"Hahaha. We're gonna be rich boys!" A thief yelled out as they scavange a pyramid of all it's gold and jewels.

"Hey boss are you sure this is okay? I mean these walls says that if anyone steals the prized jewel they'll be cursed." One of the thieves told the boss as she turned around a corner and saw a coffin.

The coffin was golden and had a blue gem on the forehead. The massive protective piece had the image of a dragon on it along with the image of the sun. But what the boss was more interested in was the blue gem. Climbing up and grabbing a crow bar she began to move the piece as it tried to remain in its home but was snapped out. The once whole gem was now two broken gems.

"Damn it. Oh well. We got everything else let's move." She spoke but all the entry ways began to close before a malnourished hand poked its way out of the coffin and pushed it open.

"Boss!" One yelled as he pointed at the coffin as it was fully pushed opened. They three thieves back away as they saw a h/c hair male walk out as he wore his ruined Egyptian clothing.

Walking out and standing tall the male took a deep breath of air before stretching and moaning in relief.

"Ah~ Nothing like a nice nap after a massive battle." He yawned out causing the three to look at him with fear and shock.

Y/n looked down at them with a head tilt at their outfits.

"I've never seen those before. Is that leather?" He questioned making them speechless. "My old man knew some goods back when I was a kid. So I wanted to know if that's leather." He smiled before noticing their bags. "Are you stealing from this pyramid?" He asked a golden aura suddenly flared to life as he suddenly remembered where he was and who they are.

"Take my divine punishment." He spoke before a heavenly beam of golden light erupted out of the ceiling and killed them. Leaving nothing but the bags.

Grabbing the bags he placed them all back and used his powers to heal the orb back together before placing it back into the slot of the coffin.

"There we go-"

A sudden massive headache peirce the boys head making him collapse to the ground making him groan in pain. The roars of the sacred beasts echoed throughout his head making him lay his head on the ground. Grabbing at the floor he looked up seeing a person manifest in front of him.

"You're finally awake my champion." A familiar voice spoke as he placed his hand on the boys head.

The sudden pain and voices vanish as he looked up seeing the God that chose him to be his champion. Ra stood there with a smile as he kneeled down and brought his champion into a longing embrace. Y/n looked to his side seeing Ra shake a bit.

"Ra?" He questioned hearing the gods trembling voice.

"I thought I lost you during that fight. You are like a son to me Y/n. So when you were locked up in that coffin. I would visit you for over a millennium waiting for you to awake." He spoke making Y/n pull back from the hug.

"A millennium? What are you talking about? I've been asleep for a few hours." Y/n explained making Ra shake his head.

"You've been in a coma after your fight. You're actually in the year nineteen sixty. Come let me show you." He spoke before the two suddenly vanished and appeared in the sky looking down at a city.

Y/n watched as non horse powered vehicles drove down the streets of the city along with people wearing suits and even sun clocks on their wrists. Y/n stood their flabbergasted as he tried to process everything. Ra placed a hand on his shoulder before motioning for him to follow the God. The two walked towards a golden staircase as the cloud began to break away showing all the Egyptian gods. But what Y/n noticed the most was Obelisk and Slifer. The two gods seemed to be asleep. Running towards them he placed his hand on the godly giants as they opened their eyes and looked down at Y/n.

Slifer raised its head as it looked down at the champion before its golden eyes glowed as Ra appeared looking at its friends. The three had a unspoken hello as Y/n felt Ras happiness. Ra walked next to his champion before resting a hand on his shoulder.

"Why haven't they gained a new champion?" y/n turned around seeing his god sadden.

"Over the years you've been asleep. The Sacred Beasts had been trying to escape from you or had tried to take over your body. Geb and Sadiki ordered Slifer and Obelisk to watch after you. That's why you had that headache when you first woke up. They were trying to hold the beasts back. With my orders, my dragon had been healing you mentally since then." Ra spoke making Y/n look back at the god and thought about the godly beings.

"So Sadiki is still looking out for me." He spoke making his eyes water. "I didn't even get to talk to her one last time. I didn't get to see her pass on. I didn't get to see Asim and my pharaoh pass on." collapsing to his knees the boy wept in sorrow . "I was a failure of a champion, of a hero." He spoke making Ra kneel down next to him.

