Its been a while since it all started,maybe a couple of weeks. The power went out about a couple of days since it made the news, not use to no electricity at all. Today my sister went on a supply run today around the Wal-Mart area because we were starting to go bear. The rest of us were searching the houses in our neighborhood. We each had a designated houses to search by ourselves. I had the house next to us and the three houses past that.
In the first house I found quite a bit of food. I placed the food in my black garbage bag and swung it over my shoulder. I went upstairs with my pocket knife drawn in case one of them rotters decide to sneak up on me. I walked in to the master bedroom right away because I was friends with the family who lived here, so I knew the place pretty well. Once I got in to the master bedroom I walked in to the master bathroom. I grabbed whatever I could find then walked back in to the master bedroom and got the emergency gun her dad had kept by his bed under a floor board. I practically lived here. I walked in to my friends room or what was her room then I saw her.
