Hello fellow readers well this is it. The final chapter of The Enhanced. It's been a wild ride and I hope everyone or anyone who has read this has read this has enjoyed and and will look forward to seeing more of the twins in the upcoming sequel of my Daughter's of the Four Seasons book. Now expect that sequel and prequel book sometime this summer cause I want to keep focusing on my school work and trying to get into Mason and their theater program so I want as limited writing as possible. A year later Quinn, Tauriel and Jackie had finally reached recovery from their torment with Strucker. Tauriel's leg had healed just four months after returning home, Quinn and Jackie's physical wounds had also healed within the same time frame and after a full year the three of them had finally moved on and recovered mentally.

For the newest member Pietro on the other hand, his mental recovery was still fuzzy, not only that but he was still grieving over the loss of his twin and that had hurt him worse than anything Strucker had put him and his sister through in all their years with him.

But standing right by his side was Jackie for she knew what it was like to lose a sister. She told him her story during the Dark Curse and told him every last ounce of detail from each time she had to watch each of her sisters fall one by one leaving her to suffer until the very last moment.

The two of them bonded quickly and Pietro would follow Jackie around like a lost puppy which she didn't mind, she dealt with it with Quinn and was happy to help another lost soul find his way. Pietro also soon bonded with Quinn and Tauriel as well whenever Jackie was away talking to the Alpha's about Pietro's transformation into an Elf.

Then one night just before the spring equinox, Thranduil and Aniu had decided that it was time.

On the day of the equinox, Thranduil and Aniu had called Jackie to the throne room. When Jackie kneeled before her alphas she said.

"You wanted to speak with me my High Alphas?"

"Yes Jackie, as you know tonight will be the night that the Maximoffs become children of the Eldar" stated Thranduil.

"Yes I am, but I am confused as to why this must include me?"

"We have decided that you should come along with us to coax Pietro as he is taken by our spirits and Manny's and turned into a child of the Eldar, you have experienced this change with Manny when you first became one of us". Said Aniu. Jackie was surprised to hear that she would actually get to see this change at work and she knew that no other wolf except the Alphas and the chosen wolf or wolves would experience the change, no outside wolf could even see this transformation take place.

"My King and Queen, I am surprised to hear you actually want me there. But I must ask why me?"

"Because Pietro is still fragile. He doesn't quite understand the legends of our people, having been with Strucker all his life since pup-hood he and his sister were never told of our stories and do not know of how the transformation works. Quinn knew our stories and that's why we took him alone but Pietro needs someone, he needs you". Thranduil stated.

"We know he is close with you Jackie. You helped him give him and his sister their freedom, just like you did for Quinn and his pack. Will you help us savior?" Aniu said. Jackie debated in her head then she looked up at her Alphas and stated firmly.

"When do we leave?"

That late afternoon, Thranduil and Aniu lead first up the mountain outside of the Woodland realm territory and following behind them were Jackie and Pietro.

"Zhis von't hurt vill it?" Pietro asked nervously to Jackie.

"Don't worry Piet, I went through this transformation myself, you'll be fine. Think of it as like, you're doing a beautiful breach out of the water. You'll be given our wisdom, hear our tales and songs, and see what we see in all matters of life itself far beyond what any human claims they know about". She took his hand and squeezed it assuringly while Pietro nervously squeezed hers.

"But—what if....."

"Hush now Pietro, we're almost there" Thranduil stated calmly. They had finally reached the peak of the mountain just as the sun was beginning to set. Now they were entering sacred grounds of the mountain and there needed to be absolute silence while Thranduil and Aniu prepared themselves.

Once they finally got to the top of the mountain, Thranduil and Aniu stood at the center of the mountain while Pietro and Jackie remained at the outer rim of the mountain. The Alphas soon turned into their wolf forms and the two of them let out two great big magnificent howls.

As their howls pierced the sky, dark clouds formed and thunder began to softly rumble as they swarmed overhead of Jackie and Pietro. He held on tight to Jackie frightenedly but Jackie pressed a hand to his and looked at him silently assuring him things were going to be alright.

Soon it began.

Soft whispers sounded off as blue beams came down and surrounded both Jackie and Pietro. Pietro looked at them anxiously before looking up and soon forming out of the sky looked like a portal which then shot down like a waterfall.

Frightened, Pietro took off and backed himself up against one of the boulders peeking out from the top of the mountain and panted fearfully as water soon began to surround the top of the mountain. Thunder softly rumbled for a brief moment and Jackie turned to Pietro and gestured him to come over.

Cautiously, Pietro dipped his toes into the water thinking something would happen to him but nothing did, he then stepped into the water and slowly walked towards the waterfall and not once taking his eyes off it. He stood by Jackie's side who then took his hand, opened it up and slowly moved it to only an inch from the waterfall, only Pietro himself at his own will could open it.

With a moment hesitation, Pietro then touched the fall to reveal a majestic sight to be seen by anyone.

The water disappeared revealing the Northern Lights bursted out revealing the Great Spirits of past, present and even future animals soon came dancing across the sky. Pietro backed up fearfully as a Mammoth came towards him trumpeting, he ducked fearing he'd be squashed but he wasn't. Another one came forth letting out its proud call before walking along.

Pietro was fearful but at the same time, he was amazed and in awe at all the spirits surrounding him with their calls. As he stood up, he could hear their songs, hear their stories and see them so clearly even though they were just spirits. He felt connected with all of them in some weird yet fantastic way.

