob escapes me.

''The hard part is over love; let's call Charles.''

I mind link him and both him and Mila are at our doorstep in a matter of seconds.

I remove my heels and exchange them for a pair of sneakers. ''Wow, you guys actually managed to do it; not that I doubted you or anything,'' he adds when we both glare at him.

''Come on you guys we need to take him to the cell that Charles and I have prepared, we don't have much time. He is a strong wolf the poison will wear off in like 20 to 30 minutes,'' Mila warns us.

Theo and Charles carry him for either side, Mila and I follow them and we all rush towards the cells.

''Whoa this guy is heavy, how much have you fed him Athena?'' Charles complains.

''it's not my fault that he eats like a giant, '' I retort back.

We make it to the cells in 10 minutes and the guys place Sebastian in the same cell that I had tortured Caleb in. The four of us stand behind the two-way glass waiting for him to wake up.

''What are you guys going to do if it's really him?'' Mila asks the question that both Theo and I are dreading.

''I really don't know Mila, I mean we haven't thought that far, ''Theo answers her.

''Is it because you still don't think it's him?'' Charles asks.

''I really want to believe you Charles, but he is my brother. I'm so conflicted right now, I just...I just don't know man, '' Theo says with a shake of his head. I walk up to him and entwine our fingers together, ''Whatever happens, we'll face it together, '' I tell him and kiss his cheek.

We wait for a few more minutes and notice him stirring. ''Guys he is waking up,'' Mila whispers.

Sure enough, Sebastian gets up and the first thing he does is laugh like a maniac. Okay...creepy.

''So you really did believe Charles didn't you??!!!'' he yells at the mirror, ''I know you are all there watching me, I can hear your heartbeats. You think I'm a monster? A blue eyed monster who has killed innocents?? Do you?!!!'' he continues shouting.

None of us respond to his shoutings when suddenly he latches himself on the mirror. A gasp escapes me as both Mila, Charles and I take a step back.

''To think that I considered you my friend Athena, you literally stabbed me in the back WITH.A. SYRINGE!!! All that talk at dinner, you being nice and considerate; that was all a plan wasn't it? Wasn't it??!!!'' he screams.

''Well sorry to disappoint you darling but I am not the blue eyed beast you are looking for. So while you are here wasting your time he is out there planning on taking you all down. And when he comes guess who will be the safest person in this pack; that's right you idiots, it will be me!''

He keeps on rambling and shouting for us to let him out until Charles has had enough.

''This is not working you guys, we need to do something else.''

''I don't think it's him Charles, we should stop this,'' I say.

''We have him locked up already man what more do you want to do? I think Sebastian is right; he is not the blue eyed beast. We should let him go,'' Theo says and moves to unlock the door but Mila stops him.

''I have one last thing Theo; just one. Allow me to do it and if that does not work you can let him go, please.''

Theo walks back to stand next to me, ''Last chance Mila,'' he says. ''Got it alpha.''

Mila walks to the table on the far corner of the room and lights up the laptop. She presses a few keys on the laptop and comes to stand behind us looking inside the cell.

We all turn our gazes and a few seconds later yellowish fumes start coming out of the air ducts, filling up the whole room.

''Wolfs-bane in vapor form; courtesy of Aiden Argent,'' she states.

''Mila this can kill him!'' I warn her. 

''I know Athena and Sebastian knows it too. The only way for him to survive this is breaking out from here. As a human he doesn't have much strength but as a wolf he will be able to break the window and get out and when he does that we will know,'' she explains.

A few minutes later, Sebastian starts coughing as the vapor enters his system. ''Are you planning on killing me Theo?!!'' he says in between his coughing fit.

''Mila....'' I warn her.

"It's not going to work you know, but when I die just know that you were responsible for my death! It will be a burden you will live with for the rest of your life brother!!!!'' we hear him yell.

''This is crazy, stop this now!'' Theo commands. Mila walks to the laptop when suddenly a crack echoes through the walls.

''He is shifting!'' I gasp as I move closer to the glass trying to catch a glimpse of him through the yellow smoke.

''His wolf is fighting back,'' Theo comments and comes to stand by my side. Charles and Mila mirror our actions as we all scan the cell trying to find Sebastian.

A low growl is heard from inside and I squint my eyes trying to see through the smoke when suddenly a grey wolf jumps out from the fumes and latches itself on the mirror.

The four of us jump back in shock as a scream escapes Mila and I.

''Oh my god, his eyes!'' Mila screams pointing at the wolf inside the cell.

''You've got to be kidding me,'' I hear Theo say from beside me.

''I don't believe this,'' I gasp and move away from the window, the grey wolf disappears into the fumes as I lean on the table.

Neither one of us says a word to each other and we hear a roar from the cell as the wolf runs towards the window and jumps out shattering the glass, he skids to a stop and we make eye contact for a few seconds before he darts out and runs into the forest.

The vapor from the cells spreads in the room and the four of have to rush out to get fresh air before it kills us.

''Charles, you were right man; the blue eyed monster is Sebastian.''

Well there you have it!!! it's Sebastian!!! Ahhhh

Though a lot of you guessed it already. Sorry Team Sebastian, but he is the bad guy.