"That is not true Y/n. You did your duty as protector of Egypt. But your hidden potential has yet to be unlocked. Which is why you and I are leaving towards the mortal realm. We will live with our men and women and I will personally train your body to become strong enough to use my dragons flesh as armor. Come we have much to do." Ra spoke to him as his champion looked up at him.

"Why? What do you see in me that I'm still worthy of your dragon?" He asked in-between sniffles.

"I see a strong warrior. One that can even fight against the gods themselves. You need me as much as I need you." He said making the boy look up at him. "Now come. We have a lot of work ahead of us."

"Yes sir."

Over the next sixty years Y/n and Ra lived among the human world. Due to Y/n being resurrected and sharing a body with his dragon the boys aging slowed significantly. All he worried about was training before Ra offered to move to Japan. The two packed up and made their way towards the airport. After a long flight the two landed and made their way to their new home.

Their new home surprised Y/n as it was a three story home with a workout basement, four bathrooms and six rooms. Admittedly Ra went overboard on the house. After training Y/n wanted to rest and live life like a young adult. Wanting to go to school Ra made his student slightly younger by three years. After going to an all girls school, save for a few boys now, Y/n became a senior. He laid underneath a sakura tree as the petals flowed down below. In his mind the boy was talking to his dragon.

"So the sacred beasts are really forcing their way to control me huh?" He chuckled as the two hovered over a metal cage as the seal locked the angered beasts.

"They've been getting stronger. You should know this Y/n. You're headaches are getting worst." He spoke down to the boy making him chuckle. "This is serious boy."

"I know. It's just seeing them down there locked up and angered. It makes me wonder how strong Slifer truly is. It also proves to me that I have a lot to learn."

"You indeed do. Now I suggest waking up. The perverted trio is getting chased. Again"

Ra cackled at the amusement he gets from watching the three get chased. Slowly opening my eyes I stood up and stretched. Bringing my right knee up I pivoted and rest seeing them getting chased. I let out a amused chuckle as did Ra. Moving, I stood up and made my way to class because i forgot my notes. The pants of the school uniform were pretty dirty before a small unnoticeable shine blast the dirt off of them as I placed my jacket back on. The article of clothing loosely blew in the wind as I grabbed my bag and moved towards the office. I smirked as the kendo class walked away with puffed up cheeks, amused smiles and proud chin in the air. Turning the corner I saw the three as they were on the ground hurt.

I chuckled a bit making them grow angry before I helped up Issie specifically. Patting his shoulder I moved left them as Issie thanked me. I could feel a hidden power within him and I wanted to see where this went. I already knew he's been hanging out with the occult research club which makes me wonder. Are they like him?

Turning the corner I climbed up the stairs one foot at a time. Turning around I looked up seeing the president if the occult research club.

"Good morning Senpai." She greeted making me stand in a relaxed position.

"It's good to see you too Rias. How've you been?" I asked but saw a fake smile on her face.

"I've been good. Look I need to talk to you. Privately." She said making me walk up the last flight of stairs. "Lead the way." I said as the both of us headed to the other end before going down the steps and towards the Occult Clubhouse.Upon entering Rias and I sat across from each other-resting on the couches. Akeno, the vice president, came in with some tea before pouring us some.

"Thank you Akeno." I thanked her as she smiled at me.

"No problem Y/n."

"Now. What was it you wanted to talk about?" I questioned her as I knew this would be about something Devil related. The only reason why I found out about this was because of my encounter with quite a few of them.

Rias found me on the verge of death during my first encounter with one but I used Ra's fire to heal me. She only knows about my healing from then on and nothing else. She wanted to recruit me but I told her I wasn't interested. But I did tell her if she ever needs help that I would lend a hand. So crossing my right leg over my left I leaned back as she pulled out some pictures. She gently tossed them onto the table in between us as I noticed these were taken from the pyramids back home. They each had a image inside them.

The first one was my first time summoning Ra, the second and third were the time I was rebuilding Eygpt with the people, the fourth was when I trained with Asim and Sadiki, next was the fifth as it was my fight with the Sacred Beasts, lastly was one that I don't remember. It was me--no doubt about it. But I was covered in a golden light and my figure resembled that of my balance breaker. Seems like Cleopatra wanted to keep my story alive. It warmed my heart to see that she wanted to do that.

