As we drive back to our pack, Theo has my right hand in his as he offered to drive. I look down at our entwined fingers and a smile automatically forms on my face. He lifts my hand up and kisses it. ''I love you,'' he whispers and I blush. ''I love you too, but I want to reach home alive, so eyes on the road,'' I reply while playfully glaring at him. He chuckles and looks straight ahead.

We get closer and I see one of the guards waiting for us. ''Alpha, Luna,'' he says and bows in respect as he takes the keys from Theo and proceeds to take the car away. ''Where is the car kept? Do you have a garage or a barn somewhere?'' I question. ''I think you mean cars love and yes there is an underground garage which also has one of the ways in to and out of the bunkers,'' he replies and I nod in understanding.

''Well don't you two look like runway models,'' Says a voice I missed listening to the whole day. ''Charles!!''I scream as I run to him and he lifts me up in a hug. ''Missed you too cookie,'' He chuckles as he puts me down, ''It's been dull here without you,'' he continues and Theo rolls his eyes.

''She'd been gone for less than 24 hrs Charles, '' he comments. ''Aww looks like someone's jealous, don't worry bro you get one of Charles' special hugs too,'' He jokes and proceeds to give a bone crushing hug to Theo and I couldn't help but laugh. ''Okay that's enough,'' He says uncomfortably and pushes him away.

''So how was the date? I need details you guys!'' he practically yells, ''So am I excepting to see you both sporting identical marks on your neck anytime soon, '' he asks without shame and I look at him wide eyed. ''Charles!'' I slap his back and flush as Theo smirks. ''Goddess! you really need to find your mate,'' I say with a roll of my eyes.

Theo and I are now lying in bed facing each other as he pushes a lock of my hair behind. ''You're really beautiful,'' he compliments and I wanted to chuckle but ended up snorting instead. ''...and cute when you do that,'' he adds as he pulls me closer to him and we fall asleep.

''Ready love?'' he asks as he calls his wolf forward and transforms. I admire him when he comes to my legs and nudges me to do the same. I decide to have some fun today and look at his black wolf to give him a wink and start running in human form. He gives me a confused look at first but follows me. We are running neck to neck at first but he suddenly darts past me as he is faster in his wolf form.

I decide to lag behind and transform. Once I'm done I follow him silently as I see him come to a stop at a clearing. He makes quick turns trying to look for me. I slowly sneak up to him and decide to jump from behind to scare him when his ears perk up and he turns. He sees me and we both end up rolling on the ground until we come to stop near a stream.

''You can't sneak up on me love,'' I hear his voice in my head and roll my eyes.

''One day Theo. One day I will,'' I challenge back as he gets off of me to go drink water.

We are now back at our place and sitting down for breakfast when Charles barges in, ''Sebastian is back!'' he announces and takes a sit at the counter.

''Where was he in the first place?'' I question.

''Actually love he had told me he would be leaving for a few days for some business,'' Theo replies and I stare at Charles incredulously.

''So he was gone and now he's back, what's the big deal?'' I ask and Charles scoffs. ''Because he seems confident and cockier than usual.''

It's like he has won a lottery or something,'' he muses and it's my turn to scoff. '' So a guy goes out for a few days, returns back happy and you have a problem with that? Maybe he finally got some that's why he is happy,'' I respond back and Theo chokes on his coffee.

''My my Athena, such words coming from you is a treat to hear,'' Charles says and fakes a gasp.

''Oh come on you two, stop acting like kids, let the man be happy,'' I say with a wave of my hands.

''Yeah well I could ask Theo if he is happy bu...'' Charles starts and I cut him off.

''Don't you dare complete that sentence Charles!'' I snarl and he is out of the door immediately leaving behind his echo of laughter.

I turn and I'm met with a smirking Theo who seems to be enjoying my torment. '' What!'' I snap at him and he chuckles, ''You look hot when you are angry love,'' he says in a husky voice and I felt my insides melt. I composed myself quickly, grabbed a brownie and rushed out the door as the mate bond buzzed incessantly.

Once I was out of Theo's hearing range I breathed a sigh of relief and took a bite of my brownie. Damn. Chef Perez is a genius!

As I walk around aimlessly my thoughts go back to what Charles said. Am I ready to get intimate with Theo? ready for him to mark me? to claim me as his own and vice versa. I do love him and I am happy but marking is a big thing. It's a commitment almost like a marriage and I shudder as a chill runs down my spine.

''Athena...'' I hear a whisper in my ear and turn abruptly ready to take down the person.

I come face to face with deep black eyes and breathe a sigh of relief, '' Sebastian, hii. You're back,'' I say and give him a small smile.

'' So you noticed I was gone did you darling?''

''Well it's kind of like my job now to know these things, so...'' I respond while shrugging my shoulders. ''Ahh I see, of course. You're the Luna now,'' he responds casually and I nod.

We continue walking when he suddenly stops and pushes me to a tree and he towers over me, our faces dangerously close. 

'' What are you doing, get off me,'' I whisper yell and he puts his hand over my mouth causing me to shut up then points at his nose and ears. I take in my surroundings and see that we are close to the borders, but there aren't any guards when a stench hits my nose and my eyes lit up in recognition. Rogues.

''I'll deal with it,'' Sebastian whispers, his lips almost touching mine and I had to turn my head away. He is gone in a flash and I follow him. I call forward my wolf giving her partial control without fully shifting and track his scent. I'm almost on Eclipse pack's side when I am pulled back and locked between a pair of sturdy arms.

