4. Minimum of 5 chapters per entry - except in short stories.  Any short stories under 5 chapters must be complete.

5. Maximum of 1 entry per person

6. Any books that have previously won first place are ineligible

7. Books must be your own work.  Plagiarism will not be accepted.