"When were you going to tell me you had this kind of power?" She questioned making me wave her off.

"Rias Gremory, are you suggesting that I'm some kind of power house? I'm eighteen for crying out loud. Those images were made over a millennium ago. That could be anyone?" I smiled keeping my head high. But on the inside I was sweating.

"Y/n. You and I both know that isn't true." She said making me stand up.

"If you're suggesting I'm some millennium year old warrior. Then you're wrong. I just have a healing sacred gear. That's all." I spoke to her like a big brother getting annoyed at his little sister asking for money when she doesn't pay him back.

Over the years of living down here I was always asked that question whenever someone I knew went to the pyramids. Which is only three times now but it's still too much. I began to make my way towards the door. But as I made my first step my head throbbed with Urias roar echoing in my ears. Gripping it I buried my face into my hands as I collapsed to my knees. Rias and Akeno ran towards me asking what was wrong but I couldn't hear them. My ears just kept hearing the roaring. My fingers gripped my face as I could feel my nails dig into my skin as I banged my head against the floor.

"Y/n!" Rias yelled as she watched him repeated slam his head into the ground making him groan in pain.

She watched as he slowly raised his head as his pain vanished. She looked at him in worry as he put a weak smile before standing up.

"I'm fine now. Promise." He said as he made his next step only to fall and lay prone on the floor. His nose and ears bled as he was breathing hard.

Rias and Akeno picked the male up and laid him on the couch. As they laid him on the couch the rest of Rias peerage appeared. Everyone looked towards Y/n as Akeno was wiping the blood off his face.

"What happened?" Kiba asked as he looked at the upperclassmen that laid unconscious on the furniture.

"He looked like he was having a massive headache. For now he'll lay and rest here." Rias explained but Akeno informed her of their meeting with Grayfia and Riser. If he were to wake up. "I'm well aware Akeno. But Y/n already knows who or rather what we are. Remember a couple of years ago when I went to save a boy from a fallen angel ambush in the city?"

Getting a few confirms except from Issie. Rias looked at the boy and explained that she found Y/n on the ground with holes on his body. Furthermore she found his body surrounded by ten fallen angels either beheaded or pierced with a branch through their chests. Issie looked at him with shock but was surprised to hear about his sacred gear as it was similar to Asia.

Shortly after the group met with Grayfia. The white haired maid devil greeted them but her eyes landed on the boy sleeping. She smiled before moving to the boy. Placing her hand on his forehead she leaned toward his ear and whispered to him.

"Time to wake up Sun Dragon. " She smiled as the boy slowly opened his eyes and stretched.

"Oh Grayfia nice to see you again." He smiled so carefree as Rias and Akeno looked towards him with amusement. Every time when he wakes up he acts like his carefree self. "Oh everyone's here." He said taking notice. "I should leave huh?" He chuckled.

"No. I believe you want to be here for this." Rias spoke making him confused.

"Why-"

He was quickly silenced as a magic circle appeared with a man appearing in the center. He had blonde hair, a red and white suit along with flames appearing around him. Y/n could hear Kiba said Phoenix as the man appeared making him stare intently at the man.

"It's been quite sometime since I've been in the mortal realm. It's good to see you, Rias my beloved." He greeted.

"This is Riser Phoenix, third heir to the house of Phoenix and Lady Rias fiance." Grayfia explained making Issie repeated the word "Fiance". While Y/n sat there with shock.

"My, this tea made by my dear Rias' queen is delicious. " He complamented as Akeno thanked him.

The scene now had Rias and Riser sitting together as Riser played with her hair. Y/n sat on the couch across from them under the blanket still getting his footing as the rest of Rias' peerage stood behind him. Y/n noticed Riser going to touch Rias' thigh. His eyes shined a dimmed blue making Riser feel static between them. Causing the pureblooded devil to pull back. Everyone noticed this as Y/n had his eyes closed as he sipped his tea.

Rias stood up as she looked away from him telling him that she won't marry him just because her family are in a hurry to get their strength back as a clan. All the people that died in the great war was a reason for this sudden arrangement. Y/n remembered this great war from his god. RA told him about the great war and how some of the Egyptian gods were badly wounded while others lost their lives. One of them being Osiris while his traitorous brother Seth moved on his own. That was the day the Geb, Slifer and RA chose to have their champions.

