I opened up my eyes to see three figures standing around me. I was laying in the floor, it was hard and cold. My vision was blurry so I couldn't see very well. When my vision started to clear up I saw who was next to me, it was Zoe and Bobby. I let out a pained groan and tried to sit up. I felt a slight, sharp, pain in the back of my head. "What happened?" I asked rubbing my head.

"You passed out and most of the students ran away. They tried to go back to their homes but there is some kind of force field around the school grounds." Bobby said helping me up.

"Where are the rest of the students? And who would want to trap us at the school? Where is Madi? And how are we going to get back home?" I said speaking extremely fast, but my voice was not filled with fear. I tried to sound strong, but when Bobby out an arm around me I knew that he knew that I was actually pretty scared.

"We should keep moving and see how strong this force field is." I said reclaiming my confidence. Zoe nodded and Bobby let me go nodding in agreement. I nodded back walking toward the door that leads to the front lawn. Just then we heard a blood curling scream and I whipped my head around just to be snatched up off the ground and was carried off to somewhere in the school screaming as loud as I could. The last thing I heard before I blacked out was Zoe yelling, no, screaming my name. Then all went black once more.