''You almost walked into their territory darling,'' he whispers lowly and the skin on my neck tingles from his breath. I pull away. This guy is getting too close for my liking.

 ''Where are the rogues Sebastian?'' I question him. ''I diverted them towards the forests, they were just passing through.'' I nod and start walking away from him.

''I just saved you, a small thank you will suffice, '' he calls back and I turn to look at him with anger.

''Let's get one thing clear, I do not need saving! I can take care of myself,'' I yell back and continue walking. ''Oh come on darling, just a thank you,'' he urges and I roll my eyes. ''It's the least you could do,'' he continues and I growl.

''Okay fine! Thank you. There, happy now?'' I shout and he chuckles. ''Very happy darling,'' he replies while placing a hand on his heart and laughing as I walk away.

I go to Lila's house and thankfully find Nadia there. ''Heyy, are you busy?'' I ask her. ''Actually no, did you need something?'' she replies and I nod, '' yeah, could you umm help me with some designs for my third collection, I need a summer vibe and you're good with florals,'' I say and she nods her head vigorously. 

''Yes, yes, let me get my stuff. In fact, I have some designs I'm working on, I think you'll love them,'' She says excitedly as she brings out her stuff and pulls me out of the house with her.

We are back at our home in my old room with paints and papers all over the table. Nadia is damn good as I see her sitted on the floor painting some designs. ''Wow, that's good,'' I say in amazement and she smiles in return. By noon we have managed to get a good number of designs and we start to clean up the mess when I get a message from an unknown number.

'Hi, how about that wine?' I read and let out a small laugh, Olivia of course. I quickly type a yes and tell her I'll see her soon.

''Thanks for walking me to the Eclipse pack, '' I say with a smile. ''Anything for you love, '' Theo replies as we walk hand in hand to the borders. ''Did you umm, speak to Sebastian?'' I question as I look at him. 

''Not really no, did he have something to tell me?'' he asks. ''Yeah. I thought he would have,'' I muse and proceed to tell him what happened this morning, leaving out the part of how close Sebastian and I got.

''You didn't get hurt did you?'' he asks, his voice full of concern. ''No, not even a scratch,'' I reply.

''Well love, we are here. I'll see you at dinner, '' he says and pulls me in for a kiss, ''I love you,'' he concludes. ''I love you, bye'' I reply and cross the border.

I'm met with Maxwell Clark, Eclipse Pack's Beta; who takes me to Oliva's house. We exchange pleasantries and soon enough I'm at their front door.

''So glad you could make it Athena; we have much to discuss, '' Olivia gushes as I take a sit on her couch. Their house is fairly modern and cozy and I decide to make myself comfortable. Olivia brings out two bottles of red wine and three glasses as she puts them on the coffee table. 

''Is someone else joining us?'' I question and she nods, ''My sister Mila is back from New York so I thought she could join us, hope you don't mind?'' 

''Of course not, the more the merrier,'' I reply with a smile.

''So how is everything going on with you and Theo?'' She asks suggestively and I roll my eyes. '''Oh come on, you just want to know if we did it, don't you?'' I ask and she laughs heartily. ''Of course, that's what I want to know.''

''To answer your question, no we haven't but we did confess our feelings to each other,'' I say shyly and she whoops in response. 

Soon we are joined by Mila who is a replica of her elder sister except for the fact that she is short. She is a year younger than me and seems chilled out. We all start talking and Mila tells me about her life in New York and her pack;she thought of moving to these parts for a change. I told her about my life in Toronto and my business. We kept on talking about our lives and jobs and by 03:00 pm we had downed one and a half bottle of wine and were aimlessly giggling.

''I can't wait to see you with your mark. You glow differently you know?'' Olivia says and I widen my eyes at her. 

''Show us yours, '' I demand and she pulls off her sweater a bit to show us her mark. ''ooooohhhh pretty,'' I say as I as admire it feeling a little jealous that I don't have mine.

''You should ask Theo, I'm sure he wouldn't say no, '' Mila teases and Olivia hi fives her. ''Are you crazy, that's not something I can ask him about, it just happens right?'' I say and my voice raises an octave. Olivia laughs and nods, ''Yes Athena, it just happens but someone has to initiate it,'' She advises and choose to remain silent. I mean, she does have a point.

I decide to leave after a while. I hug them both and promise them another wine session soon. Once I'm at the border I'm met with Charles who chuckles at me. ''Woahh there cookie, you're tipsy,'' he comments as he grabs me by my shoulder and helps me walk.

I giggle like a small kid as I lean on to him for support. ''You have a cute nose Charles,'' I observe and proceed to poke it. ''Stop it Athena, we'll both fall down,'' he scolds and I pout.

As we reach the house I see Theo standing at the porch and I wolf whistled, ''Well hello there Mr. Argent, ''I yell as I wave at him and he sighs. 

''I'll take it from here Charles, thanks man,'' he says and lifts me bridal style. ''I loooooovveeeeee you this much,'' I say as I widen my hands and ended up hitting him in the face. 

''Sorry,'' I apologize and make myself comfortable in his arms. He just shakes his head and places a soft kiss on my forehead.

I wake up two hours later to a cup of coffee waiting for me and a note. Classic Theo. I freshen up and walk downstairs. He is sitted on the couch going through some files and I plop down beside him. 

''Feeling better?'' he asks and I nod snuggling into him, instinctively he wraps his arm around and pulls me even more closer. We are sitted in a comfortable silence when Noah rushes in the house in panic.

''Alpha, Luna... We are under attack!''