Y/n looked up seeing Riser hold Rias's chin as he told her she won't disgrace his family name.

"Even if that means I have to incinerate your peerage and take you with me." He said as his eyes glowed with flames inside his pupils.

Something came over Y/n as he slammed his tea cup onto the table causing it to crack and shatter. Gaining the attention of the two devils. He stood up and made his way in between the two after removing Risers hand and pushing Rias back a tad bit. This caused Riser to glare at him with his eyes still on fire.

The two glared at each other as the heat in the room increased. Mainly from Riser as Y/n held his power back not wanting to spoil anything to the immortal bird. Before anything could escalate Grayfia spoke up.

"Please put an end to this." She told the two before stepping forwards. "I'd rather not see you be badly damaged." She spoke as everyone assumed she ment Y/n but the sun dragon emperor knew who she was talking to. "Lady Rias, Lord Riser as I'm here by order of Sir Zechs. I won't hold back iota."

"When being told by that from the one known as the ultimate queen. I can't help be fearful."

"My master would anticipate something like this would happen. If my lady was so insistent on her decision. He said that she is more than welcomed to face off against Riser in a rating game."

"Rating game?" Issie asked as he tried to remember where he heard that.

"A rating game eh?" This perked up Y/ns ears as he only ever seen people fight in one. Now being in one would be quite the spectical. "So a game of chess basically." He spoke up making Riser turn to him with a scoff.

" A mortal like you don't know the word. But a dumb guess isn't too far off. Yes, it's like a game of chess. I, of course, have a full house." He said snapping his fingers as another portal opened up showing his peerage. An all female peerage. "And I assure you boy. I've won many." He said glaring at Y/n.

"Now, Now Riser." Y/n spoke up making the devil look down on him. "Save it for the rating game eh?" He said before lightly hitting his chest with his knuckles. Causing Riser to get angry.

"What you think a mortal like you can participate?" He asked making Y/n look over his shoulder.

"I don't see why not? After all I'm Rias' second knight piece." He lied making Riser smirk at him. Just then crying caught the twos attention.

Turning his head Y/n sighed as Issie was crying over Risers peerage. This gave Riser an idea.

"Yubelluna." He called out to his queen piece. A purple haired woman walked towards him before the two began to kiss. This action disgusted Rias while Y/n began to shake in anger as Riser began to grope her.

Holding himself back from summoning his boosted gear Y/n breathed in and out. But he was cut off as Issie went flying into the ceiling and landed on the ground making him turn to look behind him. Rias held an uncounisous Issie in her arms. While a girl dressed in a kimono with blue hair tied in a ponytail had her kendo stick thruster upwards.

Y/n could feel his anger skyrocket and with his negative emotion one of the Sacred Beasts wanted to make itself known. Panting everyone felt the room grow uneasy as Y/n held his chest. A slick and scalely sacred gear appeared on the boys left arm opposite of his divine gear. The clawed glove like gear shined a yellow gem as Y/n gripped his arm.

"Use me!" The voice of Uria spoke making Y/n turn to Riser as his hand felt like it was placed in magma. It burned to all hell. Hamon and Raviel wanted to make themselves known as well as the two beasts caused the sky to darken and rain. A flash of lightning went off as Uria, Hamon and Rivael appeared on the floor as shadows escaping from Y/n. Riser took noticed of the three shadows as they each opened their eyes with monstrous grins.

Grayfia moved behind the boy and pinched a piece of his collarbone causing him to collapsed to the ground. The shadows moaned angered as they were once again locked away within the boy as a holy roar echoed in the boys ears. Giving Ra control once more.

"We'll participate in the rating game." Rias spoke up holding Issei and looking at Y/ns body. "I'll teach you not to mess with my peerage." She spoke making Riser smirk in amusement.

"We'll see my dear." He said before leaving with his peerage. But his queen looked at Y/n with curiosity.  "Yubelluna let's go."

"Yes Riser-Sama." She spoke before standing by his side.

With that they left and the Rias peerage looked at the two boys as Rias was thinking on where to go to train.
