We want to work with three award admins and one judge for each genre. Both positions are temporary for the duration of the awards.

JUDGES
We prefer judges who can read LGBTQ content and NSFW content.

You will have to judge based on our criteria and need to be prompt. You will have to read a maximum of 20 books, first 5-10 chapters each before given deadline. You can not judge a genre if you've entered a book under it. Notify us if you need an extention.

AWARD ADMINS
You will have to ensure all participants are obeying the rules and accept entries for your assigned genres. You will NOT be given access to the community account and will be doing so with your own. You will be asked to contact judges and participants to handle everything. You will need to be active. You will receive a follow from all participants as a thank you.