Swimming below just to his knees were a school of salmon and soon after that he heard barking as three spirit wolves came and circled around him barking and howling before retreating back into the sky. Then appearing before him was a great Bald Eagle it flew up to Pietro crying out its call. As it began to land, it formed the figure of a man. A man Jackie knew all too very well and Pietro seem to know his name too as he whispered it.

"Manny?" Manny smiled and nodded softly. Pietro Maximoff was standing face to face with the creator of All Guardians. Manny then turned to the two Alpha wolves who then became one with the Northern lights their howls echoing as they transformed.

Manny was soon gone from Pietro's sights so suddenly and he looked around wondering where the Guardian creator was at but he was suddenly picked up by Manny's eagle talons and taken up into the sky.

Jackie watched with awe at the sight she was about to witness. The Birth of two new Elven-wolves. Manny's wings soon engulfed Pietro as the Spirit head of a wolf surrounded Pietro now. The Light of Eldar glowed brightly around him and soon Jackie heard the sound of two separate wolves howling. She then saw both Pietro and now the resurrected Wanda Maximoff being gently lowered down back to the ground in their new Elf bodies.

Pietro was placed down to the ground first then his sister beside him both of them appearing to be on the brink of sleep and awake. And with that, the Great Spirits disappeared from the sky and thunder and lightning shook and cracked the sky before gently raining.

Thranduil and Aniu soon reappeared back in their elf forms and they looked to Jackie smiling at her telling her that they were now both transformed successfully. Jackie walked up to the twins and said.

"Pietro? Wanda?" They both moaned tiredly before waking up and seeing one another for the first time in a year. They hugged each other tightly before turning to Jackie and Pietro asked.

"How—how do ve look?"

"Like elves, except they gave you both antlers".

"What!?" Wanda exclaimed out as Jackie proclaimed.

"Ha, gotcha!" The three of them all laughed before the three of them turned to wolf form and all wrestled with each other.

After their little play-wrestling, they almost forgot that they were in the presence of their Alphas for a moment. They all settled down and phased back into their elf forms and stood before their King and Queen.

"Mae Govannen Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, for you both are now members of the Mirkwood wolf pack and are children of the Eldar" stated Aniu warmly. The twins smiled then Wanda just had to ask her new Alphas.

"And our powers? Are they—gone too?" The High elves looked at each other solemnly.

"Unfortunately Strucker made sure that your powers were infused with you DNA and even with all our magic we couldn't get rid of your powers. But now you both will learn how to control them under our rule, you won't ever have to use your powers unless we say so". Thranduil said. The twins looked at each other then Pietro said.

"Zhat is fine, besides I've gotten used to being fast it'd be a pain if I had to wait for everyone".

"Not to mention it's also made you arrogant" muttered Wanda. Pietro mocked out a pained expression and said.

"Oh dear sestra you've wounded me!"

"Oh don't be such a drama queen Pietro".

"Why you—"

"Alright you two that's enough, now we must get you both back to Mirkwood to prepare you both for your welcome ceremony" stated Thranduil. Soon the five elves walked down the mountain and headed back to Mirkwood.

The elves all soon prepared for the ceremony of welcome two more Elven wolves to their great pack. Decorations were all set up and working on some of the flowers were Tauriel and Quinn. As they were putting the flower décor up, Tauriel just had to say to Quinn.

"Quinn,"

"Yeah Tauriel?"

"I just want to say....I wouldn't have gotten through all of what happened last year without you, so thank you". Quinn smiled softly and said.

"No thanks needed, I would do anything for you Tauriel". The two of them just looked at each other before starting to lean towards each other, close enough to kiss. But sadly before anything could happen, one of the Elf scouts proclaimed.

"They're back! The Alphas and Lady Jackie are back with the twins!" Quinn and Tauriel stopped then Tauriel said.

"Duty calls, I'll see you after the ceremony".

"Yeah sure, see yah". Tauriel then walked off leaving Quinn alone and heartbroken that he was interrupted from kissing the woman he had loved since the day he met her. He then hid his feelings and continued preparing the décor before joining the others outside.

The music played, the Elves all gathered around the same place where Quinn was inaugurated into the pack and Thranduil, Aniu, Tauriel and Jackie all walked along towards the council rock and soon coming behind them now wearing their best Elvish clothes walked Pietro and Wanda Maximoff.

The twins walked with pride and joy in their steps so happy to know that they were going to be a part of a pack. They turned to see Quinn amongst the crowd smiling at them then they stopped just before the Alphas and knelt down in respect.

"Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, do you both promise to protect the pack and to honor the traditions of the Eldar? Will you both solemnly swear to use your powers for the pack against any threat that invades our lands? Do you both swear as Man's Best Friend to guide your future owners through all obstacles and remain loyal to their sides so long as you both shall live?" Thranduil stated to the twins.

"Ve do our Lord" the twins said in unison.

"Then as King and Alpha of the Mirkwood pack, I hereby officially welcome Pietro and Wanda Maximoff to the pack!" The elves all cheered for their newest brother and sister Elven-wolves.

Quinn came up and head-locked Pietro and noogied him playfully glad to be a big brother once more while Tauriel and Jackie came up to Wanda hugging her welcoming her into their sister circle. Even Rocket and Groot who had come to see the ceremony joined in their group and either patted Wanda's head or ruffled Pietro's head.

They all joined hands and raised them high in the air as the elves continued cheering and howling welcoming their newest brother and sister.

From experimental wolves to the newest members of Mirkwood, Pietro and Wanda finally had a purpose and they would gladly serve their new family and protect them with all their power for they were the first Enhanced Wolves to become members of the Elven wolf pack of Mirkwood.
